Hobo Hotel, Stockholm

Uncomplicated and casual in general, tidy and clean, but some quirkiness thrown in.

Toilet seats feel like they’re installed a bit high (I’m 1.92 m tall) and the internals are odd - manly parts touch the porcelain and it feels awkward. Also, they feel like loosely installed (talking about the seat). No bidet, lighting is a tad dark, and the hair dryer is merely a hint of a dryer.

Great location and atmosphere, nice staff and good breakfast.

The room was always cold, and quite small.

Easy to find. Very near central station. Fast check-in. Toilet and bath good sized. Breakfast was great especially their energy drink, a lot of variety. Free coffee at the lobby. Free washer and dryer you can use. Several food options available - besides a mall (Galleria) which has Ikea. a few blocks is another big mall. Walkable to all attractions, i feel we don’t need to take buses. Secured, you need a card to go to floors. Free bag that you can use while there (note, has to be returned).

1. Lighting is a bit dim and inadequate. 2. Bed is too soft 3. If you forget to put out the tag, your room will not be cleaned - although they will mention this to you later, we still forgot 4. Bath area floor is even so water is going out.

Food at breakfast was always cold . Very diaaapointing

We came too early and they let us have a breakfast upon arrival before the room was ready. Top quality breakfast. The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable.

Perfect location-Central and near main train station. The restaurant where breakfast was served on the rooftop was beautiful and relaxing. We liked the rooftop bar of the hotel.

I wish we booked a room with windows.

Breakfast was excellent with wide variety of choice. The location is perfect for sightseeing in Stockholm. The bed was very comfortable and the bath spacious.

The towels could have been a little bigger and fluffier and tea / coffee making facilities in the room would have been good although coffee was a available in the lobby.

Best location, great ambiance, wonderful breakfast view with great donburi and best drinks, bed super comfortable. No brainer choice!

Staff was very kind, the breakfast was delicious with lots to choose from, the bar next to the entrance had very good cocktails and beers.

Was a bit disappointed to see that there was no electric kettle or coffee machine in the kingsize room. You could get coffee and tea for free in the lobby, but I think it could be good with some tea and coffee in the room. Theres were lots of noise from the taxis honking at each other and other cars in front of the hotel at night. Was very difficult to sleep because of that.

Small room but you have everything you need for your stay, even an umbrella, that was much appreaciated car we need it! Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Gamla Stan neighborhood is at only 5 minutes by walking and the train station also. I highly recommend this hotel.

We so enjoyed the hotel and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was fabulous. Overall a great visit!

Room is a bit small for the price though we knew about that. They would need a better system to coordinate the timings for when you ask them to clean the room when it's not every day. It's probably more energy efficient but I do prefer having an openable window in the room. More light fittings in the room.

The location was great. The hotel is really cool and trendy. Rooms are great, bathroom is lovely. The rooftop bar was very cool as well. You could write a postcard and they provide a stamp. We could borrow their umbrellas for a rainy day. The breakfast choice was amazing, gluten free and dairy free options too. Overall a really cool stay in Hobo.

The staff was great, especially the man at reception the night we arrived. We also liked Armin at the bar, and the tall blonde bartender, they were very nice!
