Breakfast was awesome value and variety. There’s free laundry room with detergent provided. The room is spacious and beds comfy with sufficient space. Overall and excellent stay!

Location and breakfast were amazing! Personal was very friendly. They even serve tasty traditional christmas hot drinks and cookies at the reception! This was super nice!

Unfortunatelly there was no table and a proper desk to work on computer in the room. Also while booking i was aware that there are no windows in the room (first time to book such a room) and for sure i won’t book again as i was not happy with the aeration system (not too bad but cannot be replaced by fresh air coming from window)

Qwerky design and central to alot of shopping and restaurants, super friendly staff.

Only issue we had was heating didn't work in the room, although could've been us not knowing how to activate it

Great selection at breakfast. Very cosy throughout the hotel with all of the amenities you could need. Great facilities such as the gym and the bar/restaurant were also great. All staff very friendly and happy to help.

Thought the staff were extremely helpful. They allowed us to check in early and check out a little later which was very much appreciated. The room is quite basic but it worked for us considering we just stayed for one night. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Very good location, right between the main shopping street and the old town. Quiet and comfortable.

One of the rooms was a bit too cold (including the bathroom floor) and did not warm up even after adjusting the thermostat.

Facilities and restaurants are excellent including breakfast. Very friendly staff. The room was a bit small and we did not sleep very well. All good otherwise.

All clean, small but good enough. Felt at home. Room misses only water cooker, but coffee was available downstairs. Breakfast decent swedish and asian.

Beer prices in the bar repelled me. Crazy.

Took time to get use to Windowless room but once adjusted it was fine.

The hotel location was wonderful. We liked the view from room. And the breakfast provided was excellent which exceeded my expectation.

No electric kettle available in room, so I could not get hot water to drink. I had to get it from the bar in lobby. The room was small but it was understandable because of the busy hotel location.

Room was quite nice, not the best view even we where in top floor. Location was super. Breakfast was also very good, with nice view. Staff was very friendly and we got late check-out. Nice place. Nice terrace also.

View was not perfect, opposite side on main entrance. In the morning there were construction or renovating somewhere close. So we heard bit noise in the morning. Bar opened at 3 pm, maybe it's too late :)

I asked in advance for a quiet room and it was. Very quiet. Clean, comfortable, the best buffet breakfast I had in Sweden. Quirky features. The luggage lockers are a great idea. Excellent location for all the sights and the train station.

Very little but an in room safe and kettle would have been nice (there was coffee available in the foyer) and a toaster at breakfast.

The hotel's location makes it very easy to visit and travel around the city. Tasty breakfasts with a view of the city. Comfortable room. Nice bar to end the day.

The room and bathroom were modern, and clean. Grateful to have windows (uncommon for Stockholm). Bed was super comfy and the breakfast was perfect for us. Location was perfect.

Very little storage in the room. Our key cards for the room/lift stopped working multiple times during our stay, which meant a lot of visiting reception - but this was fixed quickly each time.
