Very clean, lovely staff, delicious breakfast, great location

Beautifully designed, spacious and comfortable room in a historic building. Huge bathroom with a bathtub and a large shower, very nice! Nice area, it felt safe and calm, yet not too far from the shopping street, restaurants and bars. It is about 20min walk to the old town, but there is a pizzeria on the premises, and couple of busy bars a block away.
Excellent breakfast, great selection and quality! Cured salmon and cheese board was incredible, as well as great coffee and pastries.

Mini fridge and tea/coffee facilities in the room would be great.

We loved how friendly and helpful the staff were, the design of the room (well curated) and the quality of the amenities. The location was walking distance to the shopping area and also 1 block from a subway. Breakfast was fantastic!

The only thing I was left wanting was a coffee maker in the room so that I could have one first thing without going to the lobby.

It was perfect. The mattress and the pillows were divine. The staff was excellent, always polite and helpful.

People I interacted at the counter were always very kind and supportive. The pizza restaurant was absolutely exceptional and this is coming from an Italian. Loved the charming decor of the rooms: I was assigned a corner room, and I loved the wooden floors (huge point for someone that absolutely hates carpet floorings of hotels), and size was absolutely comfortable. Breakfast was also really nice and qualitative, I just wished it was a bit clearer from waiters how it worked with coffee ordering, especially for an Italian that will only initiate the day with at least 3 espressos at breakfast.

I do understand their point on sustainability for amenities in the room, but for a 4 star hotel with premium vibe (indeed they offer some 5 stars services like 24h room service), I would have expected at least a kettle in the room, as first thing I want when I wake up and go to sleep is coffee/tea/chamomile. I don't mind bringing my own, but would be great to have the bare minimum to be self sufficient.

Location was excellent - a few minutes from the centre and easy to navigate to places further afield. Breakfast was excellent - it was included which was nice; it set the day up well. Hotel had a lovely feel to it - understated and comfortable with itself.

I'd have wished for a slightly bigger room if I'm honest.

From start to finish, staying at Miss Clara was a great experience. The service was consistently excellent from the front desk, to the restaurant and the cleaning staff. The interior is beautifully appointed, comfortable and welcoming. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom had very nice toiletries. Did not experience any noise or disruptions. Breakfast buffet was of high quality with lots of choice. Location was very convenient. I would recommend without hesitation.

Small improvements - extra lock for the door, better hairdryer

This is just the best hotel in the middle of Stockholm. The atmosphere, the friendly staff, the relaxing vibe in the room, the breakfast - I just loved it all.

Everything? Super lovely staff, all facilities were amazing. bar and restaurant were great! I stayed in a single room, it was huge and super comfortable!

Hot water in the washbasin doesn't run well enough

Breakfast was lovely and a great way to start the day.

Air conditioning was appreciated as the weather in Stockholm was hot when we were there.

We received great assistance from a young man at the front desk in finding restaurants and making reservations. It was the weekend of the Stockholm Marathon and everything was booked up.

The room was very small. We were there on a weekend and there was lots of noise from the streets. We were able to shut our windows and use air conditioning which helped.

The front desk team ( Diana and Daniel and the rest of the team) were incredibly helpful and kind. The room was really clean and you can tell that cleanliness is taken seriously at the hotel. The location was perfect too since it's close to the main sights.
Breakfast was fresh and had several options. Thanks to the kitchen team for accommodating special dietary requests.

We will definitely come back to Miss Clara for our next trip to Stockholm.
