Room was good and clean

Our stay here for an overnight (on a long flight) was just what we needed. The breakfast was excellent and a dream buffet, included in the room. Great for a short stay in SG.

Location for weekends isn't ideal.

Quite pricey

Room was big and spacious. Very clean and new. Bed was very comfortable with excellent pillows and bolster. Lovely rainforest shower with huge bottles of shower foam, shampoo and conditioner. Lovely breakfast at the coffee shop with good service and ambience. There was a choice of 4 juices and variety of fruits. Not much choices on main courses though.

Location was not ideal. Not easily accessible to MRT station. At the rate I paid, it only comes with 2 bottles of water. At the least it should have some juices in the empty fridge.

I like the bathtub, the view & the swimming pool.

It was hard to navigate the hot water pipe esp for bathtub. For the price I also expected more tools to be provided.

Excellent hotel as expected fir Westin Hotel. Breakfast has extensive choice.

- Cake and card was presented for the Bday Guest, and it taste good too. - Comfortable bed, White Tea toiletries that comes in big bottles. - Decent variety at the breakfast buffet, the laksa is very good.

Tv is slow in response, but not a deal breaker.

limited choices for in room dining, power outage from 9pm to 10pm affected a lot of occupants who wanted to return to their rooms.

one of the highlights of the stay would be the spa for hotel guests and the hot whirl pool was so comfortable. i was very relaxed in there and even accompanied with a great view of the cityscape. another favourite would be the congee from the bfast menu. the congee was warm and soothing on an early weekend morning.

one thing which could be improved would be the complimentary parking. wished that the hotel can offer one free complimentary parking ticket per day instead of per stay. another improvement which I hope the wonderful mgmt of Westin can consider would be to allow breakfast to be served in the room for bookings which covers complimentary brkfast. was disappointed to be told that in room dining could not be done and additional fees apply. was not expecting that.

The ambience, the hotel room, the view from the room. Fast check in. Everything was perfect.

The in-room dining menu is very comprehensive and the quality is superb. Had the Beef Cheek Tagliatelle and the portion is rightfully generous. I really appreciated that the food also arrived hot, so you know there's not much delay, from the kitchen to room.

Since it's a pandemic, breakfast was dine-in and we were given Set options. Although the Set ordered mentioned pastries like Pain au Chocolat and Croissant, none of it was given. All I received were several rolls of bread and really dry ones, may I add. Also, the Set with the scrambled eggs was vapid and no salt or pepper was provided so I had to make do with bland-as-hell eggs on soggy, greasy toast (because they had put it on top). It is unfortunate the breakfast buffet isn't in operation this time, because it actually is very good, from my last visit. This streamlined version of the breakfast Set isn't doing their great quality any favours. Also, the entire breakfast was served in takeaway, disposable boxes and cutlery, which is a shame. I wonder why the in-room dining could be served in proper crockery, but not breakfast? It's a waste of single-use packaging and cutlery, TBH.

Very big bathroom with view onto the pool. Nice in-dining breakfast options! Overall great size of bedroom and very clean and comfortable!

Ordering drinks at the pool took a bit longer than usual but that's mostly due to staff reasons during this time of the pandemic.

The staffs at the Hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were big, clean. The overall stay was excellent, my family enjoyed it tremendously.

The only downside will be most of the restaurants were closed but this was not the fault of the hotel.

The room phone was not able to used.

The toilet was very spacious and beautiful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The technical staff nor the guest service know how to screen mirror from phone to TV. I figured it out myself by pressing "source" on the remote control.

The room itself was spectacular. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The view from my room is amazing.

I only have one area of improvement to suggest, and that is the service by the pool. It took an extremely long time to get even a bottle of water.
