The staff were the worst (least accommodating) that i have experienced worldwide! i will certainly not return to any Westin

Location, next to a train station, food hubs and close to lau pa sat.. kids loved the pool and we were given room in the high floor with an excellent view of the marina. Staffs were amazing and helpful

I find the room and the bed small. The beds were quite small for 2 people to share, even my 16yo daughter can't get over the size of the bed because most of the time she and her sibling share a bed if we cant get 2 single beds for them. For a couple we can squeeze in but for two teens, its a reason for complaint and possible argument in the morning 😊. There was not enough chairs to lounge in the room, so you cant fully enjoy looking outside unless you love standing, one of my kids have to sit on the floor coz she does not want to sit or lay on the bed with her day clothes when we just get back from exploring the city. We have to ask for extra towels because there were literally just 4 towels, 1 floor rug, only 2 bedroom slippers despite 4 people booked. For 5 star hotel the breakfast is okay but did not wow!. We travel a lot and most of the time stay in 4 to 5 star hotels, and I can say I have better experience with a 4 star. And one more thing maybe for some this is not bothering but even my 13 year old son find it annoying, its hard to open the shower mixer tap handle with a soapy hand,i have to step from the shower grab something dry so i can use to turn on the shower 😆, not the most convenient! Another thing, the welcome note or card in the room has a different name, dunno if it was for the previous guest or was a simple mixed up with us.

Bed was extremely comfortable. Amenities within the hotel and room were also wonderful-especially the restroom.

The buffet spot- Seasonal Tastes - was a massive disappointment. We went with high hopes, but were utterly let down by finding a mouldy raspberry and hair inside the Yuzu Sorbet. The manager and chef came to assure us afterwards, but it felt like these should be checked beforehand or not when a paying customer has already sat down for a meal.

Breakfast very good.

Long wait for check in. Only a few minutes but expect better service at such high prices.

room booked was covered in duat - when cupboard was opened dust fell out. staff were helpful to vacuum dust but if fhey only do a thorough clean once a month that is appalling.

Good location, nice breakfast

Staff weren’t willing to go out of the way for us as we expected, hotel being a Westin. Like for example, we missed breakfast because of jet lag and staff wasn’t courteous enough to bring us something to eat. The whole 33rd floor had a pastry kitchen by the alley to access rooms, so the whole place smelled of butter, when we contacted reception, they didn’t come back

Excelente room, very big bed, bathroom luxurious…

When I got to the room there was a bottle of water next to coffee facilities and a tin of biscuits. They weren’t in the mini bar, and i tend not to touch mini bars as they are too expensive so I took it as these two items were sitting next to the coffee maker , that they were complimentary? So I drank and ate them.. only to find at checkout I was charged 28 SGD for them? A bit much as there was no indication that these were not complimentary….

I enjoyed my stay, super helpful and friendly stuff. We had an early departure, and we could use the breakfast buffet already before opening time. The room and the pool area had an incredible view. The Breakfast was amazing. Thank you so much to the Team of Marriott Singapore I highly recommend and I look forward to book again. Thank you

We ( a family with 2 kids) spent 7 nights at this hotel and it was the best choice. The hotel itsself is very clean, modern, comfy beds, excellet breakfast, top view, in the middle of skyscrapers, close (waking distance) to all attractions in Marina Bay), with a subway station direct at the buildings entrance. The swimming pool located at 35th floor is big enough and it was never crowded.

Location was near hawker centre walking distance so it was good with kids walking in the heat.

I said we were there to celebrate my husband’s 50th the email i received was you can arrange something but nothing happened so was quite disappointed in this regards.

Excellent service amazing room and breakfast

No complaints

All four of us made the most of the breakfast. The variety of dishes would meet any guest’s requirements. The omelettes were wonderful. My husband dictated the fillings which were made to his absolute satisfaction. I would have liked to have eggs Benedict, however the lox and cream cheese bagels fitted the bill. The staff seem to really enjoy their work and were very helpful. A special thanks to the staff member at the check-in desk. She made me feel very welcome.

Beautiful new hotel with amazing lobby and fantastic views of Sentosa and southern islands. Whenever I called for anything, phone operator picked up almost immediately and items were sent to the room very quickly.

Unlike other hotels they take a deposit amount out from credit card immediately and return you the excess after room charges deducted. No free parking on weekdays

Couldn’t check in till about 5pm but Westin compensated with food credits.

Everything was 10/10 as expected and I would stay at The Westin again in a heartbeat. The staff were so friendly and attentive and the room was beautiful!

Nothing

The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious with a great view and luxurious bathroom, the infinity pool had a great view and the buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices.

Every thing was nice and clean and modern, 😆😆😆

A bit off main area have to get a cab into main areas. Very quiet on weekend around there as it is in business district Too many lights on various equipment in the room at night ie. the air con light, the telephone, the tv etc

Overall room size incl lavish / well laid out bath rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast spread. Very courteous staff.

The price-quality ratio exceeded expectations. Excellent room, wonderful breakfast buffet, buffet system, everything you need is there. Helpful staff. Excellent room service. I liked the hotel and I recommend it to those who choose on the principle of “price-quality”, who are not ready to overpay for a big name with poor service. This is a really good hotel.

Since the hotel left the most pleasant impressions, it is difficult to write about what could be improved. Perhaps it would be worth cleaning the chairs more often, this is the only thing I would draw the attention of the hotel managers to.

Very clean and spacious room, loved the interior design! The bed was also very comfortable. Did not manage to try their pool or fitness centre so unable to comment on facilities.

Would be better if breakfast was included for the price we paid. Otherwise, generally nothing to dislike.

Breakfast spread was excellent. The pool was lovely and quiet too most mornings. Rooms were spacious and wide. Staff were helpful and courteous. Loved hanging in the lobby lounge for wine and drinks. The Christmas atmosphere is beautiful!

Good location for seeing Singapore

Westin quality and standards never disappoint !

Shower was a little dated with some runny water outside, but minor inconvenience. Breakfast delicious, but very $$$ if just looking for a lite bite. There is a coffee/pastry bar in the bottom floor (great), but closed on week-ends :( This should be opened all days, as this is a hotel.

The staff were super friendly, helpful and welcoming. I loved the location. The room was amazing, very spacious, clean, definitely not what I was expecting. Great views as well from the room. Overall had an amazing stay, would come back again and recommend.

There wasn’t much I didn’t like about the hotel

The fact we could not order food or drink from a menu by the pool at 9.30pm when we had checked in from a late flight.

The BEST hotel bed I think I’ve ever slept on!! After 5 weeks of travelling, I was yearning for my own bed, but this one came a very, very close second!! So comfortable and relaxing.

Only thing I could criticize was some noisy hotel room guest neighbours, however the staff dealt with them swiftly and discreetly.

The stay was wonderful the room was nice however I would've preferred a better view in the room than of people at the pool. The price is quite steep but it's a nice location and a beautiful place.

The staff could be a bit more pleasant and the concierge could have longer hours but that's about it

I love the room, it was spacious, comfortable. The bathroom was incredible! The location was also great, close to Lau Pa Sat which unfortunately I only discovered on my last day. It was also great to be able to use the shower facilities as I arrived early morning before attending my work conference.

It would have been perfect if the hotel was closer to an MTR station via an indoor path, as singapore si so hot! But thats not the hotel's problem, more my issue with humidity and heat!
