Hotel Marina Bay Sands, Singapore

Staff overall was friendly, professional, and extremely pleasant. Particularly our rooms were always professionally tailored and kept perfect. Hue Feng and Arkar were impeccable to keep our room always clean and well stocked. Whenever we had a question or request, they were on top of it, and then making sure we were satisfied. Eating at RISE, breakfast buffet, was amazing. An array of food to accommodate all tastes and desires. We loved trying the local food from RISE, which gave us a good introduction of what to expect when we venture out. Jonathan, in the black suit, was always circulating around and checking to make sure each table was attended properly, as well as presentation of the restaurant. Marina Bay Sands was always kept clean. That's very important! At the infinity pool, the staff were keen to our needs, always providing water with towels upon check-in. The photographer was very vigilant and took great pictures at the pool area. We had a great time at Wakuda.We sat at the bar intending to just have 1 drink. However, Amos our bartender and Sammi, sommelier, were such great hosts, we ended up trying much more and even ordered a shot of Chef Wakuda's drink, 1963 Bas Armagnac. Amazing!

An absolute world-class hotel. The service and amenities are flawless, with a level of professionalism from the staff that I’ve rarely experienced elsewhere. I was upgraded to a higher-category room on the 28th floor with a breathtaking view of the Gardens by the Bay - something I will never forget. The infinity pool is an experience in itself and absolutely worth it. I also have to mention the best breakfast I’ve ever had. An incredible selection of everything you can imagine, including excellent salmon or duck flank steak. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to Singapore!

Everything! I was staying here to celebrate my birthday and was lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite on the 45th floor. I enjoyed the pool area immensely and the use of the facilities and shower room after checkout.

everything was as expected, spectacular, the views from the infinity pool at the top of the hotel, the staff, the room. there is nothing bad to be said about this place. it can be easily considered the standard for 5* hotels

You are paying for the view the location, and the rooftop pool (only open to people staying at the hotel) which is nice due to the popularity of using the pool with signature cocktails around sunset. All staff excellent connection to the shopping mall and metro also the casino and theatre. Everything in one place. Only down side for us beds a little on the hard side even when a topper was fitted. Chairs in the room sooo heavy we needed two of us to move them. For a one off splurge excellent, ticked off the list. A lot better value hotels in the marina Bay Area from where you can be the one’s gawping at the iconic building not looking out.

Breakfast could be a bit better. There are no various desserts or dairy products.

The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with beautiful views of the garden by bay which made the stay even more relaxing. Another highlight for me was the excellent service of the staff were very accommodating, professional especially filipino staff and breakfast is perfect. The infinity pool at Marina Bay Sands is truly breathtaking and it’: feels like you’re swimming right at the edge of the sky.

We were super impressed with our room. It was just beautiful. Spacious, clean and it took my breath away, when we walked in with the welcome mode being such a nice touch. Couldn’t fault the service from the staff, the facilities or the room.

Excellent staff, and rooms - attention to detail and the material and quality of everything in the room feels luxurious. We were very impressed with the care and attention put into it. The place itself is quite spectacular.

We couldn’t get breakfast one of the days as the queue was immense, we didn’t expect that. Also, it’s a bit of an overwhelming feeling - the hotel is packed with guests and it sometimes feels like you’re staying at a mall (which you are, in a way). It’s not that I didn’t like but I do prefer smaller boutique hotel style places. If this is you, then reconsider. It’s still incredibly special regardless.

i’m not going to say what I liked about the property. It’s basically what is there not to like about this property! The beautiful room, the windows that open with a push in the button the beautiful atrium style lobby. THE POOL! The grounds! The light shows!

The cleanliness of the room, we’ve provided what we need, housekeepers staff were very friendly and professional. No stress on our ride to/from airport.

Upon checking in the front desk straight up told us that our card don’t work. We spent a while at the lobby trying to check in felt like 45 minutes to an hour…my husband had to call the bank to make sure the card is okay to use. It turned out that the card works just by tapping it on the card reader as the chip on the card doesn’t work. It was a bit embarrassing. A bit overpriced.

The room was great and the upgrade was awesome. The Rise breakfast buffet is amazing along with the infinity pool. Everything about our stay at Marina Bay Stands was greater than expected.

The bed wasn’t quite as comfortable as the Crowne Plaza Changi Airport, too hard for us, and very expensive, but still worth it for the incredible view and infinity pool.

Check in was delayed 1hr. Till 16hrs we were waiting for the room to be ready. Addressed me (female) as Mr. On the welcome board even though I told them several time to correct it.

Had a wonderful visit. Hotel grounds and views spectacular. The infinity pool (the biggest in the world ) sold it to us. We shall return

Everything was outstanding in this hotel. Room, every common area, poolside, mall, gym - are spotless clean. Service is top notch. Food is delicious. Rooms are perfect… we loved our stay there❤️

This was the second time we stayed here the first was in 2014. What we really loved is that the experience this time was even more exciting and excellent. Most hotels tend to worsen with time, but Marina Bay has only gotten better. The renovated rooms were amazing and incredibly comfortable. The service was excellent and quick, despite it being a very busy time and staff was very welcoming and helpful. Thank you very much for an unforgettable experience! We will definitely be back very soon.

An exceptional experience from start to finish. I was upgraded to a beautiful suite for my birthday, which made the stay even more special. The service was outstanding, the views were breathtaking, and every detail felt luxurious and thoughtfully curated.

There was honestly very little to fault. If anything, I wish I had stayed longer to fully enjoy all the facilities and the experience.
