I wish I had more personalized hotel customers. I don't see myself standing in line at check-in, like queuing for tickets and people dressed for the hotel level.

Wow!! Just wow. The facility is magnificent. Exceptional. Value for money. Worth every dollar. Close proximity to some of the popular tourist attractions. The staff are just unbelievable. Checked out, kept my luggage with them. Came back 5 hrs later they were still attending to me like their guest. This is a 10/10. Superb clients service.. Super fast WiFi. Free VOSS water all the way. Very courteous and helpful staff. Always happy and ready to help. Yew Jie in the front office was a great guy who checked me in. I got a free room upgrade. Definitely returning here. Simply the Best. Simply WOW.

What is there not to like.

What’s there not to like about it. Everyone is top notched, staff super friendly and bend backwards to be helpful. Dining choices are all excellent and food quality is good. Room was clean and well stocked. Concierge was very thorough to walk through the room amenities.

The facilities, especially the pool - WOW. Lots of lovely restaurants and shops. Cleanliness is superb, and location to the gardens by the bay and Spectre is perfect. Could not fault our stay at all, will definitely be back.

Haute Luxury at its finest. From the moment we arrived the staff were warm and welcoming. The room was stunning - modern, clean, amazing views, and all the amenities you need.

It is an expensive stay, but the experience does not disappoint. Other hotels in Singapore struggle to compare to the MBS.

Absolute perfection. Stunning suite, pool and location..

The location of the MBS waa the main reason I chose this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful with the views of the Gardens by the Bay. The staff were very professional and attentive.

The price!

Everything about this hotel is exceptional. From the moment we pulled up in our taxi outside the hotel, we were welcomed and helped by the wonderful staff. We arrived extremely early (8am) and check in is not until 2pm, but we were given access to the facilities including the SkyPark infinity pool and Observation deck. Our room was then available early - and it couldn’t have been better. Stunning views of Gardens by the Bay, amazing facilities and cool features that radiated luxury. We didn’t want to leave, but left feeling so satisfied with our stay and eager to return!

Everything was perfect.

My room (3 796) was great, especially the bathroom. The hotel was very busy but once you moved past the lobby, it became much more serene. The Shoppes at MBS across the street (accessed by two underground walkways) was everything I wanted in a shopping center.

The quality of the breakfast offerings in Spago on the 57th floor weren't very good. The service in Rise during breakfast was substandard. The quality of the cocktails in the lounge on the 57th floor weren't as good as the same drink in The Club, located in the lobby, near Tower 1.

Room, infinity pool and breakfast were excellent.

I recently stayed at Marina Bay Sands, and while the experience had some highlights, there were also a few aspects that left me disappointed. What I truly appreciated was the pre-check-in process. Instead of handling it at the main reception desk, guests are welcomed into a separate, more private room behind the reception area. There, you’re offered tea or coffee while completing the formalities, which creates a calm and premium first impression. Another highlight was the breakfast, which was truly excellent. It’s served buffet-style with a wide and diverse selection, offering something for every taste. I would recommend arriving earlier, as there can be quite a long wait to enter the restaurant later in the morning—likely due to limited seating and guests taking their time. And honestly, it’s no surprise—everything is so delicious that no one is in a hurry to leave. The staff were consistently very friendly, attentive, and highly professional, always willing to assist and ensure a pleasant stay.

However, I was quite disappointed with the lack of flexibility in our particular situation. Due to a cancelled Qatar Airways flight and the need to return home with a different airline, we had to shorten our stay. As a result, we were unable to attend the breakfast included in our booking on the following day because of an evening departure. Despite having fully paid for the reservation, we were told that since the booking was made through Booking.com, nothing could be done. For a hotel of this level, I found it quite unreasonable that no form of compensation could be offered—not even a small gesture such as a pizza and drinks by the pool. In my opinion, this reflects a lack of customer care that is difficult to justify. As for the hotel itself, it is undeniably more impressive from the outside. The architecture dominates the skyline and leaves a strong visual impact. However, once inside, it feels like a significant amount of space is underutilized, and there is potential for additional amenities that such a prestigious hotel could easily offer. Finally, what surprised us most—unpleasantly—was the accessibility of the fitness center. It is not conveniently located within the hotel itself. To reach it, you need to go down to a lower level, walk near the Casino and the large shopping mall beneath the hotel, and then go back up again. The issue isn’t the distance, but rather the fact that the fitness facility feels disconnected from the hotel making it inconvenient to access. Overall, while Marina Bay Sands delivers in terms of iconic design and certain aspects of service, there are areas—particularly flexibility and guest convenience—where improvements are clearly needed.

Fantastic hotel, best pool view ever, amazing luxury and detail in every room, having traveled extensively worldwide, I can honestly say the level of detail, attention to detail and furnishings in the rooms at the Mariana Bay Sands hotel is superior to anything I've seen before.

The price of the room is really expensive, regarldless of the level of confort. wish it was a bit more reasonable.

Amazing location and amenities

One word.. WOW! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty! The staff were amazing, especially Raymond who greeted us and gave us a personal tour around the hotel. We stayed in a 2 Bedroom Suite on the 30th Floor and had a spectacular view of the city. The room was so plush and the marble bathrooms were devine! We enjoyed our swim at the famous infinity pool on the 57th floor.. the water temperature was perfect.. and I’d have to say it’s one of the best hotel pools I’ve ever been in!!! Our suite included Apertif Hour, which we enjoyed at Koma Japanese Restaurant, and breakfast at Spago.. both amazing! Also included with our suite was complimentary transfers to the airport - which was 2 luxury vans for my family of 6 & our luggage.. but what made this stand out even more, was being greeted at the airport by a Marina Bay staff member who personally showed us to early check in, and completed this whole process for us! And made sure we were all set for our flight home! We definitely felt pretty special during our entire stay!

Could not fault a thing!!!

The deluxe room with gardens of the bay view was very nice and spacious. One of the reason for staying here was the infinity pool with a view which did not dissappoint. The only thing is there needs to be more shady rest areas up there and posdibly some mist spray to cool the walk way as my wife burnt her feet trying to get to the pool from the sun lounger.Would it be possible to have spare flip flops in case someone had forgotten theirs, at the poolside. A changing room which isnt a toilet or shower, which is wet, near the pool even if a basic cubicle would also be good. Breakfast was very good. The fruit selectiin was excellent. The most special thing staying here were the staff who were helpful, smiling and especially the room stylist Hong Yan looking after the make up and upkeep of our room was exceptional.

Please consider mist spray and shade near pool, and flip flops for guests who dont have any near the poolside plus creating a changing cubicle near the pool. We booked shower on our last day by lift wouldnt be comfortable to travel in semi wet swimwear to reception one in main lobby and then wait for shower and changing keys. Having said this the shower and chaging area on floor 2 was excellent.

This hotel is simply beautiful. It was a dream come true for me. It was a pleasure to stay at this location. I can’t wait to come back to this hotel and especially to Singapore. Such a beautiful and inspirational country.

This property was simply fantastic. It was a dream for me to be able to celebrate my birthday at the Marina Bay Sands hotel. This is an iconic building. This building is modern, fresh and simply beautiful.

Everything was simply great. The last night at the hotel, the operator try to give me a hard time about requesting some toiletries. However, I was able to get what I needed and it was delivered to the room in less than 10 minutes.

Staff overall was friendly, professional, and extremely pleasant. Particularly our rooms were always professionally tailored and kept perfect. Hue Feng and Arkar were impeccable to keep our room always clean and well stocked. Whenever we had a question or request, they were on top of it, and then making sure we were satisfied. Eating at RISE, breakfast buffet, was amazing. An array of food to accommodate all tastes and desires. We loved trying the local food from RISE, which gave us a good introduction of what to expect when we venture out. Jonathan, in the black suit, was always circulating around and checking to make sure each table was attended properly, as well as presentation of the restaurant. Marina Bay Sands was always kept clean. That's very important! At the infinity pool, the staff were keen to our needs, always providing water with towels upon check-in. The photographer was very vigilant and took great pictures at the pool area. We had a great time at Wakuda.We sat at the bar intending to just have 1 drink. However, Amos our bartender and Sammi, sommelier, were such great hosts, we ended up trying much more and even ordered a shot of Chef Wakuda's drink, 1963 Bas Armagnac. Amazing!

An absolute world-class hotel. The service and amenities are flawless, with a level of professionalism from the staff that I’ve rarely experienced elsewhere. I was upgraded to a higher-category room on the 28th floor with a breathtaking view of the Gardens by the Bay - something I will never forget. The infinity pool is an experience in itself and absolutely worth it. I also have to mention the best breakfast I’ve ever had. An incredible selection of everything you can imagine, including excellent salmon or duck flank steak. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to Singapore!
