The Fullerton Bay Hotel, Singapore

Stunning property. Boutique type hotel very homely feeling and excellent location with the best views. The staff were amazing from arrival to departure - great attention to detail, very attentive and extremely pleasant.

The hotel is stunning and extremely central to Merlion and just a 5 minute walk to Marina Bay Sands. The staff couldn’t help you enough

We had a couple of issues with drilling at night however when mentioned to the staff they did it

The Spa was not in the hotel but in another one a few minutes away. The lantern food could be more diversified

Excellent location and well appointed rooms.

We were disturbed by a very loud drilling sound in the middle of the night which disturbed our sleep. We had to contact management who apologised but that was a very disappointing experience.
The hotel overcharged us and booking.com Customer Service sorted it out- they were excellent. The hotel had not responded to our direct contact with them.

Breakfast was excellent. I had a lunch meal and also very good though - as expected - a bit pricey.
Staff were very attentive. The room had good amenities and all was very clean . I have also used gym and swimmIng pool and everything was good. Room was quiet and with a view.

I did look at different solutions in Singapore and overall I found that the price for a well appointed accomodation in the centre of the city was higher than I expected. I found the room price quite expensive, but I think the hotel aligns with other similar hotels.

Beautiful great breakfast

Everything perfect, from the straff to the facilities. Could not have been better. Amazing hotel, the old part and the newer part is luxuriously decorated.

Pool side offering could improve.

Incredibly friendly, helpful staff, comfortable and luxurious room, even entry level city view gave a side view of the water from our balcony. Loved the large rooftop pool, gorgeous morning swims and welcome dips after sightseeing. Easy walking distance to many sights plus MRT station. Appreciated being a relatively smaller hotel, far more personal service, easy to navigate and get out to explore.

By night, The Lantern roof top bar played unpleasantly loud, dated music which jarred with the relaxed setting of the rooftop pool and stunning views of the bay, also seemed very at odds with hotel guests and could be slightly heard from our 6th floor room until 1am. Wouldn't put off staying again as everything else was excellent, would just avoid the roof later in the evening and request a lower floor room away from the lifts to avoid any possible noise.

This hotel was just lovely. Immaculately clean and in a terrific location for exploring the city. Easy to catch a bus or train. Grab was readily available and fast. The people were awesome too.

The breakfast was very nice - it hit all the bases -- Chinese options, cereal, British breakfast, lovely breads and pastries. Eggs cooked to order in the buffet area. No complaints at all.

The room was larger than most.

It's expensive. More than I wanted to pay, but I can't be that sad about my choice since everything and everyone was lovely.

The comfort and cleanliness of the hotel was superb. The staff are so friendly. The location is amazing and the rooftop pool and bar top it off

Proximity to places. Great view of the Marina Bay Sands hotel from the pool. Probably one of the best hotels I stayed in although it was for a short period. Service was excellent.

The hotel is located in an excellent position for enjoying the sights and sounds of Singapore. The staff are impeccable warm, welcoming and make a point of making you feel at home. Swimming pool on the roof is a delight. I have stayed at Marina Bay Sands and it impersonal and I now would only ever stay at The Fullerton on the bay. I had a balcony room and it was joyful to sit outside and enjoy the activity on the bay.

The Fullerton Bay Hotel offers a refined and intimate luxury experience right on the waterfront. The atmosphere is calm and elegant, with excellent service that feels genuinely personal. The rooftop pool is beautiful and far more relaxed than larger hotels nearby, with lovely views over Marina Bay. The location is ideal for walking around the bay, and everything feels polished and well balanced.

While the hotel excels in atmosphere and service, the experience is more about understated elegance than iconic spectacle. Guests looking for a bold or “wow” factor may prefer a larger, more famous property.

Hotel was perfectly located, room, brilliantly overlooking the Marina Bay. We are grateful to the Fullerton Bay team who manage to arrange for our 2 rooms to be next to each other.
Easy for my elderly mom to walk around and enjoy to beautiful sceneries nearby.

There were a few grey stain marks at some parts of the big mirror.
One of the bath taps were a bit hard to turn on because of ? lime scales.
Otherwise they were just minor things and wasn't a deal breaker. Otherwise, would've been flawless though.

Spacious, beautifully furnished and very comfortable room with great view. Warm and professional service throughout the hotel. - reception, F&B, pool, concierge. A wonderful place to spend Christmas. Thank you!

Great location

Loved our view! Maid service was excellent. Rooftop pool and bar was very memorable! Lyca, Lorna all made our stay extra special. Enjoyed sunset and Happy Hour at the pool each of our 4 evenings, made epic by Thea and Agnes. Check in and out were seemless. Breakfast was super elegant!

Beautiful property. Rooms are large and we had a lovely room right on the water. Staff very friendly and professional.

The location was excellent. The view from our room was amazing.

The breakfast was very average for a 5 star hotel.

The property is immaculately presented. The concierge were all so cheerful, polite, accommodating and far exceeded customer service expectations. Check in was simple and easy. All amenities were explained and offers of any assistance were available 24hrs.
Our room was fantastic on the 5th floor overlooking the water. The amenities were exceptional. There was nothing further we required. Bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping were very efficient and courteous and nothing seemed a bother for them.
Pool and rooftop bar areas were lovely locations to enjoy a drink or swim.

Was a “posh/expensive” hotel; but we were treated fabulously well. All staff wanted to help and chat to us…even cleaning staff had a smiling hello. And unlike some hotels NO pushing for us to buy extra stuff. Sitting by the pool, staff would help re towels and bring free water, ices, food etc during the day…with only one attempt to say did we want a menu for the food. The exact right balance from our perspective.

NO BIDET IN BATHROOM!!!! This is shocking for an Asian country, and other hotels in Singapore are equipped with bidets in their rooms.
The breakfast variety wasn't that great. Others far better.
