We would certainly recommend it to everyone.
The room was quite new and extra modern with city landmark views. Breakfast was delicious and with lots of variety. Staff were friendly and helpful. The roof top bar and swimming pool are with wonderful views we would remember it forever. The hotel allowed us to check in early in the morning and check out 2pm due to our flight schedules without extra costs.

This hotel is amazing! Very beautiful with a lovely old charm. Unbelievably clean, beautiful food and the staff were absolutely amazing. Maria was so lovely and arranged so many thoughtful things. Fabulous
Breakfast not as good as our previous stay. All buffet now and no a la carte options. Consequently a lot of the items which should have been hot were either cold or lukewarm

I had the DO NOT DISTURB light on and the staff came into our room for turndown WITHOUT PERMISSION, when I had specifically requested DO NOT DISTURB. Also, we ordered sweetrolls and orange juice to be delivered to our room at 5:30 am on May 4th. NO DELIVERY. When we checked out at 5:55am for our 6am pickup, reception told us the food was currently being delivered to our room. EPIC FAIL FOR ROOM SERVICE AND THE STAFF'S DISREGARD OF THE DO NOT DISTURB SIGN.

Sensational hotel with genuinely friendly and helpful staff in a great location.
Everything. This place is an absolute haven of luxury and sophistication but the staff and service is what really makes it special. We felt very spoilt and looked after. We arrived early in the morning after a long flight hoping to just be able to leave our bags until check-in time but we were offered complimentary breakfast (the best buffet I’ve ever seen) and an early check-in. Great advice and help from the staff, outstanding on every level. We are not usually five star hotel people but this was worth every penny. The room was beautiful with views over the water to Marina Bay Sands. The most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.

This is an amazing treat in the heart of Marina Bay.
For me as a solo traveller this is the best location as everything is within walking distance and several MRT, (metro) stations on your doorstep if you are going further afield. I love the hotels rooftop pool and bar and it feels very personable, the staff are amazing.

Nice room. I remember the last time I stayed my room overlooked marina bay sands. Was excellent view . I love the water view when room has the balcony, I’ll be back

Best Staycation ever with amazing views, most friendly staff and impeccable service!
It was a birthday celebration for my husband, the hotel was so thoughtful and prepared special birthday decoration and accessories (ie. a pair of Fullerton bears!), cake in the room as a surprise to us!! Service was top quality, room was very clean, with great view of water, MBS and Merlion area. Breakfast had great variety. We will definitely come back!

One great hotel worldwide
Simply one of the best hotels in the world. Friendly attentive staff, breakfast buffet is plentiful and attractive even for a European tourist. Rooms are very spacious, spotless and best of all - soundproof. Location very close to transportion.

Great Hotel
The stay was perfect. The room was well appointed. Staff were excellent. Couldn’t have asked for more. We felt Fullerton Bay is better value than the hotel across the bay, Marina Bay Sands.

Best hotel room in Singapore, beautiful views, great location and a wonderful hotel stay.
Incredible rooms - beautiful woodwork, modern bathrooms and very high tech. Huge beds, lovely mirrors and comfortable furniture in the room, great in-room facilities. It was my husband's birthday and the staff went above and beyond: balloons, fruit and a birthday cake in our room. Beautifully quiet rooms. We were given a room upgrade and had a wonderful view and balcony across the bay, facing MBS. Super easy to pop upstairs for cocktails, afternoon tea in the lobby, and delicious breakfast buffet. Easy check-in and check-out. Couldn't have been better. Thank you!
