The hotel is a bit aged and it shows (missing tiles in the pool area, visible signs of ageing in the bathroom, malfunctioning sockets, etc. , 15 min queue for breakfast on Easter, not a 5-star reception process, etc.

Absolutely everything. Child friendly, safe, delicious breakfast.

The personalised service you receive from check in to check out was fantastic------All staff that I encountered were very friendly, professional and eager to help.

Everything! Especially enjoyed the quiet pool area with plenty of covered lounge chairs and the spa amenities (steam room, sauna, jacuzzi) that are accessible to all guests.

The location is superb and the staff super friendly. The room is very spacious and has all amenities you can think of.

The hotel is a bit old, you can see that the room is worn. In addition, for this price, I would expect a welcome drink and fruits/sweets on the room.

Huge varied breakfast selection. Little touches that are typical of staying in a luxury hotel that just feel nice. Nice outside pool.

I’m female and I was never greeted and acknowledged at breakfast etc, staff always just greeted my boyfriend saying ‘good morning sir’ etc, even at check in they literally spoke just to my boyfriend and directed all conversation to him even though I was the one who had booked and was paying for the hotel!!! I’ve never experienced that in other hotels or restaurants etc in Singapore. The hotel’s also a little tired, needs a bit of a refresh.

Everything was excellent. From check in to check out, it was perfect The room, the view, the club lounge and especially the staff. Would have loved to stay longer and we will definitely be back.

The staff were all lovely - really polite, friendly and quick to help. The views from the room are great and the rooms were generous in size. A special mention for the breakfast - one of the best spread I have seen with lots of variety. This hotel's level of hospitality is the best I have received.

The location was perfect to get around easily and convenient next to a shopping mall and MRT. The staff were genuinely thoughtful and kind. We were there travelling with our 5 month daughter for her first overseas vacation and they made our stay special. Very child friendly. The hotel itself was stunning, with a great breakfast offering and facilities.

Not going to the spa and getting a massage earlier on in our stay.

Everything was god

The rooms were immaculate, from a very comfy bed to an exceptional bath and lovely facilities, everything lived up to expectations. Additionally, the staff, particularly Arya and Erna at the front desk and Pablo and Prink from housekeeping were incredibly thoughtful, leaving a present and handwritten note that was a very lovely personal touch.

We enjoy staying at the Ritz Carlton hotels wherever we are in the world because they have the best staff and the best breakfasts. We had a view over the marina which is particularly beautiful at night. The pool, sauna, steam facilities was excellent.

I wish we could of stayed longer

Our room had a beautiful view of the Bay, it was spacious, a little outdated, the bathroom the same, only one sink in a huge vanity... Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a similar hotel.

The location is good, near to MRT station, walking distance to Marina Bay, Ferris wheel, and Garden by the Bay. Staff are very friendly and attentive. The view in the room is spectacular and the bed is so comfy.

Most of the time the room is quite sound proof, however still can hear the outside noise if people talking too loud or children screaming.

Very comfortable hotel with excellent facilities. The staff are very attentive and after a noise glitch in our room, it was attended to rapidly and a small gift ( plus a late checkout) was gratefully received. Ling Ling in the dining room was a gem! I would rate her level of service the highest we've experienced and we travel quite a lot. Overall an excellent hotel and would definitely stay there again.
