Selection of places to eat or have a drink is excellent

Tv service was a bit clunking and occasionally dropped out

Excellent Staff and Service, View from room and room Size ! Loved the pool , nice and private with good service . We have spoken about visiting Singapore again just to purposely stay at this Hotel !

I love the amenities, especially the view of the bay. However, despite the construction site, it did not disappoint. Huge thank you to the room cleaner, Sandeep, who took great delight in cleaning the room and offering us with extra beverages and towels. He is professional and his service was wonderful. A further lasting impression making was Katie, the guest service officer, who was informative and respectful in assisting me through the check-in process. She offered excellent care and communicated effectively in all aspects.

The location was great. Easy to walk around Singapore and close to the MRT for going further. Lovely staff - we felt welcomed on arrival and everyone smiled.

Wonderful all round. Beautiful rooms amazing views and top notch service. The highlight though is the breakfast, the most amazing breakfast choice I have ever experienced.

All good, Singapore is expensive so value for money is the only question mark but it is a lovely hotel and we were looked after superbly.

Love the room design and space, especially the bathroom, and those amazing views. Excellent sleep, despite our room being near the lifts. Thoughtful amenities, and warm and courteous staff, kudos to them.

Definitely the Best View on Singapore City

The staff were very attentive and helpful. It’s close to all the major attractions walkable actually. We stayed with Marina bay view room on 11th floor and had a great view and bath tub. The breakfast was good and multiple cuisines to choose from and as Indian, indian food options are available and they make fresh dosa uttapa if asked for which was great too. Also because we stayed in easter holidays they gave us dessert plate everyday in our room when we stayed!! In all great experiences, you get what you paid for!!

Breakfast is usually the same as we stayed for 4 days and dint see much variations.

We were amazed at the staff's willingness to accommodate our needs. Specifically, my wife and I do not eat gluten or dairy products, and chef Sundar was extremely kind, helpful and professional in preparing for us, every day, dishes and solutions in line with our dietary needs. Without Sundar our experience at the Ritz Milleniam would have been less exceptional.

Unfortunately, such a sophisticated structure did not have an ice-cold tub (cold plunge) in the SPA. Now a Must Have in excellent SPAs.

Celebrating 60th Wedding Anniversary and the Hotel made our stay exceptional - upgraded room to 28th floor, provided all kinds of special touches including special desserts as well as special breakfast. Club level food and service fantastic, location is perfect, city of Singapore is wonderful.
