Breakfast was below expectations, for examppe the omelette, the croissants should have been fresher, variety in marmelades was expected and also better bread quality

The hotel is way too big compared with other Ritz Carlton Properties. It felt crowded like a cruise, and I don't like cruises for the same reason. The service is not the same as in a smaller hotel.

We had a Marina Bay view room and it did not disappoint. The hotel staff are very helpful and the service provided are excellent.

We got upgraded to a corner suite due to improper room initially . the also sent us sparking wine to make things easier

A hotel with classic and tasteful decoration, the lobby is like an art museum, and the breakfast is rich and delicious

The view over the bay was exceptional and suresh our room attendant was so helpful

The Ritz Carlton was opulent, staff were amazing and our a Marina Bay room fantastic. Great position for attractions. Perfect.

The view was so amazing it was a shame none of their restaurants overlook it. Believe Club rooms have access to a restaurant with a view on an upper level.

Kind of bad smell was felt. Ask to the housekeeping and they brought air refreshener but not work well. smell again.

The size of the room was great and we loved the view of the city. The bathroom was lovely and spacious. I really liked the lighting in the room as I have low vision and often can’t see anything in some hotels. The trend to have dark moody lighting is terrible.
