Everyone (staff) was very kind and helpful. Room was great, spacious and very clean. Lovely orchids!

Stayed in 2 rooms. One in the garden wing which was a good size room. The room in the tower was somewhat cramped but comfortable.

The pool is lovely but the noise from children & families in the pool was unbearable at times. Also the weights equipment in the gym is too old. The breakfast room was chaotic & badly planned.

The hotel was very clean , most of the staff were helpful.

The breakfast was suitable, with a variety of cuisines.But on had to get things as they were beginning made otherwise a lot of food became rubbery. The toaster took too long to toast . The Chinese 🇨🇳 restaurant was not good at all , with a very limited choice. We had the set menu for dinner & it was tasteless & repeated soup style dishes, the dessert soup was the only course that had flavour, the rice in lotus leaf was seriously lacking in flavour. The bar was a bit lost in trying to something that it wasn’t achieving . I would not eat there again, great hotel to stay in especially the Valley wing , but eating out is recommended. Some staff were very strained in what they were doing & not flexible & up with what’s happening.

Location was excellent, facilities were excellent, all staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Loved the swimming pool and the feel of the whole property with the fish swimming pools.

The prices for the food/drinks when ordering at the swimming people were higher than expected so we didn’t order as much. We would have spent more money if things were more reasonably priced.

It was a really lovely hotel to stay at, it was comfortable and quiet, the pool was great, my daughter had a lot of fun at the splash park there as well, the staff were friendly and very helpful. They also organised babysitting for my daughter and it was great! The buffet breakfast was probably one of the highlights, SO many options to choose from. It was a short walk to the main shops/restaurants, and only a short drive to the botanical gardens.

I don’t think I have anything that I dislike about the property, however the restaurants at the property were quite overpriced for the meals that you got. The room service was reasonably priced, however I would venture out to eat in future.

A perfect stay with exceptional staff, top-notch facilities, a beautiful pool, excellent service, great amenities, and an ideal location.

Our every need in the room was anticipated. Comfortable beds. Poolside relaxing and service timely. Personnel were attentive.

Everything! The staff at reception were so lovely and welcoming. The building and facilities are incredible, this is definitely a 5 star experience. The pool and splash park for the kids were really fun and they have an optional kids club at an extra cost. It’s a 10 minute walk to Orchard Road shopping, dining and the train and it was nice to experience a different region compared to the marina and downtown. Breakfast was spectacular! Something for everyone. Highly recommend and can’t wait to stay again.

It is expensive for food and drinks but relative to the 5 star experience, different restaurants have different pricing so walk around and check this if you’re savvy.

Only minus was the bed for my boys in our room was quite hard so they didn’t sleep as good as they could and the aircon was not cold enough as it was v humid.

The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing. One of the best buffets I’ve been to. It had such a great selection of dishes from all the best cuisines in the world. It was great value for money!

The staff aren’t overly attentive or personable. The best staff were the Valet team, they were super friendly and helpful every time you needed to get a taxi or ride share.

The terrace area around the pool needs renovation. The breakfast area feels like a motel, not at all in line with the stunning lobby, garden wing, lush gardens.

The hotel was in a perfect location and was serviced perfectly by taxis. The breakfast was worth every cent. The rooms was very comfortable and clean, with everything that was required for our stay. Would definitely return again.

High end service, horizon club has a nice early evening food selection, breakfast could be improved.

Modern beautiful spacious hotel with lovely gardens and pool area.

We stayed in the garden wing in a suite with a hot tub. Unfortunately we had to have staff out every day to change the water and reset the temperature control which was very frustrating as we couldn't always use it when we wanted to.

Beautiful staff and lovely hotel, everything we needed and more. Even when we rang and asked for some extras for the kids they were very accommodating. Really recommend them.

The facilities in the room, king sized bed, comfortable pillow, bathtub and shower (separated), also provided umbrella and iron. The staff at reception accommodated my request even though this was my first time staying there and I only booked the room two hours before. The orchard flowers in the hotel look beautiful. Also the indoor garden inside the hotel looks stylish and beautiful.

Just a few minor points: The switches in the room a bit complicated. eg. Too many switches for the lights inside the room. The switches on the lift also a bit confusing (another hotel guest also experienced that, after tapping the room card and key in the floor number, still cannot give command to the lift, had to press the button "12" instead). Need to walk (a bit of slopes) to the nearest bus stop (about 5-10min) and MRT/tube/metro is more than 15 minutes walk away. I only booked a room because I had to attend a conference at the hotel and there was no water supply during those days at the place I usually lived at in Singapore.

Gorgeous pool and location. Staff were so friendly. Breakfast buffet was great. Kids club looked great. You have to pay extra for it but a good option for families
