Hotel Parkroyal on Pickering, Singapore

The look of the building. The garden path across the front the building. The products in the bathroom. The location was close to the underground station and China town.

Nothing. It was delightful to be there.

Spacious room, lovely bath tub, amazing location, great buffet breakfast selection.

Iconic property in amid the hustle and bustle of China town. The pool with the view of the hotels architecture was stunning. Our room was nice, comfy and with some Singapore skyline views.

The lighting in the room wasn't great - it felt quite dark a lot of the time. Some more direct lighting in the bathroom area would have been handy.

This is a very nice hotel, and I will definitely re-book when I come to Singapore next time. Staff is very nice and the facility is just amazing.

The staff were warm and knowledgeable. They offered me a late checkout which was kind. The gardens are stunning.

I loved everything but I think the pool bar menu could have some smaller snacks rather than just huge meals and maybe some more snack street food/local cuisine would be fun.

A beautifully built hotel created with a focus on combining hotel luxury with sustainability. Located on the edge of China Town within easy walk of the quays and food markets. Close to the metro as well. Amazing facilities, good buffet breakfast with a wide selection of food options and great service. Rooms are of a good size and furnishings comfortable and modern.

We had some issues initially with having the bed set up for our kids which resulted in a room change late at night. Other than this issue I cannot fault the staff, the rooms, the facilities or the hotel in general. Drink prices are at the high end (not unexpected though).

A beautifully designed hotel with a strong focus on greenery and sustainability, creating a fresh and modern atmosphere. The location is excellent – right next to Chinatown with plenty of dining options, and very close to the metro for easy access around the city. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed. While there were some minor cleanliness details that could be improved, the overall comfort and design make for a very pleasant stay. Breakfast offers a good variety in a lively setting, though the quality could be slightly more refined. The hotel can be busy at times, especially in the evenings. Overall, a stylish and well-located hotel that offers a unique concept and a comfortable stay.

Parkroyal Pickering is a sustainable luxury hotel, convenient location with a very relaxing vibe. The staff go out of their way to help and please but never in a pushy way. Would recommend including the breakfast, one of the best on offer. The room was quiet, the bed was really comfortable and shades darkened the room at night

If I reaaaally need to look for something, breakfast is a bit crowded during the rush hours.

Location is great, many hawker centers nearby and close to MRT. Good size of the rooms, spa, gym and pool. Nice loby.

The room was not cleaned fully, there were bits of litter left inder and near the bed.

The hotel is excellent. We were given an upgrade and the room was frankly amazing. Brent who looked after out bags couldn't have been more helpful. The staff who came and set up our daughter's bed were awesome too. We spent a relaxing afternoon at the beautiful infinity pool followed by a delicious dinner at the restaurant. We all slept great and were sad to leave. Great place to stay as a stopover or longer. We will definitely be back

Room was a little cramped but only because we were a large family but everyone slept very comfortably.

This property is wonderful - lovely to be amongst the greenery and the breakfast is next level !

Minor - We had free mini bar in our 2 rooms and there were many missing items that they did not provide.

We loved the biophilic design with all the gardens. The approach to sustainability was better than almost all hotels we have stayed in. The pool deck was amazing with a great view of the skyline.
