Hotel Parkroyal on Pickering, Singapore

Excellent location. Pool is great. The ‘collection’ offering is wonderful.

Watch out for some rooms near water features. They’re very noisey during the day. Level 14 has these. Our first room didn’t have a working thermostat, but we were moved without issue by management.

Location was great. Good and friendly staff.

The room wasn’t big enough, TV didn’t have Netflix or any apps for entertainment. The mini bar fridge didn’t work.

We loved staying at the Parkroyal Collection Pickering, the MRT China Town and China Town itself are only a few footsteps away. In our opinion, the breakfast was a little disappointing. Okay, it had everything, from fresh fruits (to self cut) to Muesli (only the sweet stuff, no plain oat meal) and a lot of warm meals in Japanese, Chinese and Western style, but the bread and cookie selection was very limited. Our room was clean and spacious. A cool gadget was the freshwater tab in the bathroom, where we could refill our water bottle for the day!

Breakfast closing at 10.30 was too short. Furthermore at 10.15 tables were beginning to be cleared and food removed. It was like a production line and lacked compromise Lack of information on hotel facilities was also disappointing

One of the malay chief during breakfast , he was gossiping to other malay staff ( without uniform) The sio may and bun steam plate was empty so i ask to fill in the siomay , he was so mad at me for disturbing his conversation with other staff . I was waiting for them finnish talking but they were gossiping , they ignore the bun and siomay no more on the plate . The chief was so rude , for 3 days i have been staying there , I felt good for 3 days , staying in the hotel till the last day , such a lazy staff had rudely reply me . So dissapointed .

Very central location. Close to MRT lines - Chinatown and Clarke Quay. Unique architecture featuring gardens visible outside most rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful lap pool. Excellent restaurant!!

Great service, staff at reception was very warm and friendly and took her time to explain. Pool was awesome, very modern design compared to other 5 star hotels. Spa was one of the best that I've been to as well. Definitely a repeat customer
