Architecture and design were stunning

The PARKROYAL Collection was a beautiful green oasis. It was like having a room in the Garden. We booked a Lifestyle King Room and we were on the 15th floor. The beautiful tall palms were right outside our windows. The room and bathroom amenities included a great bathtub to relax in and lay back and look at the greenery. Breakfast was delicious with an abundance of different choices. The infinity Pool area is amazing. Highly recommend the PARKROYAL Collection Hotel in Pickering -Singapore!!!

Location, design, staff.

The cleanliness and the room doors are scratched, and there are stains on the mirrors. Breakfast can be much much better!! There is no partition between the toilet and the shower, which could greatly upgrade the room, as there is no privacy in this way.

Pool was freezing cold, shower was a bit unreliable, very very small things

The uniqueness and the greenery. The rooms were so comfortable too!

We didn’t enjoy our dinner in the Lime restaurant. The buffet was cold and not being refilled. Lots of items were empty or looked like they had been sitting for hours and were not appetising. Poor for the money we paid!

The food in breakfast needs to be more international

This is a truly beautiful hotel to stay in. This trip I was on the 14th floor which is one of the garden levels. It was fabulous, thanks Felicia. All of the staff here are excellent, the room was extremely clean and comfy - blackout blinds and very quiet. Turn down service at night without asking. Thanks Acung. Every amenity is available in the room. I also received a card and cake on my birthday!

Bad experience at the spa but front of house staff responded excellently offered a redo and refunded me. Very pleasant response to a bad experience.

Very central. Close to public transport. Love the fact that it’s a green hotel and how plant life and water is brought into the hotel. Tranquil. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The greenery drew us here, but overall property was amazing. It was easy to walk to some cool eateries and sites. Otherwise, we just caught a cab. Concierge was helpful. A few free bicycles available.

Warning,: take a cab most places if hot. I got heat exhaustion walking too far one day.

Amazing place and amazing staff

Spacious and elegantly furnished rooms, exceptional and seamless service, wonderful breakfast with fresh greens, amazing view, good location – very easy to commute anywhere.

Food from the room service is average quality it isn't worth ordering it unless you don't have other options. The location is a bit noisy – there is a busy street right in front of the building, so keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper. Also, torn bed linen is not what you expect from a five-star hotel.

Architecturally interesting hotel, with a really large amount of very well-maintained greenery. Extra good breakfast, however the restaurant becomes crowded in the late morning. A very interestingly designed swimming pool with surprisingly icy water.

Two-thirds of the rooms are only accessible by an open bridge. The wind in your hair on the high floors, the view far down on both sides and the railing for heroes becomes a nightmare for anyone with a phobia of heights. Average rooms with average services. Very high price for a relatively small space.

Was pleased we chose this hotel over the famous Marina Bay Sands as much preferred the location being a stone's throw from Old China Town

The way the breakfast was cleared so hurriedly on time and any stragglers hanging on to their coffee were made to feel unwelcome

The pool needs some heating and a better lobby bar that is cosy.
