Always consistently excellent fantastic staff and excellent expansive food options to suit all tastes the health conscious and the fried food set.

I preferred the previous interior design but this was nice

The hotel was overall very good for us as a family of 4. The rooms were very neat, spacious enough for 4 people and the beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the pool and the slide and there was plenty of available seating for the adults to relax. The area is nice and quite compared to other areas in Sentosa. The breakfast options where good and the free island bus makes everything available to you. The staff were amazing.

Nothing really to note here. If I have to pick something it's that they didn't have pineapple juice available at breakfast after our first day... really not an issue.

we knew it was out of the city, but didn’t realise how far a way it was. Our bad - not theirs!

Everyone was so friendly and the pool was amazing with our girls happy to swim all day every day. Our room was extremely comfortable with enough space for us all and the bathroom and amenities were simply wonderful. We had such a great time and transport was so simple on Sentosa island, the bus stop out the front made our sightseeing so easy. The buffet breakfast is a must with a far better range of food and relaxed but special feel.

A little bit ackward to order the complimentry drinks at the bar, it would be great if there was an easier way to do this.

Loved the staff and how they went above and beyond to look after my family and myself. breakfast every morning was delicious and lots of options. pool and slide was great! room was comfy and looked after very well by the staff.

We loved everything but options to improve - More kids activities would be great and deals for alcoholic drinks like buy 2 get 1 free, etc. To help with costs!

The W is a home away from home. It’s clean, bright, generous on space & the facilities are second to none. And the staff! They are beyond amazing on every level.

Level of service was the standout… to be honest though… I could not fault our stay. From the minute our car door was opened … the friendliness of the W team was outstanding. Happy new year … welcome back… enjoy your day as the automatic doors were activated for us by each and every one of the staff. The cleaning team - amazing. Room servive - on point! Whatever Whenever - we utilized everything! The Woo bar crew remembered our faces and who we were traveling with … and our drinks! They LOVED our kids even more! The buffet breakfast every morning with the Bloody Mary bar … heaven. Then the free bus service that picked us up from the door- amazing. Skrt- their world renowned steakhouse - hands down the best wagyu experience agreed by the entire table. A Special bucket list experience would be an understatement!

I couldn’t fault it …. If I had to choose something - it would be that it cost a lot to stay there but that was expected and our bills weren’t a nasty suprise at the end. It was honestly worth every single dollar.

Everything was clean and tidy. The pool was amazing. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. Location is perfect. Easy to get around the island with the shuttle bus.

Drinks were a little pricey

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully furnished hotel. The room was modern, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it a very comfortable and pleasant experience for our family.

The hotel staff team were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help, which made us feel welcomed. We stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our kids, and the team went the extra mile to make it special by surprising us with a note, sweet treats and a decorative balloon. That thoughtful gesture really added to the celebratory mood and meant a lot to us.

We were genuinely impressed by the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. Thank you for making our anniversary stay so memorable. We truly appreciate the effort and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great pool and the room was excellent. Very tastefully renovated with both a big bath and shower. Staff were good at organising bags.

While the area is good all the places you would eat are more central London prices. If after street food this is not the place however for a place to chill in-between onwards flights it was perfect. It was hard to visit any beach close by via walking as you are in a private gated off area the area next to it where beach was is also gated off. The marina is cool though.

Pool bar was in the corner of the pool, and they were doing up the other part which would make a great location for a pool bar

Breakfast was great. It was so much to choose from particularly love the egg station. Can we please have some muesli however? The rooms are very clean and comfortable and you cannot fault the staff. They are all very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was really delicious and tasty, we had a really great server Grace!

We were told our room had just been revamped, however, the wall covering was peeling off and we didn’t have a much needed balcony(there was an extra charge of $80++ per night - kind of unreasonable)

Communication between booking.com and W

The away room with a private plunge pool was great. The pool also serves as a jacuzzi and the pump was strong to feel like massaging. It was too comfortable that we didn’t wake up for breakfast and missed that. It was altogether relaxing and comfortable for families.

The toilet flush was not strong though, need to flush twice for a clean flush.

We were really happy with our stay at this hotel. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff genuinely went out of their way to help us. Our room was extremely spacious, beautifully presented, and very comfortable.

The pool area was a highlight for us — great atmosphere, plenty of space, and we especially loved the hot tub. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay again.
