Its location.

The bathroom smells bad.

Location is perfect for exploring the city center. The Lebanese restaurant across the street is a must for dinner! The room also included information on Holy week festivities which was so nice.

The beside light was bright fluorescent. Something warmer would have been much nicer. I would stay again as this minor detail isn't enough to keep us away from this wonderful hotel.

Very clean and welcoming . Friendly staff at the reception desk. Room was larger than anticipated and reasonably priced. Lots of tapas in the area. Tea available at check in was appreciated but disappeared without notice.

Initially difficult to find amid the confusing streets, many with no name posted. The Hotel Colon is a good reference point found on many maps.

I was very happy when I realised the location was so convenient - for the bus station, and also many other attractions in Seville.

Hotel was perfect for our needs. Staff friendly, room spotlessly clean, beds comfortable. Location was amazing, right in the centre of the old town within walking distance to every part of the city we wanted to see.

The hotel is right in the middle of the shopping area and very close to the major tourist attractions. There are plenty of places to eat both local and international food (I especially recommend the Lebanese restaurant across the street).

The room was magnificent—very spacious and perfectly clean. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city and close to almost everything. A wonderful experience and highly recommended!

I really liked this small hotel. It's in a great location, away from the main tourist area, but close to great shopping and restaurants. The room was large, comfortable, nicely decorated and light. Lovely staff. I would definitely stay their again.

Might be a little noisy in the patio with other guests coming and going, but was not a big issue and not too late.

We really appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff was, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is also ideal. We could walk to most places without needing transportation.

Upon arrival, we were informed by the staff that the elevator was either out of service or not dependable.

We arrived really early (before staff on site or lobby opened) and, as we were sitting in the foyer, someone saw us on the camera and came to let us into the lobby. The staff continually went above and beyond providing us with advice, help, and excellent service.

We've were in Room number 1 which was on left between gate into hotel and glass door into reception area. Didn't feel part of the hotel & actually felt quite vulnerable to anyone walking in off the street. Floor safe was not big enough to take ipad. Room was next to hotel's public toilets and we could hear every 'noise' when toilets were bring used. We did ask to change room but hotel was full

Room number 1 (our room) is between the gate into the hotel and the glass door to reception so we did not feel part of the hotel and felt a bit exposed.. Room number 1 is also adjacent to the hotel public toilets - we could hear people using the toilet. That's the only negative. We did ask to be moved but the hotel was full.

Price is quite high - but so as everywhere in Seville hotels, not sure why this city is so much above average European hotel pricing per night

Attractive little hotel tucked away in quiet street in an excellent location . Charming decor.

My only complaint was that my room on the ground floor was near the entrance vestibule and reception so there was a little noise with people coming and going and conversation.

The location was perfect, situated within 10 minutes of the bus station. Near the river and most places of interest and surrounded by lots of bars and restuarants. Room was lovely, clean, well decorated, comfortable with tea and coffee available.

My room was near the lift and the bathroom situated next to the hallway. Although the window was frosted, this felt very close to the hall and passing guests. Would have liked a bit more space to work with a laptop within the room.

The room was cool, quiet and very clean. It contained tea/ coffee making facilities as well as a fridge in the room. It offered tea/ coffee in the foyer. As well, the concierge was very helpful given my lost luggage situation.
