Design of room, great team on reception, room service

Noise outside on the street in the nights, no parking (additional 50 eur per night for public parking), paid spa access for hotel guests, limited restaurant on the rooftop.

Honestly its a great hotel in many ways, the staff are fantastic and location second to none

the toilet must of been for children:), the bathrooms need an upgrade

An historic building, decorated with sophistication in an iconic location. The cathedral is right there! Lovely rooftop bar, and breakfast was delicious.

Good and didn't have to ask specially for GF options

Not having a window in our room although I expect in the muddle of summer that might have been an advantage

The location was perfect. Room was huge and comfortable. Housekeeping have cleaned the room regularly and made our stay relaxing.

The staff were a little unhelpful. Booking a spa seemed a nightmare. We felt like we had to fight for a pre-blocked spot.

Everything was great and the hotel was in a perfect location. The best however was the service received by the staff at the reception. We felt looked after at every moment.

Our initial room has no natural light which was a little claustrophobic and this should be pointed out on the website. Due to the hotel being fully booked, we couldn't move rooms until our last night, which they kindly did. Despite this, the hotel is in a great central location and made it so easy to travel around.

The main toilets at the hotel were unisex and felt very out of style with the rest of the hotel, they were shabby, but more worryingly for a unisex toilet, the door of the toilet i used, did not close properly

How to reach the property. The roads were so small. Was really difficult to reach with a car.

Bedroom decor - need wardrobe space, longer mirror, bedside plugs. Bathroom needs hooks or hanging space and mirror and better lighting. Found a cockroach in the bedroom, not sure if this has been a problem in other areas?? Spa facilities not satisfactory- need more private treatment area, poor lighting, pool/ sauna okay but can have more facilities e.g jacuzzi. Should not charge hotel guests extra to use this facility as not worth the extra cost

Proximity to everything, and the hotel has so many amenities on site.

In our upgraded room (with a view), there was no desk or table, and only one chair to sit on. I get the whole minimalist design ethos, but a huge room with no sitting or bench/table area to place and charge laptops, phones etc, was not ideal. This meant finding a spare socket and placing all the digital devices on the floor in a corner to charge. Yet there was plenty of room for suitable furniture to achieve this with more functionality.

We were very lucky with a room with a private terrace and the whole stay, including the restaurants, was just perfect. Your staff is lovely and the room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning was perfect and when you close the windows, it blocks almost all sound from the streets. The location was 10/10. Superb! The hotel itself is stunning. I would definitely recommend everyone to go there.

The pillows were too soft for my liking, unfortunately, there was only 1 kind of pillows provided. Would have loved some spare. Also, we had the room underneath the rooftop bar. Although the closed windows block out all voices and music, the hotel needs to to put some insulation underneath the rooftop bar floor because until 1 o’clock, there’s a constant pounding sound with every step someone makes, and every chair being moved. It really sounds like people are moving 500 chairs continuously. It’s very annoying and hard to fall asleep on. On all other days, there was no one above us but we could still hear the rambling chains all night on the sliding canvas backgrounds of the bar. The hotel should really thighten those chains.

The location was amazing. Bed was super comfortable and room and terraces with stunning views.

Room was 20 feet away from rooftop bar open until 1am which made it difficult to sleep until after it closed. It also had its own, very small, hot water tank which meant that despite the shower having two shower heads, there was not enough hot water for two. There were lots of little niggles which amounted to enough to spoil the stay.

Perfect location, staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and the hotel is first class.

Lift was slow and breakfast could have of had more options in the hot food department.

Fantastic service from start to end. Location in front of the cathedral cannot be beat, and I guess you pay for that !

We felt the price we paid was somewhat overrated, considering our room only had a view over an internal passage, and the bathroom - while clean - was worn out and could surely have done with a refresh. Super noisy in the morning as the door does not insulate from outdoor noise. There is a disconnect between the classy feel you are given upon entrance and the wing where our room was located.

Friendly staff and extremely helpful, great location with easy access to lots of trips/tours!! Bonus that the hotel has a cute rooftop with a lovely view of the cathedral and a nice little pool

My only down fall was the room was very dark with no natural light however if you’re here for exploration it really is a minor thing!

Rooms had no kettle. Desk to sit at for makeup, no chairs and or full length mirror as you would normally see in a 5 star hotel or less .. roof top bar is very expensive even for residents

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location to explore Sevilla. Loved the rooftop pool and the staff were truly amazing. They certainly helped to make our stay a memorable one

A few issues with our room (front door lock, bath and gurgling drains). Despite our room and terrace providing spectacular views over the cathedral, the continuous sound of ringing bells throughout the entire night (every 15 minutes) does make it challenging to enjoy an uninterrupted night’s sleep.

The location is excellent

The hotel is not for families, there’s no privacy to take a shower, bathroom. The doors are transparent and there’s no dressing room. It’s not for families.

Our first room was right next to the bar so extremely loud but we spoke to staff and they moved us

We found our bed comfortable. Breakfast was very healthy and with a wide variety. Hotel staff were very kind. Rooftop bar was amazing and had extraordinary views of the Cathedral and Giralda.

Air conditioning was a bit strong, which made the local environment in the room very cold. Not too well isolated from the exterior sound.

In room 205: The bathroom door didn’t open completely because the bidet was behind the door. You had to go in sideways. That is unacceptable. Remove the bidet. Not needed at all. The toilet is necessary and should be easily accessible. Badly reformed room. Also details are important in a four star hotel. The caulking in shower needs to be replaced and the paint on shower ceiling needs to be renewed.

Rooftop bar service was a little slow

An incredible location, very central and you’re able to walk pretty much anywhere from the hotel entrance. Lovely decoration inside, and the reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful!

The room we were in was very close to the street, and the sound outside was very loud especially when they were clearing glass bottles early in the morning. This could be difficult for light sleepers, or people with young children.

Getting to the pool was a little disjointed but hotel has everything.

Everything is perfect.

We had a fantastic room with an incredible view overlooking the cathedral, the location is perfect. The rooftop barr was excellent too

The hotel toilets downstairs could do with being improved to bring up to 5 start hotel standards

Location was beautiful & very lively. Cleaning staff were good and work really hard.

Room was a bit basic, balcony was too small to sit on, the pool was unheated and too cold to use, the elevator was in constant use by people visiting the terrace, leaving us stuck on the first floor with a buggy for a while each day. The room service menu was really expensive too, over 20€ a sandwich.

The room was small and there was no table where I could sit with my laptop. I had to go to the common areas to work at a table. This seems unusual. Also, the street noise was very bad one of the three nights we were there (garbage collection, etc.) We had trouble sleeping.

Offered room was not good ,but reception was gentle and changed the room.

Most of the staff, like Maria were very friendly and helpful. Stayed here lots, rooms are very nice, beds very comfortable.

Kept getting asked if we were guests at the hotel everytime we tried to use facilities for guests, it became rather annoying. Some staff are particularly disagreeable, especially those working on the terrace bar.
