Great friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Amazing location.

Wifi didn’t work well at all in the room. Pool area was a bit underwhelming and not as big as the picture. No closet space in the room.

The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable . Great rooftop bar overlooking the cathedral.

No poolside service , even though there was a bar there…. should have staff manning that and providing snacks service during the day there.

fantastic central location with all the exploring, monuments and bars etc within walking distance. Aclot of friendly helpful staff and a great roof top bar.

No wardrobe space. Odd layout with sink in the main room rather than bathroom . A lot of noise from the street ( bring some ear plugs). No poolside bar attended and a long route to fetch your own drink.

The location is spectacular

The room was small. Often there were language issues at the reception desk. The rooms were very basic - definitely not 5 star.

The location was very central and perfect for bars, restaurants and sightseeing.

Never had their expensive breakfast, but went to the numerous outside cafes. Air conditioner did not seem to work and the unisex toilets in public areas were a serious put down.

We had asked for a room in our category with a terrace if it was available, the staff did this for us but the room we originally got was up behind the pool, it felt dated and not as comfortable compared to other rooms we have stayed in before, it was overlooked by the terrace bar and the smell of chlorine was strong. We spoke to reception and they immediately moved us to another room, it was without a terrace but that was ok as the view was even better. The staff could not have been more accommodating and we were very happy with our new room.

Central location, lovely rooms, super-comfortable bed. Our room had an outdoor terrace, which it was warm enough to enjoy. The rooftop bar was a nice way to round off an evening.

There was one evening (Saturday) when the noise from the bar upstairs reached our room and it was harder to get to sleep but not a huge problem and was fine on other nights of the week.

Our first room noisy and moved us for our second night. Which was great.

The rooftop pool was great and very quiet. The hotel is beautiful. Our room spacious with very comfortable beds. The staff were very helpful. We checked in early and paid €20 euros for a late check out which was very reasonable.

We were excited about the famous rooftop bar but it was disappointing; small, uncomfortable and the staff seemed so stressed...didn't stay long, However sunset and the views were impressive.

Noisy for rooms on the street or near the rooftop bars. Too much light in for rooms with no “real” blinds. No closets in rooms.

liked the location and the restaurants… the cocktail rooftop bar of course! the thing that really made the hotel were the front of house staff - Alejandro, Eduardo and Carlos who was my driving saviour

the pool was not private from people coming to the rooftop bar. didnt feel comfortable there the layout of the bathroom super weird and constantly back and forth to basin and toilet and towel rails and shower … needs some HCD thinking! bed was squeaky!!
