The location and the property are stunning

Fantastic location (not if you are driving maybe) near to all major attractions, walking distance from almost everywhere you are likely to want to visit. So many restaurants within minutes and it’s a joy to wander the charming cobbled streets of the Barrio Santa Cruz. Breakfast were great and the complimentary afternoon tea very nice. Fabulous sangria but the snacks from the menu not so good. Bed extremely comfortable.

Air con in room not very efficient and when we had to mop up some water from the bathroom floor we found it to be dirty. The snacks we ordered from the patio menu were dismal (toasted cheese sandwich and cheeseboard - not worth the money) and staff adequate but not what I would call helpful. Also don’t plan for a lie in - too close to the cathedral and the constant bells for that!

Hotel was in a great location, whilst also being quiet

A wonderful stay in a perfectly central location. The hotel is within walking distance of all major monuments, which made sightseeing very convenient. A big plus was a great vegan restaurant just a 2-minute walk away. The staff were friendly, and the property was neat, clean, and well maintained. Highly recommended.

Loved the views, the location in the heart of the happening Santa Cruz quarter and the afternoon tea (try their palmeras). The in suite jacuzzi with the views were just excellent

The fact that the floor of the penthouse entrance was still being repaved when we arrived and we basically had to walk through construction with 3 very heavy suitcases across the construction area with tons of wires etc… doesn’t exactly reflect the price we paid. This was clearly known to the hotel since we were the only room on that floor and should have sent someone to help with the luggage (as all of the properties we stayed at of similar level did)

Way beyond what we require. We are 3⭐️ people and it was more like 4⭐️+.
Location you could not be closer to the old town.

Beautiful old building on the heart of the historic city, minutes walk from the cathedral. Peaceful and serene atmosphere as soon as you step into the entrance.
Delicious breakfast, lots of choice and excellent quality.
Comfortable bed, well equipped bathroom. Little gift left on the bed each day….. lovely touch.
Staff are extremely efficient, knowledgeable and friendly, very impressed….. well done.

Very little space for clothes, a wardrobe with just short hanging space (just about enough height for shirts) and two small drawers.

Clean and decor was very classic.

The location was fabulous - very central and so easy to explore the city from here. Staff couldn't do enough to help and the little extra's left in the room each night were a wonderful tuoch. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, we chose to step out and experience the local restaurants. The hotel laid on complimentary afternoon tea whilst we were there and that was a lovely touch - thank you

Sincerely there was nothing we didn't like about this hotel

The hotel is located in the heart of the historic district in Sevilla. Close to the Cathedral and Alcazar. The hotel also has a rooftop pool, with a great view of the Cathedral.

Although we reserved a Superior room, the size was on the small side.

Gorgeous spot in centre of Sevilla - very lovely room with a patio and view of the cathedral, very comfortable bed with high quality linens and excellent quiet air conditioning! Breakfast was lovely as well

Only slight negative is there were pool deck chairs right outside the patio and people for. The pool could see into the room if door was open - a little added privacy greenery would be welcome

Astounding location for dining and tours, parking access was good and rooms very quiet. All room facilities were excellent. It was our favorite city in Spain, lively and fun.

Driving as a tourist in Sevilla to find the parkade access was a very trying experience.

Great location in the Santa Cruz area of Sevilla, very close to La Giralda, the cathedral and a street with popular restaurants and bars. Nice and clean room, great decor and a small swimming pool on the rooftop.

The only room window was facing into the courtyard inside the hotel so could not leave it open as people could see inside of the room. They have also run out of pool towels so we had to use the bathrobes.

An excellent location and a spacious junior suite. Amazing views of the cathedral from the roof terrace. Great to use the swimming pool after a day sightseeing in the heat.

- The location is in the city centre, a 2min walk to the cathedral.
- The staff are exceptionally helpful.
- The rooms are perfectly clean.

- Slightly difficult to get a taxi directly outside the hotel using taxi apps (as the hotel is in a no car zone), but you can ask reception to call one for you - which is great.

Beautiful hotel with incredible views and excellent location. Loved the free afternoon tea which was a wonderful addition.

We booked the jacuzzi room. However the jacuzzi wasn’t working properly and neither was the outside light. We spoke to reception and as friendly as he was he was unable to help.
