In the historic heart of Seville
We loved this hotel - from the fabulous welcome at reception to the very comfortable rooms, great staff, the afternoon tea and breakfast buffet. Hard to beat the location too. Very pleased we stayed and hope to return one day.

Beautiful property, so clean, in an amazing spot and staff were really helpful and friendly.
The aircon didn’t work, we went early January (cold/rainy weather) and the room was BOILING. First night was unbearable and slept for 2 hours in total.

Great short stay in Seville
Great location close to the cathedral yet still tucked away. Lots of good food places and bars nearby. Hotel was gorgeous. Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was great. Beds were very comfortable.

Everything you might want from a hotel - comfort style and very helpful staff
A beautiful room great location and attention to detail with everything - afternoon tea served ( complimentary) as well as water and coffee. The roof top was a hit with fantastic views of the cathedral. I loved the luxurious feel of the hotel .

Beautiful hotel with everything you need for a relaxing stay .
The hotel is in the centre of the City, right by the Cathedral, restaurants and shops. It is immaculately clean, the staff are all really helpful and the room was beautiful. There was a good choice at breakfast with quality teas and coffee. The rooftop area with plunge pool was great for relaxing in the sunshine.

Whatever negatives Is overwhelmed by the staff
On vacation from Sydney, Australia, we found that the hotel had all the facilities to meet our needs. The position was perfect. The room clean and spacious.
Most of all was the staff. From the moment we checked in until our check out, we were treated amazingly. Tuna at the front desk and all the team were always very helpful.
The breakfast restaurant was one of the best we have experienced.
I want to mention Filipe and Joanna Lette and also lenize. My thanks and appreciation for their help. Always with a smile.
They are an true asset to the hotel.
