I wish thier was a spa in hotel Bathroom when i arived thier was hair in bathtube The wt scale is broken not functioning Bathroom floor not every day is cleaned

Warm arrival, flowers sent to our room, room location and balcony. It was our first time there and we loved it so much we hope to return again.

There was nothing for us to not like. It was all perfect for us.

Historic building- architecturally interesting and extremely well maintained. Perfect location within walking distance of the key sites. Quiet, comfortable with superb service.

Perfection would have been a little heating of the outdoor pool

Lovely big room. The breakfast was good and the staff were very good. Beautiful hotel. It was my husbands 60th and they made it special for him.

The room was too dark. The double bed was made up as 2 singles although i asked for a double bed. I booked the reservation so i should have been under as the lead, but the hotel had everything in our friends name, so i feel they benefited from my requests that i had asked for.

The hotel was luxurious with excellent staff and service.

Location excellent - between park and main city. Breakfast choice excellent. Room was excellent size and had a great terrace. Hotel staff were excellent and very helpful.

There is nothing more that could have been done

The ambience of the hotel was fabulous with gorgeous pieces of furniture, vases, lights and tiles befitting the era,The room was spacious, bed and pillows extremely comfortable and bathroom amenities second to none.The location was perfect- walking distance to all the main attractions as the hotel was near the centre of town. The little touches of complementary chilled sparkling wine, home made chocolates and an opportunity to sample the splendid marmalade from Sevilla oranges was much appreciated. The meal at the San Fernando restaurant was excellent and very good value. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Overall my sister an I had a wonderful four days in Sevilla and would highly recommend this hotel as a fabulous place to stay..

Everything! A gorgeous, luxury hotel. We booked a grand deluxe double room which was very luxurious indeed. we loved the little gifts which turned up each day, and the complimentary bottles of water and toiletries were appreciated

trying to locate the car park - might benefit from signage as the one-way system around the hotel is extremely difficult to navigate as a tourist.

Arrival and meeting , greeting Brilliant Concierge Breakfast

Irrespective of any costs, our meal on the first night of our stay was so disappointing that on the second evening we went out. We visited a small privately owned(?) restaurant "The Cairo" who presented the quality of food we expected from your hotel.

The hotel has an excellent location in the middle of the city center. I liked the decoration of the hotel and the room. The food is delicious.

No spa facilities at the hotel.

Disabled access not very satisfactory, lack of walk in showers in Grand Deluxe rooms cause a problem for those with mobility issues. We needed to use staff lifts to access the building. We were unable to access reception by lift, the only way was to use the rather steep stairs from the main body of the hotel. Buffet breakfast a bit of a problem, difficult to carry a plate when using a walking aid.

Beautiful property and arguably the nicest hotel in Seville. The restaurant was stunning and food was incredible. Staff at reception (particularly India) were brilliant in helping organise our lovely anniversary stay.

The hotel is truly beautiful and located ideally for a short trip to Seville. It is one of the landmarks of Seville in its own right. The facilities are outstanding and the staff were just a dream to experience.

O a couple of mornings we found that our cups and saucers have not been replaced from the previous day when the room was made up, which meant we are unable to have a coffee in bed before going down for breakfast. This was the only negative in otherwise perfect Stay.
