Hotel Alfonso XIII comprises 148 rooms and suites, with plenty of modern amenities and a fantastic location in the city center. Initially constructed by King Alfonso XIII for the royals attending the 1929 World Fair, this hotel is not only historical, but also provides a taste of luxury. Hotel Alfonso has several rooms to choose from, ranging from deluxe queen rooms to several ornate suites. The design of the suites and rooms was influenced by Moorish, Andalusian, and Castillian styles, just like the rest of the city. Beautiful hotel in the beautiful city.
Perfect location - walking distance to the main attractions: Alcazar, the Cathedral, Plaza de Espana, shopping and restaurants as well as the waterfront. Very clean room and super comfortable bed. Hotel itself has many attractions to offer: very good breakfast in the beautiful courtyard, unusual elevator doors, interiors influenced by Moorish art., displays bringing to you the history of the hotel and the city. The center of Seville itself is beautiful and very safe, we enjoyed night strolls through the narrow old streets.
Nothing related to the hotel itself, but to the overall experience while visiting tourist attractions nearby - for example Alcazar has super minimal amount of directions/explanations in English and we found ourselves saying "it seems we are looking at that beautiful ceiling for the forth time today". Brush up on your Spanish or prepare for the heavy usage of 'google translate'.

Wonderful historic hotel. Very friendly staff. Great tour by Carla. Restaurant is excellent with a great team led by Tomas.
Regulate which taxis pick up there. Our taxi was ancient, tiny and driver unfriendly and unhelpful.

It was okay.
The rooms were nice, the service was slow but okay.
When we arrived there was no one at the entrance to take our luggage up the steps and at reception, this first thing she said was ‘passport’… I would have preferred her to have asked how our journey was, give a welcome drink, say welcome. Just not very friendly at all.

Amazing hotel.
The hotel is a beautifull landmark a destination on its own.
The grand deluxe room. Spectacular.
Great pool with an amazing happy pool staff. Big shout out! Got the feeling people really love their job.
Staff at breakfast also very nice, at Ena also very nice and professional.
Try the Alfonso sprits

Excellent location! Gorgeous hotel very clean and front desk somewhat helpful. A classy place and architect was unbelievably amazing. Lots of small touches to stay more comfortable. overall, I would definitely stay there again😊‼️
Room was on the smaller side. Some of the lighting didn't work. The shower was really hard to understand and work. Breakfast was not super great but a lot of choices and didn't have much flavor and not hot. The staff could've explain how to get around the city better. We suggest that you call Uber instead of taking their suggestions and walking everywhere especially when it was so hot.
