Lovely building very well converted with exceptional staff
Super staff good location walking distance to main sights and near railway station.
The main reception area as you arrive could have reflected its 5 star rating with more than some green plants in pots which were dusty. Also the fountain centrepiece was not fully functioning so first impressions were not good. A shame because the rest of the hotel is really nice.

Calm and cool
In a very hot town very cool place (as the name is telling)… kind of environment you want to come back to and escape when outside is burning. Calm and quiet and cool and also very beautiful architecturaly.

Delightful hotel in an excellent location.
Excellent location in old Seville. Very comfortable room. Delightful breakfast. Amazing view from the rooftop across the old city. Really lovely hotel.
Most of the staff are superb and a couple little surly and could smile a bit more. Just a little training needed i suspect from those who get the concept of a 5 star hotel. The pool is a plunge pool although the photo's make it look a little bigger than it is. It's a meter by 2.

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful property
This is a beautiful historic property in a fantastic location for the key sights of Seville.
We stayed in a stunning suite with a roof terrace, huge windows. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Every little touch has been thought about from a clothes steamer, to a chic bag and fan for use during your stay. I can’t recommend this hotel more highly.
The staff were incredibly kind and courteous with great recommendations for restaurants

A stylish, serene, and elegant stay in Sevilla
My stay at CoolRooms Palacio Villapanés 5 GL was exceptional! The room design is truly impressive, blending style and comfort perfectly. Everything was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I appreciated how quiet and well-isolated the rooms were. I didn't hear any noise from neighboring guests. The shower was fantastic, adding a nice touch to the overall experience. The staff was polite, professional, and extremely helpful. Additionally, the hotel restaurant offered delicious meals. Highly recommended!
The location is a 10–15 minute walk from the Cathedral, Alcázar, and other key attractions. However, it’s on a narrow, quiet street, which makes parking or accessing the hotel by car a bit tricky. Some coordination or valet service may be necessary.

Perfect location in Seville, in a quiet neighbourhood.
Location of the hotel was fantastic. Was easy to walk to any of the iconic places. Hotel was one of the cleanest I have been to, which includes many iconic 5-star chain hotels. Staff was professional and helpful, but the daily housekeeping needed a little prompting. Breakfast was great and generous portions, as was most of the food at the hotel restaurants. Our room was spacious and well laid out, and the king size bed was very comfortable.

Enjoyable stay in a very classy and comfortable hotel
The hotel was very comfortable with lovely staff - very friendly. Loved the decor esp. in reception. The room was a good size as was the bathroom which was really well stocked with toiletries. Bed very comfortable. Water left in the room every evening.
While, I didn't mind, the window in the room was tiny though maybe this is a plus in Seville in summer. The breakfast was tasty but a little expensive.

Quiet intimate and extra comfortable
A beautiful building. Very comfortable room. The best shower ever invented. Extra quiet, away from central hubbub. But a leisurely 10-15 min walk to all the attractions. The staff was very attentive.

Felt like a Princess!
Oh my gosh - what a wonderful place to stay!! Felt like a princess. Staff was amazing. Beds were unbelievably comfy. Location is outstanding. Food and snack areas were wonderful. Outside space is so charming. Rooms were beautiful. We didn't not do the breakfast there as it was an add-on.
