What was once an 18th-century mansion is now the Palacio Villapanes, one of Seville’s most stylish boutique hotels. This structure is an ideal example of the Mudejar style, and the building’s original features have been left intact as much as possible. Trendy furnishings and bold colors have occasionally been added to provide a touch of contemporary style.
Comprising 50 rooms, this hotel has four rooms to choose from: the Deluxe Room, Premium, Palacio, and Suite. Each room accommodates two guests, but as you upgrade, the square footage increases with an added sitting area. Suites offer separate living spaces and iMac computers. Some rooms come with balconies and city views. Each room includes WiFi, flatscreen TVs, high-end toiletries, air conditioning, and mini-fridges.
Each guest of Palacia Villapanes will receive a complimentary welcome drink and access to the wellness area, which includes a gym, sauna, Turkish bath, massages, and other spa treatments. The hotel restaurant, Lost Roncones Del Marques, serves authentic Andalusian cuisine and is open 24 hours a day. There is also an onsite bar, a courtyard, a roof terrace, and a garden patio, so lovely spaces for relaxation abound.
Coolrooms Palacio Villapanes is situated near several attractions, including the Indias Archive Building, Bario de Santa Cruz, and the Contemporary Art Museum. Alcazar Palace and the Cathedral are only about a 12-minute walk, and the metro station is a 13-minute walk, so the entire city will be at your fingertips.

Fabulous
Within easy walking distace of city centre. A very atmospheric hotel to stay in. Very friendly staff.
The bar is very limited in that there is limited seating and the bar attendant is serving in other parts of the hotel at the same time so you do have long waits to place an order, or sign for your drinks.
For some reason, our room keys stipped working before our check-out time on the final day (never had this happen before) which was quite frustrating.

Parking on the facility, but you pay 30 euros a day to have the car parked at the hotel.
The last day my car was very dirty because it stayed outside.

An excellent place to stay in a district of the old city of Seville.
The front-of-house staff at CoolRooms Palacio Villapanés were exceptional in their friendliness, courtesy and assistance during our stay. They made themselves readily available to assist and responded to requests promptly and efficiently. I was travelling with an elderly relative and - where there are a short series of steps inside the front entrance - to avoid those steps, they offered to escort us to a rear door onto a side street to take taxis which they had summoned for us.
The furnishings and fixtures in rooms are of a very high standard and everything worked well.

Seville Weekend Getaway
Super hotel, very traditional style and very comfortable with super friendly and helpful staff. The location is absolutely perfect to walk around the city, we also hired bikes and did a 3 hour private Bike tour which was so much fun.

Fantastic Hotel in Beautiful Seville
The CoolRooms is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are nicely decorated retaining much of the hotels historic charm. It is an amazing building, with external atrium areas (bit chilly during our visit in Jan), which lend to the character. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed over New Year and had dinner on NY Eve which was excellent. I have got to mention the rooftop area which gave us some very welcome winter sunshine after our days exploring the fantastic city of Seville.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful historical hotel, you can reach everything within 14min walk.
welcome, afternoon local treat (chocolates etc.), wellness space, gym, the location, christmas decoration, the view from our room, the view from the rooftop, the quality fo the cocktails, the garden/terras/ the bar, the entrance, the service of the cleaners.
the bathroom has no extraction, the bathroom walls + doors needed a deep cleaning, there were not enough hooks for the bathrobes & towels, they didn't mentioned my birthday during my stay.

A gem location tucked away from the business of the city.
We stayed at this hotel 10 years ago and were so impressed that we had to revisit the hotel. It met all of our expectations! The rooms are exquisite, courteous and friendly staff and within walking distance to all the main sites. There are many restaurants within walking distance for dinner.
