Beautiful clean upmarket hotel in central location. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Business like hotel. Great buffet.

Maybe too corporate of a hotel for leisure travellers but impeccable service. All there restaurants are high end and expensive.

Location

The Property was extremely nice, the rooms were very comfortable (especially the king size beds!), with food and the bar being at the highest level. But for me the highlight has to be the service - the Concierge team, front desk team, and all the personnel involved in the day-to-day operations. I’ve visited many places across continents, yet that was the best, kindest, and most helpful team I’ve encountered around the globe. I can say nothing but praise for the entire hotel stuff - job extremely well done!

You literally can not have a better location than tje Westin Josun in central Seoul. It is close to everything you could want to see. The staff is excellent, and housekeeping is impeccable. Very responsive to any requests, and always pleasant. During our stay, we had room service for breakfast, a buffet lunch at Aria, lunch at Rubica and dinner at Ninth Gate. All were quite good. We also got snacks at the Joson Deli which were delicious.

It's an older building and the bathrooms could do with an update. But even so, everything is well maintained.

Breakfast buffet was spectacular. Staff was immensely helpful and friendly.

Nice facilities overall. Solid fitness center. A few nice restaurants. Great location that’s a short walk to Myeongdong and a brief walk to the palaces and Insadong. Friendly staff. We had adjoining rooms for a family of 5 - the hotel has an up charge for adjoining rooms.

Rooms are a bit small. Breakfast is expensive. But the rooms are not super expensive so it’s all part of the overall value.

The location was quite central - to Lotte and Myeongdong area. Very convenient two subway stations and all Ubers came to the lobby!!! The hotel was exceptionally clean with good restaurants and a bakery on site.

A peaceful and convenient location at the very centre of Seoul. The hotel maintains it's historic reputation for comfort and style. The staff were most helpful and the reception supervisor was particularly so in arranging a late checkout. The beds were perhaps the most comfortable that we have experienced in comparison with similar establishments. This is a rules based hotel, which makes for good management.

More fruit options should be offered with the Aria Restaurant buffet breakfast.

Localisation is perfect ! Very big and clean room , possible to open the window. Very helpful and nice staff. Nothing to complain.

Breakfast was between 07:00-10:00. International hotels must adopt itself to international behaviors. 10:00 Is very early for breakfast finishing time.

The staff were very attentive to our needs and were always ready to assist with a smile! A special mention of Lina, the concierge who patiently helped my wife plan her days and made all the necessary bookings. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from literally everything.

we like the professionalism of the staff, courteous and attentive. Good buffet food and bakery deli selections. Beautiful hotel surroundings. Definitely a 5 star.

The location is excellent for shopping and also transportation connections are super. We got executive king room as booked, the size is okeyish. On 1st night we had some AC noise issues and we were upgraded to executive suite. This is what room should be. Epic. The food was amazing, million choices.

As I said before, this is our favourite hotel by far. Everything is just perfect.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a great location. Room was comfortable and clean. Limo bus from airport stops at this hotel! Close to metro station and walking distance to Myeondong street for shopping and eating. Walking distance to Gyeongbokgung Palace, 20 to 30 minute walk. It's a very nice walk. Also, our room had a nice view of Hwangudan altar historical site!

From the entrace staff to the reception everyone so welcoming and friendly. Great location close to markets and shopping. Very good breakfast on 20th floor. Room spacious and very neat. And the cocktails on the ground floor, don’t miss that.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again it exceeded expectations. The location is unbeatable—right across from Myeongdong shopping street, making it the perfect base for exploring Seoul. The staff are exceptionally attentive, the amenities are plentiful, and most importantly, the room is spacious and very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Extremely kind staff, outstanding service, clean and spacious room, in busy shopping area

The location is amazing, right next door to the Lotte department store and across from Myeongdong markets. The room had a nice view and was very comfortable. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Beautiful hotel which made for a great experience in Seoul. We stayed in several hotels in South Korea and this one was by far the best.

When you book using booking.com platform and choose child 12 at the hotel they expect you to pay as for an adult. Thankfully we didn’t have to but as it turned out our son ended up on small settee rather than normal bed.

I loved everything, location, facilities, great beds, wonderful food and amazing staff who were the stars of our stay. Overall, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in and probably some of the best meals I have ever eaten. Definitely would love to return.

Very expensive. Breakfast was outrageously expensive. The staff were very nice. There was very little area or places to sit in the foyer when waiting for friends or tour pickups.

Coffee machine wasn’t working properly even though someone came into the room to show us it was. It worked, but not properly ax it didn’t stop automatically and was too watery. But no big deal.

Stay 5 nights at 5 star hotel Heart of myeong-dong. Near everything 2 subway cityhall and eujiro 1 , Lotte departmentstore ,myeong-dong shoppingstreet. But quiet location. All stafff is very helpful,kind.
