Great location near multiple subway lines. Friendly staff, gave a us a late checkout which is always appreciated. Nice gym and pool.

The Westin Josun hotel's location is superb and next to an historic monument, called the HWANGUDAN ALTAR. Our room had a direct view of this altar and it was awesome. Reception and all staff were superb, spoke good English and very helpful/courteous. Minutes walk to iconic shopping areas like Myeong Dong, underground shopping streets and 2 subway stations nearby. Easy access to other Seoul areas by the efficient Metro subway system.

Cleaning however needs to be improved. Whilst the cleaning crew made the beds and cleaned the toilets nicely everyday, I noticed that the floors were never vacuumed, hence full of hair and probably dust which caused my feet to itch walking on the carpets (with slippers on)

Excellent location in the centre of Seoul and near Myeongdong.

The location is excellent. Everything you need is close to you. The view was great. The staff were very nice and helpful. The airport limousine bus stop at the Hotel.

It’s our ‘to stay at’ hotel each time we are in Seoul. It is conveniently located at Myeongdong with key subway lines to move to other areas.

The room is a bit jaded now, thought it is still clean. The price is on the steep side probably due to its branding and location post Covid.

Location and besides we were closed to the center the noise was not a concern, it was perfect.

Last day we found a a bug in our bed which bite me and my husband legs.

Beautiful room, professional, courteous and sympathetic staff, great amenities and a overall great experience that will keep me coming back to the Westin.

The cost of the breakfast was a bit high at 70K Korean Won. ($51 per person per meal).

Perfect location, great service and very nice atmosphere. Helpful and nice staff. It was my third stay in that hotel and I will cone back with a pleasure.

Information about SPA and available treatments could be more available and clear.

The location was perfect, and the housekeeping staff were exceptional in servicing our room everyday. The hotel bellmen were always helpful, and very welcoming too.

The cost of the hotel’s buffet breakfast and lunch were expensive - although delicious selections. Lower the price and more of your guests can enjoy your scrumptious food.

Spacious room. excellent service. would like to do a special shout out to the Manager on duty Sarah Joen. Superb service recovery on some hiccups/miscommunication about the bus timing to the airport and she managed to settle for us swiftly. She went beyond what we asked for

Very centrally located, nice hotel.

We had access to Executive Lounge. My sister wore her slippers one afternoon, and she was told this is not allowed. However, we saw a lot of other asians wearing flip-flops… so what was the difference? If you will have dress code, be consistent and not be partial with the policy.
