The Westin Chosun Hotel, Seoul

Beautiful hotel with very friendly English speaking personal. We had a Club access and enjoy facilities. It was amazing holidays . The location is good too

Exceptional is all I can say. The staff did a fantastic job, the location of the hotel is amazing. We had a great pre Xmas vacation in Seoul.

I would have loved to book the hotel direct via the Bonvoy app, but although it says you get better rates when you book direct, the hotel was unable to offer better rates than Booking.com

Location. Close to everything. We enjoyed cocktail hour and breakfast very much. Also spa was fantastic! It was definitely one of the best hotel I've ever stayed!

Everything about the hotel was perfect. Good location, great food and spacious room space. They were gracious enough to accomodate our requests.

Very good location,train station just about 5-7mins away. Meyeondong market just 10mins walk. Nice shopping and good food. Staff William Hyun was really sweet and helpful. My husband and daughter both were down with a flu, he guilds us to the pharmacy and next day when we saw him he still concerned about their wellbeing. And he recommended us a BBQ restaurant was really good.

The Club lounge food was average. For the breakfast if you want to go other restaurants in the hotel you have to pay extra.

Great location, close to subway and main shopping area. Walking distance to Lotte duty free store. Facility is great with gym and pool. They even have free shorts for guest in gym. Service was excellent and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful

Central location near Lotte Dept Store. Prompt and attentive service - my extra bed and set of necessities were brought up within minutes of setting foot in the room. Rooms were kept clean and beds were very comfortable. Love the extra knobs on the outside of the cupboard doors which made hanging up winter coats much more convenient

My city facing room had traffic sounds throughout but this was a function of being centrally located

Great central location for the area, a quick walk from the metro station. I loved that they noticed it was my birthday and they gave me a nice little treat as a gift! This made my day :) They also have a nice bar with snacks.

All was wonderful.

Locale & staff were extremely helpful

Room toilet was a little too cramped. Bath tub glass door opened across the toilet bowl. Seems like everything was a design afterthought in the toilet area. Room could also afford a little more lighting. Room was a little dim at night even when all the lights were switched on

The location was perfect! Walking distance to the main Myeongdong street. Room was spacious and comfortable and staff were excellent and could speak English. There was a bakery in the hotel as well which was nice.

Breakfast was great with a view and didn't realize cocktail hour was included as well with various drink options and more delicious food. The room was very nice and of course the heavenly everything if you stay at a Westin. The staff in the lobby were exceptional and were so helpful. When you started walking toward anyone at the front desk or concierge they were attentive and couldn't wait to help you. I researched the area to be central for subway, Myeongdong Street, palaces, Seoul Tower and we have Marriott Bonvoy so of course Westin was a great choice. Next to Lotte Hotel and there is an incredible food court in the basement level along with various pastry shops, coffee every turn in South Korea so more here as well and a grocery market. Transportation is so easy in S. Korea subway and buses get you everywhere.

I can't think of anything but can't wait to go back!

For an expensive suite, the chairs, couch, and desk area had a lot of stains. Needs to be renovated! Even though I didn't book through the Marriott website, I should still be able to give the front desk my Marriott number. They refused to take it.

the hotel room is big and clean, close to train station

not sure why the breakfast is actually westin club breakfast and not the breakfast downstairs (with more variety). Perhaps booking.com should clarify better.

location was central to night markets and not too far from little palace and a bit of a small walk to big palace 😀
