No breakfast. Convenient to train but not really near anything. Cost reasonable at approx $100 per night. Staff was great. No frills

Good location. However, it does get loud on the street outside and there is a club that was loud late into the night. If you are sensitive to noise, maybe consider another area of Seoul.

The hotel has responded prompt to all requests. The room is huge.

The bathroom being only glass îs strange.

The staff were very accommodating. The room is always kept clean and i like how they have soap dispensers. I really love the shampoo they provide from Galrtem. The room size was just nice too. Good space and comfortable stay for my 8 nights there.

This was an excellent choice for me in Itaewon, quiet and away from bars but close to everything. The room exceeded my expectations having read reviews it was clean, comfortable and had a great view.

Staff were fine but not overly interested.

Comfortable bed and pillows, good service, artful boutique decor. Convenience shop close to the hotel.

Hotel surroundings were not as nice as other neighbourhoods. Not many traditional places or nice coffee shops to have dinner around the hotel.

WifI could've been stronger (better bandwidth)

Excellent location in fun and vibrant Itaewon. Good quality comfy beds, rooms promptly cleaned by very friendly cleaning lady.

Too many mirrors on the room and didn't like that the toilet was separated from the bed area with only a curtain and the light was bright white. If you have a companion who likes to sleep early they will be pissed when you use the toilet and bath. Turning on the light illuminated the entire room so bright. The carpet was dirty, there were obvious stains. The airconditioning was also weak, maximum low temperature is 20 degrees celsius, which I felt wasn't accurate as the room felt so warm we even sweated at times as we slept.

We are so glad we stayed in the IP boutique hotel in Itaewon. It is the perfect location in Seoul, close to many bars and restaurants as well as the Leeum museum and the Blue Square. 2 subway stations are also nearby as well as many buses. We loved the designer decor and the staff was very helpful. We asked to change room when we arrived as while our initial room was large and freshly decorated, it did not get much daylight as it faced a wall. So we swapped it for a slightly smaller bedroom in need of repainting for a better view to the street and daylight. Our room was on the third floor, I would recommend asking for a higher floor room with view:) Overall we stayed seven nights and would return without hesitation. Comfy bed and pillows, very clean and inspiring decor!
