Carpet was not that clean… no fault of the maids as they cleaned everyday but I think they need to remove the carpet and but down tile.

Location, simple breakfast and mobile adapters

No hangers where we hang clothes or toiletries bag to hang in our rooms / toilet. It’s very bad. The double bed was very soft and not comfortable. It’s not stable and can make a person wake up if another person tossed bed.

All the staff in the restaurant were very good and thoughtful. The place is nearby to convenient shop,next to Gucci. Smoking area was a few minutes walk. The toilet in the lobby was so clean and satisfying.

The receptionist was ok but wish they have like a booking booth for tourists to book for tour/amusement parks etc. the room attendant does clean everyday but the mattress cover and duvet is change every 2 days if im not wrong to safe the environment kinda thing. No swimming pool 😭

The location is perfect: close to cool cafes, amazing retail, bars - yet it is quiet and not an overly packed area. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, the service was like in a five star place. The room cozy with good amount of closet space, also the bathroom isn’t too small.

A little renovation wouldn’t hurt, like some paint and a fresh carpet - but it didn’t bother us and it still feels clean!

The view from the room was awesome! :) Breakfast was also very good including the staff serving.

The hotel has a good location close to many restaurants and metro stations, the only advantage in the room is a good coffee machine and a charging station, staff are so friendly and attentive they are helpful and always smiling.

the rooms wasn’t super clean, it’s a mix between old and modern. The bathroom has no privacy.

Room looked very clean at first sight but the sofa was dirty and also in the shower there were some spider webs. However this is the only remark, otherwise a really nice room.

The location is very good, the metro is 5 mi. Away many buses near by. The neighborhood is full of cafes and restaurants. For Muslim travelers, many halal options around which is very appreciable

The room is full of glasses and the bathroom doesn’t have a door, thus when traveling with a friend it’s a bit of logistic when it’s time to shower.

Very central location. Modern and beautiful decoration. Welcoming staff. Large and comfortable rooms. Good noise insolation from the street.

No iron table in the room (but you can ask one at the reception). Poor breakfast choice (only 4 sets to chose from). Poor noise insolation between rooms (my neighbour woke up every morning at 4.00 am and I could listen to all his conversations).

The room was big. They have USB sockets directly.

I could not open the window properly. The automated toilet is annoying.

The location was great. Close to a bus stop and a train station. Itaewon itself has a lot of great restaurants and cafés nearby. The bed was the most comfortable one we had during our whole korea and japan trip.

Property furniture needs to be updated

The hotel is in a great location, clean, stylish and well appointed. The cleaning staff were great.

The bathroom walls - toilet, shower, everything - are transparent with milky sections in the middle. It doesn’t give any privacy and honestly feels invasive.

Room with all I needed. Location is perfect to connect, to eat, to enjoy the night life. It was well cleaned taking care on the details and keeping the setting I like.

Maybe the hall between the rooms was a little noisy. I mean I could hear when the people talk to loud, meanwhile getting into their rooms.

I arrived early and was feeling quite ill and the lovely front desk man checked if my room was ready and allowed me to check in early with no extra cost. The bathtub is so great, the view from the room was beautiful and the bed was super comfortable. The Dolce Gusto in the room is a great touch too!

It's a little worn out. Carpets are a stained and a bit threadbare but otherwise a great hotel for a great price!

The room was really spacious for the price, and included a bath. Located an easy walking distance from the station and quiet despite the lively nightlife, loads of places to eat sleep shop etc but also accessible to most parts of Seoul. Bed was comfortable.

The decor isn't the best and the view also wasn't great. Compared to other hotels I've stayed in Seoul this is less streamlined, fresh and modern but it does the job and the room was big. Not everyone will be keen on the location as it is quite touristy and the nightlife is alot!

Location to Itaewon is really near.

Receptionist’s attitude was not good. We were served by a more well developed man when we checked in on 12 July. When we just started to make enquires about purchasing the local baseball tickets, he brushed us off by saying:” we don’t provide such service…”. He could have put it better or easily redirected us to a website . The coffee machine in our room 708 had a layer of dust!

I love how close this hotel was close to the Itaewon district for partying!

Great room with a view of lotte tower (altough there is smog about 50% of the time in Seoul). The hotel is close to Itaewon station (line 5) and easly reachable. If you want to go out in Itaewon this hotel is very close to the nightlife. You can also explore Seoul from here, just know that it is not in the center of everything, but you will still have reasonable commute times (considering it is Seoul)

If you are very susceptible to noise you might have a small issue in the morning. You can hear traffic from the room but it is not very loud. For us it was fine.

The room was cool and quite big! The view was also amazing since we could see the Seoul Tower, mountains and houses. The A/C worked perfectly 24/7, even when not in the room. It was nice to come back to a cool room from the heat. The breakfast was excellent; it was great to be able to order from a menu. The food was delicious and the restaurant staff was wonderful! Our cleaning lady was also lovely! The hotel is close to the subway which is convenient.

The rooms require refurbishment, especially the rugs should be changed. The staff at the front desk was doing the bare minimum and could have been more helpful. Itaewon was not our favourite location.

Good clean hotel in a convenient location. The bathroom fittings were all very nice if in a slightly odd layout.

Slight 'style over substance' and my room was near the elevators and it was a little noisy.

Clean, arty and well insulated. Perfect for exploring Seoul with subway at walking distance and connections to the rest of Seoul.

The staffs are very kind and tried to make customers satisfied quickly and as best they could. Nice location with many fun dine-out places and cafes.

The room i booked was not spotless clean when we checked-in. We were with toddlers, so we were a bit upset, but they tried to make it up quickly. The room is great for adults, but not toddler friendly.

Location was phenomenal, service by reception staff excellent. Room was a good size and bed very comfortable.

The room could use some renovation - furnishings - especially rug are worn and should be replaced. Corners of the room and bathroom require cleaning or replacement. Breakfast includes only dripcoffee, although espresso machine is on site.

Location. Very close to itaewon station and lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The gym was decent enough too. The breakfast in the lobby area was fulling and quite reasonable.

Room was a little small for 3 No hooks to hang anything off.

Location is perfect. Rooms are clean every day. They also add new coffee cups. The cleaning lady was very nice. All staffs at the hotel are very helpful and available 24/7.

The floor was a bit scurffy, there are few walls that need to be paint or at least in the room 709.

Great location, clean room, its a bit quirky in style but I knew this because this is my third stay here so I am obviously a fan. The staff all speak great English and are super helpful. I will come again, it is in a greally good area, more Hannam-dong than Itaewon.

It was in a perfect location, close to all the major attractions, great food and clubs.

- They control the AC in the room instead of the occupants, which is the very first time I have ever seen that happening. After 00:00 they turn the cooling off and we had to spend the nights of our stay waking up sweating. - The beds were not very comfortable and very firm which gave my partner back pain for the most part of our trip.
