I can highly recommend this place by location, luxury, room and staff..
location is perfect, we arrived with airport limousine bus for 17.000 won each person, took us around 1h to the hotel, most comfortable way to arrive, bus station is right in front of hotel, so 10meters to walk max.
the room is very clean, every staff very attentive and made our stay most comfortable as possible.
They have tablets in room, so u can live chat with reception in need of something, and they answer every wish promptly.

Not sure if bed sheets are changed daily, but have changed after request. no other complains.

Fabulous
We had the small breakfast at Maru. Did not want the big buffet. The other restsuarants akir and yi yuan were fabulous for dinners
Too many kids in the pool. Couldn’t just walk up to pool as in some hotels.

An amazing hotel!
This hotel is amazing. The rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was set in a lovely part of the city.
The only thing I didn't like about this hotel was the value for money. For the price, it could have been better and the breakfast buffet was ridiculously overpriced. However, all in all, it was an amazing hotel.

A most perfect stay. If you are looking for an oasis in a busy city, this is the place to be.
Particular praise for Marco and his team at Boccalino. The service was exceptional (many thanks to Leo!) and the food was sublime. Hand on heart the best beef carpaccio I’ve ever had.

Exceptional
Location and staff were great. Staff even noticed on our passports that it was our son’s birthday and gave him a stuffed animal and sent treats to the room. The rooms were clean, comfortable and larger than expected. The view was nice too. Would definitely come back and stay during our next trip to Seoul.

Fantastic - concierge was brilliant.
Airport pick up - great driving and car. Check in - greeted at hotel and check in performed in the hotel room. We used the hotel transport service to take us to/from restaurants and a wedding - always great service. Gym was excellent. Room - great views. All the staff were extremely courteous and friendly. Excellent stay.

Super helpful staff. Great room, attention to detail I expect from 4 Seasons. Hard to beat.
they had some trouble getting reservations specifically at the Leeum museum and some of the good Barbecue restaurants. I was surprised.

Perfect by all means
The hotel was perfect especially the staff. Room was excellent, service was outstanding, location is perfect

A good place to find a quiet moment in a busy day
The service was great and the gym was pretty good. The breakfast is normal and not out of this world. The location is great and the staff was amazing. I think the spa was pretty good.
The booking system for reservations was confusing and some people made some mistakes. I think the system was confusing at times.
Also in the gym the bathroom facilities were quite limited

It’s a beautiful hotel with an awesome staff.
The room was well appointed, spacious, and immaculate. The buffet breakfast and wait staff were outstanding.
