Great hotel in Hongdae
Super Nice hotel located right next to Hongdae station with direct access to bus limousine/Arex line to the airport. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Blue bottle cafe is one of the best cafe in Seoul so it was much appreciated to have it in the hotel building :))) I will definitely visit again

Very convenient location and great service from the staff especially the concierge who had good command of English and was my daily “go to” for transport tips and guidance as I planned my daily itinerary around Seoul!
The rooms are a bit “tight fitting”, but overall still manageable.

good choice in seoul
nice hotel in the center of the action. beautiful and comfortable rooms wit good bed and equipment. although it is a chain hotel it feels more like a boutique hotel
breakfast could be better. also when we arrived the room was 29 C. they gave us a disabled room with a smaller bed, so not happy. finally we changed room again to an upgrade. it would be better if they immediately would have given us the upgrade, we had to complain 2 times

Speaker in the room comes as pleasant surprise!
See through glass wall toilet and shower designs are a wonderfull add-on to already spacious room. You can overlook the city from the shower!
17th floor view was amazing and the room was very spacious to relax in after a long day, hotel is easy to reach with a taxi from the airport as well.
The staff is quick to help deal with and organise a reservation and a taxi for a restaurant!
Although the view was amazing I was slightly disturbed by hotel windows being dirty on the outside, however it is less disturbing during the night because it is not as visible.
Was not able to get sheets changed at late hours, but it is understandable.

The room was very spacious and it was beautifully designed. I think it's one of the best designed hotel layout I've ever been.
I personally don't like the area as it's too crowded but I have no complaints about the hotel and its service.

Good location at hongdae. Room are big enough for family with young children.
The lift is too slow. When we check out at 12pm we waited for 25mins to get into the lift.

Excellent hotel with very comfortable beds. Book a high floor to enjoy the view and sunsets.
Very plush and comfortable beds. Lovely staff. Great fashion shops and cafes in the area. Hongdae is a young university area but for those of us 25+ there’s lots of fantastic bar and restaurant options walking distance away. Recommend staying at RYSE if you enjoying exploring an area by foot.

Vibe was vibrant and cool. Location is superb, walkable to lots of food and shopping. Buses and Line 2 train to take you anywhere in Seoul. Design of the bathroom was well-thought out. We didn’t have a flooded bathroom floor after a bath, I’ll put it that way. There was both hard and soft pillows to choose from. The staff were always eager to help and take initiative.
