Josun Palace Hotel, Seoul

I loved the room and the bathroom. incredibly spacious and comfortable. Room service was impeccable and staff was freindly. Loved my stay here

I felt like they were rushing me at breakfast. I was solo and they asked if i needed anything quite literally 20x. I didn't like that, I felt like I couldn't enjoy the moment. I was so uncomfortable i left. Didn't go back for the rest of my stay even though the buffet was awesome. Also I didn't like the area so much. I felt like everything was too far to walk to. I prefer a more walkable part of Seoul

Entire hotel staff members are excellent from front desk. Conciergerie, and Valet service. The staff members made up for a bit of confusing hotel location and layout of the hotel. And great Chines restaurant and breakfast buffet!.

Could be a bit better if the hotel offer a bit more spacious and comprehensive serviced lounge facilities.

The hotel is very luxurious and the attention to detail was impressive! Rooms were spacious. I enjoyed having the steam closet, was very useful.

The hotel looks splendid. The art pieces, the flower arrangements, the beautiful high-floor reception. The room was amazing. Tastefully furnished, clean and with all the amenities one can think of. The bed-sheets are soft and the towels are thicker than my winter coat. The hotel is very well-staffed and request are taken care of seriously and promptly. The location is convenient, within walking distance to subway stations and many buses. The hotel is also connected to a mall with a convenience store, nice cafe and a good Italian restaurant. The breakfast is fantastic. I had to restraint myself. While the hotel itself is fairly small and lacks some of the facilities of larger hotels, in terms of quality and beauty it rivals luxury hotels like Tokyo's Okura. I actually like the fact that the hotel is fairly intimate (just 9 floors of guest rooms).

The WiFi was a bit slow.

Room on 29th floor is filled with cooking smell during dinner time. Suspect it’s air vent issue, hence each room comes with air purifier. Also, once you step out of life at 24th floor, the food smell is strongest, especially deep frying cooking oil.

The room was spacious and very comfortable throughout the stay. Hotel location was great as it is near to the subway station (only 8min walk from hotel). A lot of food choices surrounded the hotel and all is within walking distance. All hotel staffs are very professional and always welcoming us with warm smile

Room is beautiful. Loved the toilet and the clothes steamer. I also appreciate a loofah in the room.

Check in process was very slow. Breakfast ends too soon.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room service was excellent. The hotel itself had an amazing scent and I liked the architecture and art used in decorations. They payed attention to every single detail to make it an unforgettable stay. I'm definitely booking at Josun Palace whenever I'm in Seoul. :)

too many people that enter the hotel who don’t stay there, crowding the entrances and elevators. additionally, most times there was no one there pressing the elevator for you even though they were just standing around doing nothing else.

The room is sparkling clean, amenities are all high standards, response from staff is quick and reliable.

Josun palace is our absolute favourite hotel in Seoul! Whenever we visit Seoul to see my family, it’ll be our first choice to stay at Josun! This hotel has the most luxurious feel to it from the moment you walked in! We stayed three night over the lunar new year and these periods of the week were very busy at most hotels however I didn’t feel it’s too crowded at all. Room is very spacious and huge bathrooms with high tech loo! We love having air-dressers in the room such nice touch! Absolutely stunning view as well!

The only thing is that the hotel is located quite business district. It’s in between Subway station -yeoksam and Sunreung station however both stations are fair bit of walk. We walked to gangnam stations most of the time if the weather is not too cold, not a problem

Easily one of the most beautiful properties I have stayed at. Amazing views of Seoul all the way to Lotte Tower. The Grand Reception is also exactly what it says on the tin. Open space and yet private and comfortable. Beautifully designed. The concierge was also lovely (Juhe-Han) and all the staff helped me in any way they could.

The decor, the style, the location, are all superb. Luxe and peace in the middle of Gangnam.

I love how attentive the staff were and how willing they were to go out of their way to help you. Even though we spoke Korean, almost all staff spoke very good english which was a nice touch. They even prepared a take-away breakfast for us when they heard that we would miss breakfast due to an early flight out. The facililites were amazing too especially the pool area. Later on in the day there were less people which meant that were were able to enjoy more. The breakfast buffet was very nice with a variety of dishes to suite all tastes.

Beautiful aesthetics enhanced by technology

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Staff were super attentive and nothing was ever too much. Breakfast was excellent with a huge range of foods to choose from. Location of hotel was great so was a great base for exploring the sites. Pool, gym and spa facilities were top standard and the views make it all just that little bit better.

Best hotel breakfast buffet I’ve ever experienced and great nighttime view over Gangnam from room. Loved the aesthetic throughout the hotel. Staff were impeccably trained.

Bed could have been a tad more comfortable, but that’s a personal preference. Deli didn’t have any savory snacks, which would have been welcome when not wanting to sit down for a full meal at the Bistro before dinner. Entrance to the hotel is hidden in a high-rise basement and rather awkward to locate/access, especially when not arriving by taxi.

I totally enjoyed my stay! The staff are friendly and helpful. They speak pretty well in English so I don't have to worry about language barrier. The room is very big and clean. Its located high floor so we get to enjoy the views. The swimming pool is very nice, can take photos as well.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room were clean and spacious. The breakfast may have been the best I ever had in Korea. I would definitely come back again.

The roomis spacious and sleep comfortably,Excellent breakfast , Buffet dinner is superb . Fitness is what i need ,satisfies my needs to the Utmost but after 10.00 pm have to call the staff to open it take a wail to wait ,but the staff are very well taken care of .

Regarding parking,because the sign indicates tht the car park is down to the basement and whenarriving the staff said that they would take care of the parking causing us to not know that there is valet parking fee. I have negotiated and clarified with front staff .Until finally no cost for the first night .But i have to appreciate all the employees who are humble and speak very well. Bath room I feel like the sink will block the way to the shower room when open ythe door.
