The wifi very poor and the room air conditioner was not able to be lowered and room got hot. Twice rang maintenance came up but nothing changed.

The room was spacious and the breakfast was very nice. I liked the hot pool to relax in after waking all day. The staff was nice.

The bed was ok, but got use to it after a few days.

Breakfast was sumptuous given and so refreshing to start the day. Loved the cleanliness and room ambience. Staff were really kind and accomodating Close to myeondong street food, restaurants and public transpo

The location was fantastic! Easy access to shopping, and the airport bus stop is directly in front, just steps away! (And the bus runs every 10 mins! )

It was west facing and the room got really hot, so we had to always close the drapes to help manage the heat from the west facing afternoon sun! We could not get the room cool.

Well located in the heart of Seoul. Ibis room, quite basic, but nice view. Luggage storage is a plus.

Entrance is a bit weird as you have to go up in an elevator to get to the hotel.

Location is awesome, airport bus drops and picks you up next to the hotel. The hotel is located right next to Myeongdong night market, shops and line 1 subway. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel location is great, very convenient for shopping with plenty of places for coffee or food.

Room was clean but the bed was cheap, not comfortable and kept shifting around when another person changed the position. The temperature of the room cannot be adjusted. At one point the room was so warm so I had to open the window when the outside temperature was in the 30s.. The bathroom also was small.

It was nice. It was clean. It was comfortable, considering this was my first time in South Korea.

Honestly, it was nothing that disliked about the property

Location was the best. Just outside of the busy night market at Noon Square. Busy and bussing during the day but quiet at night. All the large department store across the road and easy to get a cab or train anywhere. The best location to stay and an easy walk to the business district or artist district. We walked everywhere. The hotel itself is very clean, staff was great and the beds were comfortable. The rooms are quite large for Korean standards too.

The location is excellent - facing Namdaemun-ro just opposite Lotte Dept Store, 5 mins walk to Euljiro 1 station (Line2) and less than 10 mins walk to Myeongdong station (Line4). The most central district Myeongdong shopping street just behind the hotel. Easy to look for food and cafes and shopping. Since I am taking the airport bus (No. 6015) from Incheon airport to Myeongdong, the bus stops at the front of hotel.

The WiFi in the room is very slow and mostly unresponsive. Most of the time, unable to connect.

The cooling would sometimes not work, leaving it very hot in the room, however there’s a window you can open which cools the room down. The washing machine and dryer was a little expensive to use.
