Overall, I had a great experience at Park Hyatt! Staff was accommodating, and the amenities were great. My room was exceptional, spacious, elegant, and comfortable and offered a fabulous view of the sunset in the city—the perfect place for my much-needed rest.

Helpful, warm and attentive staff memebers.
the service was top notch, very welcoming warm members of staff. Bell boys were very attentive and helpful every single day. reception and concierge went out of the way to help us whenever we had issues communicating with locals. Beautiful rooms and perfect location.

Excellent hotel with lovely rooms to stay in Seoul
I will be hard pressed to find a nicer hotel or room that I have stayed in. Room layout was excellent and spacious and location of hotel was fantastic for my needs. All the staff I met were very polite and quick to offer assistance. Would love to stay here again if am back in Seoul.
Its a bit of a small inconvenience to have to change elevators to get from the room to lobby, then from lobby to ground floor.

Beautiful luxury property in the heart of vibrant Gangnam.
The Park Hyatt Seould is a beautiful property in the heart of the Gangnam area. Staff were friendly and bent over backwards to take care of us, booking us taxis and making sure we were well looked after. The rooms are beautiful and well equipped - the rock-wall shower was a delight and the views over Seoul were splendid. The price point for this property is insanely good.
No real complaints about the property, we loved our time here. There is a lot of construction going on outside that we could hear in the mornings, but it was a very minor inconvenience and to be expected in a city of this size.

Great stay!
This hotel really exceeded my expectations. Loved the room view and the facilities. Best hotel I've stayed in so far. I also really appreciate how welcoming the staff were. Most hot staff are usually cold in five star hotels so it was a nice surprise.
Having to change elevators to go out is a bit annoying but other than that very minor detail I can't complain!

I am staying here whenever I explore Gangnam. I will definitely stay again!
The room was confi and the amenity was great! Staff were all so helpful and the room service was delicious. Great location to get around Gangnam Area.
Like other 5 star hotels, bluetooth audio would have been great to have in the room.

Excellent experience in Seoul!
The location was awesome! next to subway station. Staffs were very helpful and polite. I asked for bandages at 1 a.m. They responded very quickly. Room was spacious with great view.
Guests had to transfer the elevators to the lobby then to the room.

My stay at Park Hyatt Seoul provided comfort, luxury, and relaxation.
The beds were very large and extremely comfortable! I got a great night’s rest during my stay. I also enjoyed the room service. The meals were a fair portion size for the price. Likewise, the restaurants located on-site were satisfactory. I especially enjoyed the afternoon tea set at The Lounge!
I would’ve liked to know about the room deposit upon booking online and before arrival. Also, my TV didn’t work in my bathroom.

Perfect weekend getaway
Have ben here before, and will come back. One of the nicest hotels in Seoul/Korea. Very friendly staff, quicks check-in/checkout, located right next to COEX, view from the room is just amazing (at night), in-room dining is a very safe and delicious COVID-time option...what else to say...maybe that even amongst the top hotels in Seoul, the levels of cleanness of room and special bathroom has always been exceptional here.
