Really clean, the staff are kind, and the amenities at great. The coffee is really good. Really calm atmosphere in the lobby.
Third floor is too close to the noise. We could barely sleep because our room was next to a stop light and near the ground. Would recommend getting a higher room.
Everything costs so much, which is frustrating when the hotel room is already expensive.
However, would come here again to eat and spa but probably not to sleep.

Never again will I stay in a four seasons property.
The rode noise were loud all night. Barking/howling dog across the hall from our room.
Rooms out dated. Furniture tired.

Please go somewhere else!
We were supposed to have a view but... Not at all!
Because of an emergency, we had to change our plans and cancel two nights about 3 nights booked. We stayed the first night and, even if the cancellation conditions states that it is possible to cancel after paying the first night, the hotel charged us for the 3 nights... We're trying to contact the hotel since 9 days but we still don't have any reply.
We're gonna fight until we got the 2 nights reimbursed...

Great location. Generally polished. Expensive.
The room service folk were excellent.
The bar tender(s) were amazing.
The concierge folk were fantastic.
Our check in was a mess.
- The font desk is not labelled.
- When we got there, there was nobody staffing it. We mulled around until somebody took pity on us and asked how we were doing.
Did not like the fact that hotel guests could not get dinner reservation. We had to compete with the public and residents.

Amazing staff and good rooms
Amazing staff very helpful they had very clean modern rooms spacious toilets loved the room, they had a nice restaurant with a great view for sunset
