I really liked the concept of the rooms: a comfortable bed, a great shower, and a spacious first-floor common area where you can work, have breakfast, chat, read, or simply enjoy the modern design and atmosphere of CitizenM in vibrant Seattle.

The sink was a bit small.

Small room but everything you need very pretty husband loved the lights he was like a child with a new toy

Didnt like that the bed was side on in the window as a couple of a certain age climbing over each other to get up wasnt good but fine for the night

The room was super cool! They somehow managed to find the right balance between futuristic and comfy. The rest of the facilities were great and staff were super helpful.

They could maybe use more yoga mats in their gym; there were only 2 or 3 and there were enough people using them that they felt scarce. Would really only recommend if you were a solo traveler. The room I was in was great for one but might be cramped with 2 adults.

Great stay! Modern and convenient facilities. Location was the best. Was very comfortable.

The only thing that stuck out was that housekeeping folded back up our dirty towels and put it on the shelf (after a full clean), instead of replacing them. Maybe we missed something, we were expecting them to be replaced.

Quirky, modern, youthful, and the staff were brilliant

Digital check-in will take time to get housed to. Not unlike supermarkets self service check-out. Oh and the led tree in the lounge was just weird and freaky.

The space arrangement, the friendliness of the staff, great location and great decoration all over. It was a very pleasing stay overall. Even though the rooms tend to run small, as a big and tall person, I never felt overly confined or uncomfortable with the dimensions of everything.

I love the atmosphere of when you first walk in it’s so colourful and inviting

The property was very close to everything and only took me 10 minutes to walk to space needle which was very good.
They have the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on.
There was always somebody there 24 hours. I had to check out at 3:30 am and they were so caring and made sure that I got into my taxi safe.
Thank you to all the stuff, for making me feel so welcome.

Rooms way to small

Good location, a 20 minute walk to pike place market. Surrounded by good coffee shops and cafes

Loved the modern decor and interior style of the bathroom. Loved the clean room and bathrooms.

Not much! Very lowkey on the outside but beautiful on the inside.

Great location and value for money. I love CitizenM’s philosophy, hyper-customization, and overall vibe. Perfect for a short term trip or a longer trip if solo. Also the gym is quite good for a hotel gym!

The staff were all great super nice it was our first time staying here and we loved the vibes and our rooms were beautiful very well taken care of and organized

What we liked was crisp, clean sheets, fresh towels, the view, the ability to control everything with the ipad mini, including the curtains and lighting. And the gentleman from Chicago who helped expedite my check-in, and Jenn, for the kindness described below.

The parking was a pain. We thought that if we committed to the $43/nt parking, we could get right to our room at night after a long drive. We found out that only a small number of spots are available to purchase, and the last "fob" was already spoken for. After this, we had to get a spot at a garage a couple of blocks away, which ended up taking us 45 minutes, even if only a 6 minute walk. A series of one-way streets, a locked outer gate (even though we prepaid on Spot Hero, as was recommended by front desk), and then we were locked in until we called someone to let us out after parking in the garage. That said, we returned to the hotel and when asked how it went, we sighed and said it took 45 minutes, but could finally go to our room, Jenn said that she would comp our breakfast. Being heard felt good. We appreciated the gesture very much!

Awesome hotel, very modernized and it is very refreshing to stay somewhere that is not just your ordinary hotel.

BEAUTIFUL amenities and room. The staff were INCREDIBLE, ESPECIALLY Jen! She was so funny, warm and welcoming! Just such a delight to have at the establishment and see daily!

The temp control in our room didn’t work, so it was kind of hot and the tv stop properly working around the second day..so that was a bit of a hassle.
