We were upgraded upon arrival to a larger room. The staff were very friendly. The lobby is beautiful!

Everyone was so nice and informative. The room was pristine. Most of all, that bed was super comfy and we slept like a baby.

Perfect location, room layout as described with nice furnishings and seating areas, great terrace, overall very nice.

Construction caused elevator delays and inconvenience (should have been disclosed / communicated in advance of our arrival), hotel authorized additional $75/night for incidentals on credit card which is fine, but was not explained or disclosed up-front creating confusion, mattress overly soft but some may like it. Terrible pillows.

The location can't be beat! Right in the center of Pike Place Market, within steps of shops and restaurants galore, and with spectacular views of Elliott Bay. It's a small hotel that feels personal and bespoke.

Great location to explore the new Seattle waterfront, downtown, and Pike Place Market.

Literally right across from Pikes Market, can’t beat the location. Valet parking is available if you have a car. I loved the room, the layout, the size, and the view. The hotel has a charm to it with lights strung across the courtyard. We arrived early and the desk let us check in early, which was wonderful. Staff was very kind. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an issue with our heat the first night but the desk had 2 portable heaters brought up right away and we were toasty overnight.

Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel and the location is perfect.

Bottled water should be complimentary. It was very inconvenient to have to go purchase water outside of the hotel when we spent as much as we did on the room.

Location was perfect, right across from the Public Market. Bacco for breakfast was two steps away and delicious. The room was clean and comfortable and the roof deck was perfect with fire pits and views of the waterfront!

Fantastic location, a few steps from Pike Place Market with all its amazing food stalls and the first ever Starbucks. Large room and a fully stocked mini bar.

Perfectly located overlooking the piers and market. Floor 5 has the best outside area with beautiful views and fire pits. Just heavenly. Staff were so lovely.

King size bed in a spacious room. Market/water view from the room. Market is across the street so easy access to everything around that area of the waterfront.

Water view was minimal from our room because there is another building between the Inn and the street in front of the Market that is a couple stories tall. There is a roof top terrace with an excellent view.

Fantastic Location, beautifully presented, pristine, great staff. Lovely heated patio, with beautiful views the harbour, great to catch a sunset!

There was a very noisy appliance on the patio, which was directly outside our room and ran 24hrs, which did disturb our sleep.

The room was newly renovated with a huge spa bathroom. On our floor we had access to a roof deck with comfortable seating and fireplaces. The adjacent restaurant was great for breakfast even at 7 pm and we were walking distance from a wonderful restaurant for dinner.

The new rug in the bathroom had an annoying bump in the center. Orherwise we hated having to leave.

The entire place was great with helpful staff.

There was difficulty finding one of our bags that was held for us until our room was ready. It was very important medical equipment for my husband. It took quite a while for staff to find it as for some reason it wasn't kept with our other bags. It was eventually found in the office.

I initially got a city view room, but upgraded to a water view. The view was amazing, and we enjoyed the swivel chairs that looked out at the view. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved our chocolates! We loved the rooftop deck!

The valet was a bit slow, but they were apologetic.

Great staff, location was perfect to the market, great rooms and the deck with the views were to die for! Classy property.

Homeless everywhere begging all hours of the day. Not real safe at night, all the market security is gone and the drug use increases by a factor of 10! Feces and urine on the street is a common occurrence, so watch your step. Huge tourist area so note the shops are slammed when the cruise ships are in.

The location it top for exploring the market, yet it’s also a discreet sanctuary away from the crowds. They made a huge effort to get us checked in early even though they were sold out the night before. The valets were also amazing and had an impressive presence with all the pedestrian tourist traffic in the area.

No dislikes here. This was our second stay and we will be coming back.

You couldn't get any closer to the heart of Public Market than this beautiful hotel!! It was right smack in the middle of everything you could want or need! Walking distance to the Space Needle and the water front. The staff was SUPER nice and helpful! The room was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend!!

Excellent customer service and the view was just as expected. The hotel was so convenient to the Public Market and a quick taxi to the Space Needle. It's a great place to stay and we will return when we go on another cruise.

The location was fantastic! In the heart of Pike Place market...where the action is! The staff were very friendly and courteous. The property has a lovely terrace and the view from there is awesome!

Rooftop viewing area and fire pit was great. TV had plenty of channels.

Staff were pretty casual and not too forth coming to help - eg, watched us struggle out the door with our luggage and didn't offer to arrange a taxi etc. Breakfast was super expensive. Hotel was rated top 9, so was expecting a bit more, but it was just average. Nothing special.

This property is ideally situated in Seattle. It's a half block walk downhill to the Pike Place Market and an easy walk to the CBD. There are plenty of coffee and food places nearby, plus the hotel's offerings. The room is large and the bed is comfortable. There was a view of the bay and distant mountains.

The lack of a hanging line in the bathroom to be able to hang ones smalls, which is common in most hotels.

Close to Pike Place Market and local restaurants. Pleasant and helpful staff . Large comfortable rooms.
