Hotel Theodore, Seattle

I love this hotel for its excellent location and warm vibe. Beds are comfortable and the block out curtains are appreciated when travelling from different time zones. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel is wonderful and very convenient when arriving late.

Noise from outside our room (not street noise- we think vents from the hotel opposite) Would’ve expected bottled water in the room to be included considering the price of our stay

The location, reception staff and the hotel’s aesthetics were exceptional.

The room I got was very small and the lack of seating space (desk and a chair) had an effect on my stay. I was able to use the meeting room table in the lobby, but I would have preferred being able to do my work in my hotel room.

Smoked food smell permeates the hotel. Very little breakfast food available, zero choice. Coffee kiosk isn’t open in the afternoon.

Great location with access to downtown Seattle within a few blocks. Great shopping and restaurants close by. Comfortable and clean rooms spacious enough for us both. Really friendly and helpful staff at the front desk

Wine hour was a very pleasant surprise. The bed was comfortable. The room was spacious. The coffee machine in the room was good. The bathroom was clean.

No breakfast served, no Netflix on TV, no bath

True what others say about the hallways smelling like campfire, but I did not detect this scent in my room, and it was actually kinda pleasant in the hallway. The room was beautifully decorated with high end products in the bathroom and a very comfortable bed. Perfect location for exploring downtown, including Pikes Place and the Aquarium. A massive shoutout to the housekeeping and front desk staff, who located a piece of gold jewelry I left behind in the room, and held it in the hotel safe until I could return to retrieve it. Many, many thanks.

Bedroom very small - as was stated on the website but access to inside of the bed quite restricted given room orientation. Air conditioning too noisy to turn on plus the hotel or some property adjoining it has a conditioning system which generates quite a hum. 24 hours a day.

Cleaning staff never showed up to our room. We had to call to get new cups, coffee pods, etc.

Great location about a 5 min walk from Nordstroms. Small but nicely appointed and comfortable room. Front desk staff and valet were very friendly and helpful. A complementary glass of wine between 6pm and 7pm was a bonus!

Small room with no desk and very tiny bathroom with no hooks for a bathrobe or clothes. Just a little shelf for toiletries.

Location great , bar restaurant good & nice vibe . The gym was an added bonus & there is private parking right next door which is easy to access only 32 dollar from 24hrs & cheaper than the valet parking.

Our room was on the 4th floor and the Windows backed onto the air-con system of hotel so this was noisy ( white noise but noisy) we only stayed 1 night after a long flight so didn’t move , if we had bring stayed longer I would have asked you to move rooms .
