Great staff. Elegant rooms and amenities.

Not a thing!

We liked the layout of the room, how spacious it was, the extra sink in the room, the style of the furnishings, the approach to providing ice and staff tried to be friendly. The location was great too, close to a lot of dining options, transportation options and best of all, close to Pike Place Market.

I didn't like that there was a $100 a night hold on the credit card, this can be a lot if you are staying for a week or more. The switches for turning off lights can be confusing, we did figure it out in the end, but only after spending too much time pulling plugs out and testing every switch in the room to figure it out.

Why not supply movies for free instead of charging $25US to be entertained

Location was great! The valet staff was terrific! The guest reservation staff was great as well. Love that there is a restaurant onsite, however, would have really liked more “standard” food. Wait staff in the restaurant was terrific though and they gave us a piece of the world famous coconut pie! Oh my! Incredible. We made sure to walk across the street and get an entire pie to share with our family. Great experience overall!

Room was spacious and comfortable with plenty room to put belongings. Bathroom was beautiful and toiletries were lovely. Shower bombs were a thoughtful and unique gift. Staff were welcoming and polite. It was easier to get the train to the airport from the hotel also!

A little bit of city noise that I am not accustomed to

Stunning interiors and spacious rooms with a comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly as well. Location is great for being close to downtown.

The location is great and the rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The staff was so nice and helpful and we especially liked the doorman.

I wish they had some type of vending machine for drinks and snacks.

The fridge had no space to add anything. It was full of the hotels items available for purchase.

The room was very nice and more spacious than expected so overall we really liked staying here and would stay again, but the bathroom sink area was small. It seemed expensive for a room that isn’t cleaned every day, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming but when we asked questions about places to go near by or alternative parking they weren’t very knowledgeable..

The design and comfort are wonderful.

The check in and staff was exceptional! The front desk manager Piper is a gem. Extremely attentive, forward thinking and competent.
The King Suite is very roomy and comfortable.
Valet service is not cheap but very efficient and convenient.
Their pet policy is unmatched.

The location, while convenient, was rather noisy and riddled with a fair amount of homelessness.
The mattress is far too soft for my taste.
The restaurant is, in my opinion, not really worth the hype.

The hotel is located in the central area closer to all the amenities. Walking distance to plenty restaurants.

Room was clean and beautiful. Loved the complimentary shower bombs. Staff were really nice. Close to the link station.

There was a mini bar but no empty fridge for your own stuff.

Close to everything! Beautiful room. Staff were nice. Excellent restaurants nearby. Fantastic shower. Robes were soft. Mattress a little too soft, but it was a comfortable bed. We liked the sofa and lighting was good.

The Nespresso machine didn’t really make a decent cup of coffee. Good for shots, but you need the Veruto machines to make a true cup of coffee. WiFi was bad. And I couldn’t get my phone to mirror to the TV. 👎👎 A sound bar would be a good inclusion. The lighting system was a little bit complicated.

Room was a little cold at times. Difficult to adjust the thermostat, didn’t seem to make it warmer.

Love the room! Spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Location was great! So easy to walk to all of the spots we wanted to go to.
Great cafe across the street for morning coffee + breakfast. Can’t wait to come back!

The fitness room was the size of a shoe box. Don’t plan on using unless you catch it empty

Big fan of the cozy room, and the couch— really changed the vibe to make it comfortable for a multi-night stay. Everything felt clean and warm, and the staff were both thoughtful and chill. Restaurant next store was great, and the art gallery across the street worth visiting!
