The serene accommodation, reminiscent of a European castle, boasts an impressive setting in the center of the famed and serene Burle Marx park, named after its renowned landscape architect. The interior design is a tasteful blend of classic and contemporary styles, with ample room for guests and a top-notch spa that houses a sizable indoor pool. Sunday brunches are enriched with live music.
The dwelling provides 141 capacious rooms, 59 of which are suites, each offering stunning park views and equipped with furnished balconies or terraces.
The establishment houses two dining locations. The first being the acclaimed Tangará Jean-Georges. This fine-dining restaurant offers a versatile menu with à la carte options as well as a six-course tasting menu, paired by our expert sommeliers. This is the only South American venture by esteemed Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
Pateo do Palácio is the hotel’s al fresco dining option, featuring a terrace that offers views of the park’s fruit trees.

Exceptional
Beautiful rooms, spacious, amazing bathrooms. Lovely breakfast out on the patio. Great restaurants. Pools, spa and gym all very well appointed. Indoor pool was an oasis. Try to walk through adjacent Buhle Marx Park - very special.
I thought they should have done something ti control the unruly children running and screaming in the restaurant on Sunday evening. Restaurants were a little crowded during COVID. Didn’t always feel safe.

Beautiful hotel, but so overcrowded we were limited in our enjoyment of it.
The rooms are gorgeous, and the food at the various restaurants was incredible.
For its price it just didn't feel very exclusive. Even though we were guests at the hotel, we still got last pick of dinner booking times. We were also unable to use the pool, and were only able to use the gym once. Non guests are able to pay to use the facilities, so it was really full at all times, with many children. Being a hotel guest did not guarantee full use of the stunning grounds, which is important when you are paying such high prices and it is in a suburban location without any attractions nearby. It is really beautiful, so it is worth making a booking for one of the restaurants or making a booking for the pool cabanas, but it is not worth staying.

the hotel is wonderful If you just want to enjoy the hotel But if you want to go out and explore São Paulo you better choose a hotel in the center of São Paulo, like neighborhoods Jardins wish I love!

They need to learn how to manage a Oetker hotel
Just a nice building
Just really poor training of the staff. Room not cleaned. Restaurants with poor service. Second time I've stayed here. Thought they would do better by now. Not staying again. Horrible.

Neat hotel with late check-in and unnecessary credit card pre-auth
Polite staff, room was neat and tidy, balcony helps with air renewal, room devices worked very well (bathtub, TV, safe, etc).
Check-in time was delayed so that I was only able to get in the room around 3.30 pm (30 min delay). Due to this I was offered a late checkout, which I couldn’t get since I was to leave early next day.
I had to correct the price they were to charge me in check-in (there was a double tax charge).
Pre-authorization of 2700 BRL in credit card was compulsory in check-in despite I stated I disagreed.
Staff arranged the room in the evening: however their intentions were good, this may not be desirable pandemic circumstances.
