This hotel would be very nice if it was rated a 3 star hotel. This hotel is not 5 stars.
Perfect location.
They had issues with the elevators. Average wait time for an elevator was 5 minutes during a 3 day stay. A few times, I took the stairs from the 11th floor to the ground floor or to the 23rd floor for breakfast. I was disappointed in the variety of fresh fruit at breakfast. The gym was also poorly thought out and did not have appropriate equipment for a full body workout.

Decent hotel, good for buisness but I wouldn't recommend it to families.
The rooms are standard, and the best part was the access to the SEEN and MUST restaurants on-site. The staff was professional and curious,s and the security was good. The location of the hotel was also good in terms of how close it was to some main attractions and how close it was to public transportation.
The hotel is very business-oriented, and though it can cater to anybody, including families, you feel very out of place given that most days you will see people dressed in suits who are ready to conduct business. During our stay, we were one of two families that I saw at the hotel. Additionally, you need to be mindful that the hotel does not overcharge you for your stay. I found out after my stay that the hotel had overcharged me by >$600 after reviewing the itemized bill summary of my stay vs. what was charged on my credit card.

Solid hotel to stay at centrally
Staff were great and v v accommodating. Room was clean and spacious. Gym also v good

This is my favorite spot to stay in Sao Paulo right now.
Room and location were perfect. Breakfast was great too but would be better with breakfast sausages instead of hotdog sausages.
I was using my mobile in front of the hotel and was advised to keep it hidden otherwise it would certainly be stollen. But this is not related to the hotel and more general security, I guess

Good but not worth the price charged per night.
Magical sunset bar on the top floor with great cocktails. Breakfast was also lovely and served in this same space. Lovely staff and beautiful lobby area. Great linen on bed.
Noisy rooms( Neighbours moving chairs early morning, could hear them talk and use the bathroom)Mattress not good( every movement of partner was disturbing my sleep).Rooms lack character..... very clinical

Luxurious way to get rid of a jet lag
Great location - walking distance to Avenida de Paulista, amazing view from breakfast restaurant, good spa, very comfortable beds

Location was good in Jardines.The Hotel itself has a high rating. The service from the lobby was excellent.
The food was not polished as it could be. Not even plated silver, cheap “
Silverware “ a fine establishment like the Tivoli, requires better silverware. Food was also mediocre, for a high end establishment. I can make a better Tatar poor ice cream quality for Brasil too. There were several items that could be much better considering the price. I will go back to the Renaissance thr next time.

Very nice hotel, would happily stay again

Hallways carpet are old , curtains should be 100 sunblock. Breakfast coffee should be quicker, we have to be waiting for the coffee…

A very pleasant stay
The breakfasts were great and the room impressive
The only reservation I have is that the seals on the shower were missing and the en-suite floor got quite wet and the room was short on electrical sockets.
