Great room, impeccable service and mega comfy bed.
The service was impecable, the rooms and entire space was very clean and the food was very good. The bed and linen was incredible and the room was very quiet.
The only thing I can fault is that the swimming pool doesn't have handrails so it can be unsafe to go up and down the stairs, if you have a problem with mobility. I have bad knees and I couldn't go down the stairs because there was so support, so I couldn't use the pool.

The hotel is very well located in the vicinity of Avenida Paulista / Jardins. The room is very comfortable and the bathroom is provided with very nice amenities. The breakfast was very good with a very nice buffet and some a la carte options.
Mattress and pillows could be a bit better but this is very subjective. I had dinner in the hotel and I was expecting a bit more formality from staff and a more sophisticated location, due to the position of the tables sometimes you have the impression you are in the middle of the talk of your neighbor. I know the hotel from many years ago and the staff should push harder to keep the level of the service.

Staff, personalised service, breakfast and restaurant. The room’s vintage design is a plus. I must also mention that the Havaianas flip-flops as a courtesy was a very kind courtesy.
Low quality pillows and toilet paper. All other toiletries are very good. Noise isolation between rooms must be improved. The bidet could be removed to make a better use of the bathroom space. In addition, the TV in our room seemed old and we couldn’t manage to connect it to a laptop through HDMI cable.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room, sockets far from the bed, big hole on dressing gown but none were a big issue. Just a positive criticism.
The staff are amazing. Especially Robson and Denize but we loved everyone we had contact with. From the guys in the reception, the guy from room service to the cleaning lady that brought me a taller pillow and my size flip-flops.
