Guest Urban Hotel, Sao Paulo

The hotel has a beautiful vibe and setting in a really trendy and interesting neighbourhood of SP. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was nicely designed.

The toilet did not flush properly however I’m sure if we were staying for longer than one night the staff would have rectified this asap.

The floor was cold, small room. It was cold at night with only 1 small heater while the wind got into the room through windows

The room was clean but they put way too much cleaning product so it was way too smelly. People with allergies will have a terrible time. My partner and I both have allergies and had to sleep with out N95 masks on to try and mitigate. We didn’t change hotels because it was just 2 nights.

Very cool theme. Before heading into the room, there is a beautiful garden area to relax. The room itself is nice because it's private, comfortable, and great for a couple. If I visit Sao Paulo again, I will stay here :)

Nothing bad. The sheets and pillows were a little damp, but this is because the room is next to a garden and there is little air circulation. I really enjoyed the room!

Very nice architecture aesthetic based on Brazilian modernism design tradition. Very well located close to a 2 major subway stations, and located at the heart of Sao Paulo where you can find tons of good restaurants and art galleries. The breakfast is not a buffet but tastes good. Rooms are very tidy and the hotel facilities are very clean and organized. Overall, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Sao Paulo.

Rooms a bit small, but it is totally understandable given that the hotel is located in one of the most expensive square foot of the town. Some of the rooms have a very funky bathroom layout due to the house remodeling they had to do to accommodate the rooms - very functional though. Overall I would recommend the hotel if you won’t stayed in the room for too long. If you need to use a laptop or a private space for work I would make sure to choose a room that has a desk.

Breakfast was simple but very fresh. I didn't need more than what was offered. Room was very comfortable, quiet and fresh. Staff was super helpful.

We have stayed here on both our trips to São Paulo & absolutely love it. The location is divine- so close to many amazing restaurants with easy Uber rides to the bus station or airports or any locations in the city. The hotel has a great design and there is a beautiful patio courtyard. A typical Brazilian breakfast is included here but it’s also close (2 mins walk) to futuro refereterio which is a fun cafe for breakfast/lunch. The staff is friendly and attentive and even speak a little English! Highly recommend.

Entrance leading to lobby and walk to room walk was beautiful, full of plants, very green. Lovely open air kitchen/dining area. Room was cozy, lots of pillows. Big airy windows. Quiet street, peaceful sleep.

Room was pretty tight, but worked for us as we were out sightseeing most of the day. Breakfast of cheese & ham sandwich was not too exciting, lots of good restaurants in the area with better options.

The location is good. The Pinheiros neighborhood is not dangerous and has plenty of interesting shops, bars, cafés and restaurants. The breakfast was really good.

The room is cold and ugly. You have the feeling of being in jail. The small fridge is super noisy at night. The lights are really bright. You don't have much privacy: You can easily hear what happens in other rooms and outside. You can't open the "courtains" (they are plastic panels) otherwise everyone in the patio sees you inside your room. So during the day you need to have courtains closed and those bright lights on. The personnel at reception is really unfriendly. They didn't even say thank you or anything when I checked out. They didn't help me to find my way in the city or offered any help. They have automatic check in after 7pm. I arrived at 11:30 pm and the facial recognition system didn't work. Luckily you can still contact someone until midnight... Half an hour later and I'd been in the street for the night.

Good location — easy to walk to many good food spots. Also quieter area that’s short Uber/taxi rides away from more busy areas.

An excellent hotel!

There was literally nothing we didn‘t like!

The staff was excellent, I felt great and friendly accomodated. The room was big enough for me and extremely cleaned. Also, the location was one of the highest points: near to good restaurants and subway station. But for me the thing I appreciated most was how I was treated and even had my room ready before the check in time. Marvelous time I spent there, really loved Guest Urban Hotel.

Nothing to say, everything was perfect. I don't have any complaints.
