Small intimate hotel with beautiful garden where we could sit after sight seeing, great helpful staff especially Amanda and Bruno, lovely choice of breakfast items in a great location - loved the neighbourhood bars/cafes

Beautiful property with a lovely, plant-lined courtyard, sweet and helpful staff, delicious breakfast included... Quiet and secluded but in a central neighborhood with incredible bars, restaurants, a flea market-- so easy to walk around or walk to transportation.

The room/bathroom could have been just a little bit cleaner. It was like 8/10 on cleanliness.

I loved this hotel. It was so quaint and well appointed. The team taking care of breakfast were kind and lovely! The breakfast was great. My only regret is that I didn’t get to enjoy the courtyard due to my short stay and the rain.

I suggest keeping local Brazilian beer like Brahma in the fridge offering. I was disappointed to see only Heineken and would have enjoyed a local beer.

The location is great—close to everything, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor area is quiet and serene, ideal for unwinding. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with a warm smile. They also responded promptly when we informed them of our delayed arrival. They provided clear, detailed instructions for accessing the property and retrieving the keys after hours, which made the late check-in smooth and stress-free.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay.

Small rooms.

The garden was lovely, felt like a quiet retreat. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to relax in the busy city of São Paulo. Also near some great bars and coffee shops, close to the nightlife of villa Madalena but away enough to relax ✨

Reception staff were not around, I arrived at 7.30 am off my flight and struggled to get into the building even after them agreeing to let me keep my bags ahead of time. All was resolved within 30 minutes (didn’t impact my stay)

Property is in a great location close from everything and basic necessities like groceries and pharmacies

It takes a second for the attendant to get your information through the system in the door and you have to wait outside

A small cozy place to stay that felt inviting and was close to many of the places that we wanted to visit. The breakfast was lovely and the staff friendly. The room was clean and the eating area so beautiful with plants and a lovely seating area outside.

Bed was comfortable and shower was good. Breakfast staff were nice.

Noise from road. No sound proofing. Poorly fitted windows. Room was very cold on arrival. Size of room snug. Absence of staff outside office hours. No services on site.

The room was clean, good bed and a good shower. Better than any bed or shower I had before in Brazil.

The shower is in the bedroom wich can make it humid, so need to put the air-conditioning on. It's also a bit small since there is no wardrobe for clothes. Only suitable for couples, since there's not much privacy in the room.

Excellent location and cozy atmosphere. Very nice staff. The place is more like a guest house than a hotel. Breakfast was simple but good quality.

Room was very small, no desk for one to work in and just a couple of hangers to hang one’s clothes on wall hooks.

Perfect location for the Féria Benedito Calixto, Beco do Batman, lots of restaurants and other sites. Had spent a week in Campinas for work and wanted something totally different - this fit the bill. Industrial-type room off a courtyard, perfect for one person for a night. Really quaint.

Staff don’t speak English which made communication tricky. Breakfast could be better.

Good location, although room was small there were areas to sit, relax and stretch.

Issues with the shower, it would run on and off. Just didn’t operate right.

This hotel is in a great location. The rooms weren't large, but they were clean. As the name implies, they have an industrial motif to the rooms. If you don't like that, then don't book a room here. Beds were very comfortable. Common areas were great (especially the outdoor areas. Breakfast was perfect. We would definitely recommend to others.

Very nice architecture aesthetic based on Brazilian modernism design tradition. Very well located close to a 2 major subway stations, and located at the heart of Sao Paulo where you can find tons of good restaurants and art galleries. The breakfast is not a buffet but tastes good. Rooms are very tidy and the hotel facilities are very clean and organized. Overall, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Sao Paulo.

Rooms a bit small, but it is totally understandable given that the hotel is located in one of the most expensive square foot of the town. Some of the rooms have a very funky bathroom layout due to the house remodeling they had to do to accommodate the rooms - very functional though. Overall I would recommend the hotel if you won’t stayed in the room for too long. If you need to use a laptop or a private space for work I would make sure to choose a room that has a desk.

The location is great, and the hotel is really clean.

The hotel hosted a party on Saturday night. It did not seem to be for hotel guests. The party was right outside my bedroom window (although, based on the arrangmenet of the hotel, I think it was right outside most guests' bedroom windows). The music was so loud that the room was vibrating. I had hoped to spend a quiet night before my early flight the next day, but I could not sleep, read, or watch tv, due to the loud music. To their credit, the party did end fairly early, but it was not the relaxing night I had hoped for.

Breakfast was simple but very fresh. I didn't need more than what was offered. Room was very comfortable, quiet and fresh. Staff was super helpful.

We have stayed here on both our trips to São Paulo & absolutely love it. The location is divine- so close to many amazing restaurants with easy Uber rides to the bus station or airports or any locations in the city. The hotel has a great design and there is a beautiful patio courtyard. A typical Brazilian breakfast is included here but it’s also close (2 mins walk) to futuro refereterio which is a fun cafe for breakfast/lunch. The staff is friendly and attentive and even speak a little English! Highly recommend.
