Rooms are nice, the hotel infrastructure is very good. The restaurant/bar is beautiful. In general, we always have had a very positive experience at Unique.

Sushi at the restaurant can be better considering that is the “special” of the place. Spa professionals were kind but not experts as expected.

A stay at Hotel UNIQUE is really an unique experience, starting from the architectonic experience. No complaints about the staff, who were always cordial and made an effort to adjust the experience to our needs. The rooms and bed are very comfortable, the food is good and the facilities seem to be incredible, even though we didnt use them (it was really cold and the pools are not heated).

The internet connection was really feeble, I had to use my 4G in our bedroom, as well as in the restaurant area. Breakfast was very good, with a great variety of options, fresh and tasty. Considering the price, I would have expected something more special, whether on services, ingredients/options, etc. I asked for an extra slice of bread, for instance, and it never came. Water in showers never got warm enough during my 2-day stay.

Simce I am leaving Brasil for good, I decided to treat myself with a memorable last week. The staff is warm, helpful and services oriented. Being call by my name without prompting also helps. Yesterday was my birthday and when I returned to my room I had cake, balloons and a message written in my window. The skye bar and restaurant on the top floor is top on all that matters.

It was a wonderful experience in my city. I traveled without leaving São Paulo. I spent days of rest in comfort and enjoying the best of gastronomy at SKYE BAR. Furthermore, the treatment that the hotel staff gave us was amazing

Bed was squeaky, which made me wake up feel times at night. They need to replace it.

The hotel is fantastic. Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a great restaurant. The location is also great. My parents were celebrating their wedding anniversary early. The hotel reached out to us prior to our arrival asking if we were celebrating anything and I mentioned this. They left a lovely note and a dessert on my parent's room. Very attentive and thoughtful. Will definitely return.

Rude, untrained, and unprofessional staff. Hostess at restaurant was nice sometimes and very rude other times. Front desk staff were rude sometimes, and sometimes OK. Welcome to hotel was dreadful! Will never stay again at your hotel because of that.

Skye Restaurant was superb, the pool Bar was average and a bit passé with the red lights.

Pool bar wasn’t great. Music good and crowd seemed to be happy.
