PLEASE DON"T DO COVID TESTs RESULT VIA THIS HOTEL !!!!
The location and roof top bar SKY is perfect . Breakfast also perfect , thaks to the restaurant .
The hotel is pretty fine and looks good from outside, but when you get in to the room you will see that the room are used and must be renovated : bathroom and saniary are used and scratched . The electrical outlet on the bedside tables near the bed falls out, the window opens, but it is impossible to fix it, because the stopper does not work. The white color of the furniture looks gray-black due to the fact that it is dirty. The special story and ALL TRAVELLERS MUST PAY THEIR KIND ATTENTION to this fact : Conserning service with Rapid and PCR test that offered by the hotel. When we asked concierge about PCR or ANTIGEN PARID TEST , we have been offered by the this service : Laboratory B&B CLÍNICA MÉDICA - the price for ANTIGEN test per person is : 350 REALS . The price in DRUGSTORES for such test is : 110 reals, But tghe problem is that this laboratory is not autorised and don't provide you QR code on its RESULTS . When I told to the concierge that the price is skyhigh he told me that for the moment it's insufficient of such tests in Sao Paulo and you may not find drugstore with available test to make an appointment . Okay we agreed do that for sky price. And done it, lady that was taking test didn't change gloves taking tests for atleast 4 persons, she also didn't use sanitiser .. As a result : My wife got negative result I got positive. I had no one of the symthoms. When I asked concierge to comment this and give explanation I got no any reply !!! When I arrived home yesterday I done PCR test and got NEGATIVE RESULT !!!

Amazing Experience
Rooms are nice, the hotel infrastructure is very good. The restaurant/bar is beautiful. In general, we always have had a very positive experience at Unique.
Sushi at the restaurant can be better considering that is the “special” of the place. Spa professionals were kind but not experts as expected.

Very good
A stay at Hotel UNIQUE is really an unique experience, starting from the architectonic experience. No complaints about the staff, who were always cordial and made an effort to adjust the experience to our needs. The rooms and bed are very comfortable, the food is good and the facilities seem to be incredible, even though we didnt use them (it was really cold and the pools are not heated).
The internet connection was really feeble, I had to use my 4G in our bedroom, as well as in the restaurant area.
Breakfast was very good, with a great variety of options, fresh and tasty. Considering the price, I would have expected something more special, whether on services, ingredients/options, etc. I asked for an extra slice of bread, for instance, and it never came.
Water in showers never got warm enough during my 2-day stay.

Inconsistent service in a beautiful property.
Location, accommodations, comfort, property.
Rude, untrained, and unprofessional staff. Hostess at restaurant was nice sometimes and very rude other times. Front desk staff were rude sometimes, and sometimes OK. Welcome to hotel was dreadful! Will never stay again at your hotel because of that.

Skye Restaurant was superb, the pool
Bar was average and a bit passé with the red lights.
Pool bar wasn’t great. Music good and crowd seemed to be happy.
