Rosewood Hotel, São Paulo

Everything was increadible. Having room service 24/7 and best facilities I've ever seen before was life changing to me.

Food was super expensive. Everything cost at least 5x what normally would anywhere. Food is nothing special. regular food 5x the price.

Excelent and unique experience of a newly built hotel, the staff, the lobby, the details in wood and ceramics, just amazing

The entire place is amazing. The suite is spacious and super clean. Nice night life. Great food! Check in with Barbara was excellent!

Very good hotel. Good staff. Breakfast is good in terms of quality, but the restaurant service leaves a bit to be desired. It seems like there aren’t enough waiters, and the restaurant is always crowded with non-guests, which makes the service slow.

I didn't like the food and beverage prices at the hotel. A Coke costs 25 reais, and a bottle of water is 20 reais. It feels like the prices were simply converted from dollars to reais.

Rosewood is the best hotel in SP, the whole experience was top notch.

There's no other place to stay in Sao Paulo! This is the best hotel. I've been fortunate to have a chance to stay in many hotels around the world but this is so far the best. The quality , the service, the food , the space ! Everything makes this hotel very special. I've stayed there many times and it's always difficult to leave the place. Massive thanks for helping me celebrate my birthday with some brazilian brigadeiros and a beautiful view of the garden! I can't wait to be back. Thanks Rosewood

The breakfast restaurant is nice decorated and the food is delicious. The staff was friendly, but not very attentive

When we went for breakfast at 09.30h there was no space available for us. We had to wait ca. 25 minutes. For hotel guests this is not acceptable!

The rosewood is one of my favourite hotel, i was surprised of the artistic design on this hotel which i love.
The crystal relax room is my favourite.
Pool area is fun to be and they have few private cabana and they offer hookah smoking service which was great.
The room overal was great.
The breakfast in room service was delicious.

Too many unnecessary standing bodyguards security every corner of the hotel, which make the place look like a cheap casino, and they make the guest uncomfortable.

This was a return visit to the Rosewood based on our previous experience. Everything about this place ticks all the boxes. Beautiful rooms, great attention to detail, pet friendly, nice restaurants.

There were some renovations going on so the breakfast area looked smaller than last time we visited and we had breakfast in the restaurant rather than in the main lobby area. Our eggs were served cold so we asked for them to be a bit hotter but on second attempt they were also cold. The staff was apologetic but it would have been a very simple thing to get right.

Luxury and understatement. A calm, green and stylish Oasis in the middle of Sao Paulo‘s concrete Jungle.
Would recommend this over any of the more „traditional“ skyscraper based luxury hotels in city.
Staff, building, decoration and facilities in general are on pair with the best hotels in the world.

The staff are amazing, they went above and beyond for me during this trip. They recommended amazing restaurants, sourced a guide for our excursions and were 10/10 throughout our stay. Our room was stunning. We had two rooms and a part of the corridor was sectioned off with an additional door which allowed us to leave our rooms open and have the main corridor door locked which was an amazing added touch. We got goodies and snacks sent to our room daily and the beach service was also useful. I will definitely return.
