honestly the best designed space I think I have ever stayed in. the room was gorgeous, the decor tasteful, the mini bar was amazing, loved it.
The hospitality staff in the cafe/restaurant could do with some improvement in English language skills (but of course we are in Brazil).

From the architecture and decor, to staff and coziness; Rosewood is deff the best hotel in Brazil. it doesn’t feel that you are in São Paulo at all.
was the third time i stayed at Rosewood. is definitely the best hotel in Brazil. However i do think the alcohol beverages are WAY over priced. i payed 3 times the value of a bottle of wine. normal cheap wines are very expensive and the drinks are very small for the price. this needs to be fixed for sure. it is a deal breaker at long nights. IT NEEDS TO HAVA A SAUNA A.S.A.P!

The hotel is beautiful and rooms are comfortable. Food is reasonably priced and the room service is amazing. Specially loved Taraz, the South American Restraunt.
I was there to celebrate my anniversary. I mentioned so in the booking, even booked a paid service to decorate the room. On the day, called the butler team, reception and reconfirmed. . Yet, they still forgot to decorate my room. Forget the decoration, they didn’t even clean the room, it was very disappointing and kind of ruined my ‘big surprise’.

Fine hotel but needs to improve a lot it services to meet level of equivalent hotels in the city
room size is very good. Bathroom and shower are fantastic, rooftop swimming area is very nice. entrance and check in area very unique and comfortable
Staff is clumsy. They take long to react to any request. It starts already when you call the hotel, you need to have a lot of patiance before someone answers the call. same happens when you are in the hotel and needs to call front desk or reception. Gym outfit is pretty disapointing for such a fine hotel.

Outstanding infrastructure, low service level. Would recommend other alternatives for an equivalent fare.
The room is absolutely amazing and so are the facilities. Very comfortable and clean in every detail. Food is also spectacular.
The service isn’t of a well regarded hotel. The staff is kind but clearly the hotel policies/trainings are terrible - It’s notable that it is not the personnel fault. So at the end of the day we were in a very luxurious hotel with a very low ranked service level (i.e. having to eloquently ask the concierge to get us a table at Rabo di Galo instead of having to go downstairs in person to wait on the line just as any outsider invitee as she required). That among multiple details that are not of a high standard hotel tone. Worth mentioning the Parking (R$100,00/day, never announced) signalized on the check out was also an unpleasant surprise - not for the value itself given the very expensive rate already - which reinforces the dowdy tone in every guest treatment decision.

Disappointing service, smelly corridors
Nice architecture, comfortable rooms, nice bathrooms and good food. Very good location as well, in the heart of Sao Paulo's old business district.
The room and the corridors smelled strongly of barbecue coming from their barbecue-themed restaurant. The building is new, so they haven't properly figured out sound-proofing yet. Service and staff need a lot of training: the concierge was an amateur and forgot to get back to me regarding a reservation. Breakfast waiters forgot my order and we were left waiting for 25min for an omelette... I've stayed at Rosewood hotels in Beijing, Palo Alto, etc. and this one is far from being at the same level.

Throwing money at the problem does not solve it
Facilities are new and all fixtures are high quality. Decor is nice although probably a tad too much. Does feel like you are in a Las Vegas hotel.
There is a long way to go when it comes to service. Staff was friendly but clearly need much more training. There were some very basic issues . Drinks at the mini bar not replaced fegularly . Staff was confused in dealing with external deliveries . Rooms at the 4th floor suffered as they share the same flier as one of the restaurants - the smell of food was unbearable . Although it is a brand new hotel, the clothing of some of the staff was not in good condition - not properly maintained
