The most perfect hotel in Prague
This is a great hotel … perhaps the most famous hotel in Prague brought back to life by W. They have restored the gorgeous history of this building, and put a fabulous / elegant / contemporary interior. The restaurants and open spaces are stunning. The spa is probably one of the best in Europe. Gym is excellent. And the roof terrace is awesome.
There was nothing I didn’t like. The customer service and professionalism of the staff was A+

Exceptional service, hospitality and Spa that made our stay unforgettable.
From the moment you enter, the entire staff greets you warmly and makes you feel like they’ve known you forever. The service is outstanding, from the doorman to the concierge, front desk, and housekeeping. The cleaning team especially impressed me with their attention to detail and the Spa is truly exceptional😍
The décor felt a bit dark, and the unfinished ceiling looked strange and slightly unsettling 😅. But honestly, this had little impact compared to the amazing service.

W sets a new standard for modern luxury — truly exceptional experience!
Top location, modern luxury at its best. One of our best hotel experiences — unique design, great pool and sauna on the -2 floor. Definitely visiting more W hotels!
Great stay overall! Limited parking on-site, but Arcadia parking works fine with a short 10-min walk. Breakfast could be richer, but everything else was perfect.
