Everything. The staff were so welcoming. The rooms were excellent. The breakfast was amazing. The value was amazing too.

Lovely hotel, room was perfect with nice touches like a Bluetooth speaker. Relaxing bar area with lots of books. Staff were exceptional and location was great.

The location is great- it is 10-15 walk from every attraction we could think of, and it’s also in proximity to various tram stations. It is a very central location but not too crowded or too heavily populated. Also the personnel at Mosaic House was very friendly, thoughtful and kind.

You cannot control the temperature in your room, it is controlled from the reception and so we found ourselves calling multiple times a day (sometimes at night) asking to up or down the temperature in our room. Apart from that, the mini fridge is tiny and we could barely fit our things in it. The body towels were also extremely small and so were the blankets. Another downside was the phone in the room- it was supposed to be retro or old-timey however it was utterly impractical for dialling and making actual phone calls. Design is important, but the things ought to be practical and comfortable to use.

So friendly stuff and the location is excellent! I will often come back.

It was like home. Breakfast was amazing and delicious. It is located very good place and access to old town very easy by walking. We were very happy to stay this hotel. Thanks a lot for everything.

loved everything about this hotel, beautiful interiors and design and immaculately clean. clean towels even though we only stayed 2 nights. fresh water in room. The mini bar in room had the price list in it so we weren't afraid to use it. very reasonable. Lots of info on our wee notice board. loved that it had spa though we didn't have time to use it. staff spoke good English and we're very helpful with directions and recommendations. 10/15 min walk to local places of interest. christmas tree is up just now,beautiful!

Everything was great. no coke at the bar just Pepsi, extremely minor as there is a shop across the street. They bar actually had a great variety of spirits.

all it was in a good location near the center but not right in the historic area. Great design and amenities, awesome webpage with easy indications on how to get there.

All ok for me I will order the breakfast buffet if I stay a second time

Beautiful hotel with even lovelier staff .All staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was delightful. Very comfortable and clean , I particularly loved the little motion sensor light that came on in the bathroom which meant I didn’t need to put the main light on for those middle of night bathroom trips ! We had a beautiful private spa with Prosecco and fruit , which is so worth doing after a busy day exploring the city . The breakfast team were a delight and always took interest in where we had been and what we were doing that day . I didn’t get the main lady’s name, but she and her team were so friendly and helpful. Te breakfast was amazing and plentiful with a choice for everyone’s tastes. All in all a wonderful 5 night stay at the Mosaic Hotel and would recommend in a heart beat to anyone going to Prague . Thankyou to you all for a memorable stay

A lovely room with a balcony and city view. The beds were comfortable and bathroom a good size with nice toiletries provided. The bottle of Prosecco in our room when we arrived was a lovely touch. Nice lounge area near the lobby for evening drinks. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of choice at breakfast too. Lovely, interesting decor and artwork in all areas of the hotel. Would definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends.

Excellent selection of hot & cold breakfast buffet with warm reception from staff and a very nice view out to the front of the hotel, where hanging sculptures & a large Christmas tree added to the ambiance. Log fire screen saver on TV was a very nice touch!

Air conditioning seemed largely unresponsive apart from edging upwards when already very warm in room. Did not raise with staff as noticed late on our final night, but I’m sure they would have found some kind of solution as were brilliant at every point of contact.

Hotel was Stylish, clean, comfortable and well located. Breakfast was decent. Could not be any better. Everything was perfect.

Love this hotel. This is the second time I have stayed here. It is perfect if you wish to walk into the main square, Charles Bridge and visit the Castle. I would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel was amazing. The room was bigger than I thought and was very warm and safe. Location of the hotel was perfect to discover what Prague had to offer.
