well placed, convenient, nice staff, stylish hotel, good breakfast, welcome drink

could have been a fitness room - one can go to a neighbouring hotel. Sauna could be free access.

Location was great, close to coffee, food and tram stops. And easily walkable to main attractions/ 10-15 minutes to old town. Rooms were clean, arty and high spec. With the general spaces perfect for chilling for a coffee or eating.

The hotel is excellent, clean and pleasant, the room for 3 children was quite large, good location, 15 min walk to the center. The parking is good, one part is narrow, so it is good to check the width before booking the parking. A job well done to the chef and his team at Restaurant QQ

The only complaint is that saunas are not included in the price.

Lovely bar / chill out area. Clean and very comfortable rooms. Excellent snacks and drinks. Lovely staff.

Nothing at all they only thing people may not like is that it is a bit of a walk into the old town but we like to be a little further out and do lots of walking.

The location is perfect it’s near to everything. Interior, café with library & rooms are very nice. Staffs are also kind. Breakfast was perfect with lots of choices.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was lovely, very charming. The food was excellent.

There were no brochures on display advising on what to do in Prague. We had to ask a number of days for them as they were stored in drawers behind the reception desk.

Relaxed and lots of character. Very individual and filled with good variety of locals / tourists / young trendy business travellers. Great decor - very clean - friendly staff and fabulous location as walked everywhere.

The property was great, nice aesthetic, friendly staff and a really good vibe. Also my partner left her purse in our room unfortunately and this was found by staff and returned. I greatly appreciate the effort to help resolve this!

It is literally the best hotel I've ever stayed. The room is small however everything is so well organised that you don't feel uncomfortable. Very nice balcony, should be great to seat when it is warm outside. These so many little features in the room which make it very sweet and cosy. I had complimentary bottle of Prosecco upon arrival in the room. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. Manager at the reception advised great restaurant for dinner. And these is nice Thai massage salon across the street.

Only that my stay was very short.

This was our third stay in Mosaic Guest House. The Hotel really features a cosy atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The room is clean and the minibar is equipped. Also fresh water is offered regulary. Also I would like to highlight the breakfast which offers a basic european standard but various other dishes you would not expect!

This time, we got a room to the backyard which was more quiet related to noise from the street but unfortunattly there was much more noise coming from the rooms next to us and above. Also there have been some slight technical issues in the room we mentioned to the reception. The service was very good but there should be a pre-arrival check to all offered equipment.

This hotel was really fancy, cozy and nice property. But the restaurant for breakfast were quite small and casual compared with the other looks and facilities. The room was really compact and convenient. The cafe was proper and nice place. The overall including the room and the other things was looking really great, clean and convenient.

The bathroom structure wasn’t that good. But not a problem.

The bed was so comfortable and the room was so quiet.

We came back to our room just before 4pm and our room hadn’t been cleaned (we’d been out sightseeing since 9am) only to be told by the cleaning lady that she finished at 16.00 but she said she’d do our room quickly, she basically gave us clean towels and that was it.

Amazing location, modern decoration, very clean and nicely arranged, nice towels and shower. The staff were very attentive and really appreciated the free prosecco vouchers! Quiet at night, 10-15 minute walk towards the old town, all in all would stay there again if I was in Prague and recommend to anyone!

Would be great to have some slippers and bath towel for an extra touch!

Location really good but not as busy as the old town so didn’t feel that it was a good idea for a female to walk around on their own at night. Minor complaint as otherwise the hotel was amazing.
