Hotel Mosaic House, Prague

Super nice staff, they were accommodating with everything! Bed very comfortable and temperature was perfect for sleeping. AC very quiet. Room was always cleaned even on days we left very late, and staff never disturbed us while in the room.

The breakfast was ok, but expensive for what you get.

During our visit Prague was around 33 degrees, the rooms got very warm and stuffy. There was aircon however it did not cool the room effectively and was locked on 23 degrees. We did speak to a staff member who was able to lower it slightly for us however unfortunately it still remained quite uncomfortable during the night.

Booked penthouse suite with wrap around terrace that was our best room during 3-week Europe trip. Loved the hotel and good location with short walk along river to main sights.

Perfect location. Lost of good restaurants within walking distance. Our highlight in the hotel was the private spa we booked.

Great staff, high hospitality level. Very comfortable beds. Plus, very good breakfast and coffee bar in the lobby. The attached QQ Asian Fusion restaurant is also worth to try.

Stylish super cozy hotel near metro station, very polite and attentive staff, excellent food and services, very cool design and attention to detail. Superb hotel library and garden. Fab one.

When I tried to use some room decorations/requisities e.g. books or clapperboard it turns out to be a bit dusty and the dust fell right on the bed 😀

Very friendly and helpful staff, exeptionally clean, and in a great location. One of the best hotel breakfasts we ever had!! A variety of options and everything was super fresh and delicious.

The standard rooms are a bit small.

The location of the hotel is just excellent. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Yulia (in the bar) and Anton (at the reception) who made our stay even more comfortable due to their nice attitude. We really loved the hall/bar area where one can relax, read a book, have a drink or work online. The ambiance in the hotel overall is very positive. Highly recommended.

The shower (water drain) in our room should be improved.

Drunk or drug addicts used to gather on the bench next to the entrance to the hotel, shouting and the staff let it go

Amazing staff, very helpful (car parking, charging spot etc). Rooms are nice as well as the entire vibe in the hotel. Amazing private spa. Location and food is very good. Highly recommended!

Honestly nothing worth mentioning. It’s a perfect stay for a couple of days in Prague.

Very clean, great location, super friendly staff, nice rooms, storage of luggage, late checkout. We were very happy with our stay and would come back!

The gym is in the Hotel next door and pretty small. Would have been nice to use the spa for free as well at least for 1-2h or once per stay.

The hotel is stylish, very modern and generally seems to be very well insulated for noise. Our room had a somewhat unique style. It felt a little like being in someones personal bedroom. There are a lot of 'things' in the room in terms of decoration and furniture; a lot more than you would normally expect. Overall this was nice and created a comfortable and relaxed vibe. I can honestly say they have one of the best breakfast spreads I have had. Really excellent quality and variety. The lobby area and cafe are excellent. Very stylish and the cafe comfortable. When we arrived they had left a full-size bottle Cava in the room for us in a bucket of ice, with a lovely welcome message. Really not sure what prompted that, but it is a wonderful gesture.

Two main things. 1. The room and the breakfast area generally are just a little on the small side. Don't let this put you off if you like the look of the listing, but we had a lingering feeling of being ever so slightly cramped during our stay. But not terribly so, and I would absolutely stay there again. 2. There were several small flies in the room that we just could not get rid of. Not sure if that is time of year, expected for that area, unique to that room etc. but it was somewhat unpleasant.
