Hotel Mosaic House, Prague

It was close to all tourists areas. And specifically to family.

The no refund policy, but they made our situation right so no complaints.

Well looked after hotel. Room had all amenities needed and very spacious bathroom. Good varied breakfast, great coffee machine.

Quaint, clean, perfectly situated, very pretty inside the building with mosaic tile theme - reception, bar and restaurant well kept and spacious. But cosy comfortable areas to sit.

Brilliant location! Loved the rooms! Lovely design, good amount of space, lovely products, and a well stocked mini bar for a decent price per item. The blackout shutters were brilliant. Daily room service. Overall, beautiful rooms! Breakfast was also lovely! There were baked beans which is always a plus as a British group however, my only complaint is there was no potato based item at breakfast (like a potato rosti or hash brown) but this is a small thing. Overall, brilliant breakfast with a good variety. The hotel was absolutely stunning and beautifully designed. We loved the facilities and made good use of the spa! We hired it out privately for a group of 7 and it came to about £11pp. There was a jacuzzi, cold shower, sauna, relaxation room, changing rooms with toilets and shower, and complementary drinks! It was brilliant. I would highly recommend!

The design of the hotel is amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The entire room was very generous, with an amazing view. The bed and the pillows were extremely comfortable. The water that they brought us every morning was a big plus :) we travelled in February and it was a bit cold in the room, but the staff helped us increase the temperature in the room and everything was perfect.

Deco in hotel is really nice, something else that in those boring joint chain hotels. Great location, near all sights and shopping, still nice and quiet :)

The room was very comfortable and quiet. It was also warm, well equipped and well thought out. Eg with blackout curtains and shutters on the windows.

A beautiful hotel, thoughtfully designed. Clean, comfortable, lovely breakfast and very friendly staff. Excellent value for money and a great location, close to everything, including trams, yet far enough way to get a good nights sleep at the end of a busy day exploring the city. The pillows have no support, so not the best if you suffer with neck or back problems.

We really liked the design and the vibe of the hotel and cafe, the room was always kept clean after each night, and water bottle refilled. It was very refreshing to see a hotel that focus on small details and service, and I love how professional and friendly the staff were.

I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The design is beautiful, with great attention to detail—everything feels very aesthetic and thoughtfully put together. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I also slept very well, as the room was comfortable and quiet. The location is another big plus, making it easy to get around. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

The property was beautiful, the room was very cosy, very clean with great little touches to make the stay very comfortable. The spa facilities were a highlight, it was private and perfect for a spa break as a family with a young child. The Decor of the hotel was beautiful, the cafe was great. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. I had zero issues during my stay. The location was great, everything was in walking distance, easy access to trams for further journeys. Great value for money.

I genuinely cannot think of one thing that I disliked.

2 tram stations very close to the hotel only 5 minutes walk.easy to walk to main attractions as well.lot of nice cafe’s and restaurants around the hotel.

the single bed sizes were small,smaller than the normal single beds. That was the only negative at the property.

Genuinely one of the best value hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, we were given early check-in, a free welcome drink (including alcohol), and even a complimentary bottle of prosecco for our engagement which was a brilliant touch. Daily room service, a cheap minibar, free luggage storage, and a great location just outside the centre next to the famous statue made it even better.

Honestly no negatives — just make sure you book the spa in advance as it fills up quickly.

Thank you so much for everything. We used to live in Prague for a most wonderful 8 years and it was an amazing to come back to the hotel just right to our previous home. Amazing stuff, an amazing food, very clean. So cosy and comfortable. Our youngest son kept on says he likes a 'penguin" /krtecek/. Thank you and wish you all the best. Excellent size room with all necessary facilities in room for a comfortable stay. It was great to have the private spa on site to make it that bit more special, library area was also great.

Cups in the room for tea very small. Beds a little high off the ground, but i'm quite short

The design (as an interior architect, that was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel), the location (we were able to walk everywhere in the city), and the cleanliness were outstanding. The service was also excellent: the staff was very kind and welcoming, and we even received small gifts — a glass of prosecco and a package of candies. Overall, the hotel experience was wonderful.

Nothing major — the only small suggestion would be to allow slightly higher room temperatures during extremely cold weather. It was below zero outside, and since the temperature setting was fixed, the room felt a bit chilly for us.

The hotel as a whole was great. From walking in the first day you felt very much at home, it’s quirky and cosy at the same time. The style is just perfect. The reception staff were so helpful. The staff in the breakfast room were all very friendly and attentive. The bedrooms were cleaned superbly each day. Everything about this hotel was top notch, loved it!

That is a cool and cosy hotel , also for families. Friendly staff. Breakfast is super. There's a restaurant and cafe by hotel.
