Great location. Immaculate room. Friendly staff.

Climate control was limited. Room was quite hot and i couldn’t turn the AC lower than 21 degrees. Didnt sleep well because the room was too warm

The hotel location is excellent. It is only one minute away from two tram stops making it very easy to reach all areas of Prague. The hotel is crystal clean, the room facilities are more than sufficient and the bed is extremely comfortable. The hotel also features a special café in the lobby with beautiful décor and a lovely ambiance. As for the breakfast, it is beyond generous with plenty of delicious choices available.

The breakfast was amazing...truly! The bar/lounge area was sooo perfect! Great service, great food, great wine and so very comfy. A great place to wait for someone or meet and hang out. Also used it after we checked out to wait for our ride to airport. The spa we used for 2 hours just for a warm tub, shower, cold plunge and sauna. What a great idea! Only about $100...perfect after we checked out of our room to spend time before our flight.

I loved our terrace room but its configuration was weird...the L shape provided some space but the hangars and coffee were at the end of it...meant we had to trip over suitcases and each other to go there...it was not very functional. Should have been luggage racks to elevate more than one suitcase...the desk and basket like hassock were in the way...a comfy chair, luggage rack and small table for coffee would have been better. Loved the terrace!

Everything was exactly what we wanted — every fine detail had been carefully thought through and dealt with. The staff were incredibly lovely, attentive, and went above and beyond to cater to all our needs throughout the stay. The whole experience felt seamless and relaxing from start to finish. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Very well designed hotel with comfortable beds. While the rooms are not very big, they are comfortable and have everything you need, including a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet is also excellent

Great time had with helpful staff , fantastic rooms and a fantastic breakfast in a superb location .

The location was great and easy enough to walk to everything. We stayed 3 days, the hotel itself is charming, as are the rooms. Our room even had a tub, that my 6’2” man fit into. Lovely little garden to sit it, tons of books, welcome drink, personalized greeting. Water bottles, coffee, tea, hot water kettle, fridge. Comfy beds and plenty of pillows.

Downside is the parking, however we found a backyard court 1/2 block away that let us park there for a fee. But I like that better than valet parking off site.

Everything actually except the AC and the entrance, they should add a small ramp for baby strollers

Location is great

Smelled lovely upon arrival, staff were attentive and decor was beautiful. Good size and well maintained bathroom. Great location too, a short 15 min walk to the centre.

We were on level 6, the room was a little hot and the aircon didn’t seem too effective but we just opened a window out onto our balcony.

Great breakfast, love the Secret Garden to hang out it, the rooms were nice and comfortable and of course location can't be beat.

Two comments here - as an early riser the ability to grab a coffee in the Secret Garden before breakfast started would have been much appreciated. Second, shower pressure very poor.

The location, the mood of the hotel, very trendy and with a fresh vibe. The lounge, bar and library full of life. People having a drink, reading, chatting and/or planning about their day or working at their laptops.

My daughter lost a cardigan in the way between the elevator and our room (during the night) and no one returned it… it was sad and bad luck!

We received a warm welcome. It was clear that detail matters, especially the care of guests and our overall impact where a lot of thought has been given. Loved the creativity, the library and seeing the birds on the roof garden in the morning.

The biggest thank you to a manager Daniel and Petra , who works at front desk, who are two Angels gave me extremly early check in and wonderful , cozy room and welcome glass of Prosseco. Such a lovely treat. The hotel is in great central location and lots of to do around. Great spa and gym. Love the decor of the room and so comfortable bed, Netflix of course and mini fridge with drinks and little treats. Thank you for outstanding customer service

Not in crowded place, but close enough to old town. Also, I am very strict with the cleanliness and this hotel was at my high standards with that.

Brilliant location! Loved the rooms! Lovely design, good amount of space, lovely products, and a well stocked mini bar for a decent price per item. The blackout shutters were brilliant. Daily room service. Overall, beautiful rooms! Breakfast was also lovely! There were baked beans which is always a plus as a British group however, my only complaint is there was no potato based item at breakfast (like a potato rosti or hash brown) but this is a small thing. Overall, brilliant breakfast with a good variety. The hotel was absolutely stunning and beautifully designed. We loved the facilities and made good use of the spa! We hired it out privately for a group of 7 and it came to about £11pp. There was a jacuzzi, cold shower, sauna, relaxation room, changing rooms with toilets and shower, and complementary drinks! It was brilliant. I would highly recommend!

The design of the hotel is amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The entire room was very generous, with an amazing view. The bed and the pillows were extremely comfortable. The water that they brought us every morning was a big plus :) we travelled in February and it was a bit cold in the room, but the staff helped us increase the temperature in the room and everything was perfect.

Excellent value for money and a great location, close to everything, including trams, yet far enough way to get a good nights sleep at the end of a busy day exploring the city. The pillows have no support, so not the best if you suffer with neck or back problems.

We really liked the design and the vibe of the hotel and cafe, the room was always kept clean after each night, and water bottle refilled. It was very refreshing to see a hotel that focus on small details and service, and I love how professional and friendly the staff were.

I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The design is beautiful, with great attention to detail—everything feels very aesthetic and thoughtfully put together. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I also slept very well, as the room was comfortable and quiet. The location is another big plus, making it easy to get around. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.
