Localization, perfect rooms

The hotel has a good location, near the metro and bus station. There are decent rooms, helpful staff and pleasant atmosphere. Breakfasts were good and well served. Also there's good quality of WiFi in the hotel.

Lunches and dinners aren't worth their money.

Very good and respectful staff, access to the subway, the outside and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.

The room itself was not adequately clean; there was dust everywhere. The refrigerator was not clean and had obviously been used multiple times without being cleaned.

Parking included in the price in the date we have been there which was great. Great choice on breakfast, really plenty of food and everything was fresh which was amazing.

The name of the hotel is wellness hotel, we have specifically filter hotels with spa and made a reservation here. But the wellness is only 1 sauna. If you want full wellness package you have to make a reservation and pay for it (if it’s not booked already). For a short 1 night stay it’s good value. But if I would be traveling for a relaxation or wellness I would choose something else.

Great location near the metro (underground), train, tram and the bus station - only 2 minutes walk. Very nice employees, lobby bar and restaurant with delicious food offer. Spa, massage and sauna with excellent service with the interresting discount for the hotel guests. Spacious parking place and clean rooms. Recommended.

The room was pretty and clean; the granny apples on the green bed was a nice touch. The location was better than I expected; it's located very close to the metro station, for instance. The staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good, in a nice breakfast room. I also liked the welcome drink.

The cleaning staff woke me up quite early in the morning with the sound of vacumming. I stored a bag for a few hours on the day of my departure, but there was no room to store bags. My bag was put on desk next to a computer for guests directly in front of reception. The staff member said that he would watch my bag for me. I left it there, but I would have much preferred a secure closet or room for my bag.

The breakfast was exceptional. The Stuff where great, they gave us free 90 min. passes for Sauna and some welcome drinks. The room was a good size and it had a nice bathroom. I recommend it highly. As a bonus, it's very easy to get to any part of Prague with public transport, especially the Zoo.

Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff! The room had a slanted window to open from above which was nice and fresh in the morning. The location was perfectly close to the tram stop and not just at all. Most of the hotel was wheelchair accessible and flat leveled. Though the wellness center would have required stairs, the staff were kind enough to accommodate and find a way for a person in a wheelchair to fit. Huge thank you!

The comfort of the beds and flat pillows could be improved

The bed was extremely comfortable! The bathroom was very spacious and modern, the ceilings were also very tall which was lovely! Location was perfect a 10 minute tram from city centre, right opposite a train station and had a local supermarket just round the corner

If you are looking for a quiet and cozy place to stay, this is it! We had fantastic room in the roof, with beautiful wooden walls, lovely bathroom with HEATED FLOOR! Bed was super comfortable, we spend most of the morning just rolling around the bed and resting after our travels, I loved the shower. The shower in this room was probably the best shower I have ever had in a hotel room, shower heads - massive, pressure of the water - excellent ( this was a roof room ) , temperature - HOT HOT HOT. The hotel staff were very accommodation, The lady at reception let us pay later as we were rushing for a concert, she land us a plug because we forgot one, and she gave us a late check out, as we were coming back late from the concert. Breakfast was so lovely, the restaurant had such a nice atmosphere. It was a fantastic stay!

We didn't like that we couldn't stay longer :-) There is always next time. :-)

Location, sparkling clean rooms, friendly staff, quiet place, just few steps from.underground.

The hotel is in the perfect location near Holesovice station. I had room on the first floor, the room dekor style was nice, calming and the bed was comfy. Breakfast was OK, good variety of food. I went for the massage to the wellness in the underground, that was nice.

My room was rather small and it felt too warm and humid. The bathroom was nice, but it looked like there was a leak on the ceiling ans it got moldy. The shower was leaking and flooding bathroom floor. I even saw that "fish bug" on the floor - it invades humid areas. The wellness has super small space for women changing room and I have seen cleaner showers..

The wellness wasn’t available, we wanted to use the wellness but the pool didn’t work.

The stay was very pleasant. I was greeted by the lady at the reception upon arrival and I was given a voucher for Prosecco in the restaurant as a welcome drink. The room was large and cosy. I was very impressed with the fast internet. The beds are good and also the bedding. The bathroom is well designed and fully equipped. The advantage of the hotel is the wellness area, which is nice and cozy with an excellent service. The spa has a large sauna, a cooling pool and a lovely relaxation room. Massages and private baths can be booked on site. The breakfast is amazing and overall everything was of very good quality.

It was very clean and quiet.

We only disliked pillows a little bit, but aside that everything was great.
