The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

The pillows were too flat and the A/C wasn't as effective as I had hoped.

The room was big, clean & comfortable, the bathroom too. The hotel staff were friendly & they were so kind let us have a late check-out without any additional charge. The restaurant at the hotel was good.

The breakast buffet is not big and didn`t had a lot of choices but it was fine.

A safe bet for the experienced business traveller: good location with car parking, check-in, quiet and large and clean room and bath.

The staff is great. They helped me with checking in an gave us a very nice room. The breakfast was excellent. We stayed a couple of days and each day the breakfast was a little different.

Nice and welcoming place. Found a green apple on our bed on arrival that made us smile. Nice place to stay but not many facilities in place for a venue like that.

For any spa related business (massage, sauna, etc) you have to book separately and you can't do that from reception. So it is not included on your booking fee and appointments are not available even if you want to book. These slots are open to public, whether they stay at the hotel or not, and can be therefore fully booked for weeks. As a visitor, you would expect to have a reserved slot to make your stay valuable

Always a good option for business travellers. Consistently professional staff and clean rooms with good breakfast and coffee. Reasonable priced private, secure parking available also for larger cars.

Bathroom facilities and the location of the hotel

Breakfast was not good , was very basic and most of the things we’re not fresh Dog barking in the next room at night

Unfortunatelly SPA didn't work...

The temperature in the hotel room was very high. We set the thermostat to 20 degrees for the night but it didn't help. Only the air conditioning started, however with zero impact on the room temperature.

The rooms far exceeded our expectations. For the price we paid it was very large and comfortable with a balcony.

It was not necessarily clear that the spa facilities were at an extra charge, but they were not expensive.

The fact that there is a spa, the spa was very very nice, great service.

I would like to have more variety in the breakfast, stayed 4 nights and was always the same.

- delicious breakfast and coffee - vert nice restaurant staff - amazing coctails - located 10 min from main station

- weak WiFi signal - there were so many big spiders outside our window that kept crawling in... no big deal for a regular person, but for an arachnophobic not so much. We spent our night killing them off the ceiling. - very noisy club down the the street

Great private parking next to the hotel and a nice breakfast.

Overall was nice but on the first night, we got a totally different room than what was ordered. The first desk man said that it's the standard that we booked but after small research, we discovered that it was not true. Because of those inconveniences we got a bottle of vine and sauna voucher, even though was super warm outside the sauna was great. AC could be fixed because all night when is on is makes a weird sound that does not allow you to sleep if you have a soft one. They said that if you want a room with a bed even though you booked one you need to include it in the pre message.

Nice hotel near the center. Great staff, nicely tidy room. Possibility to use the sauna on the ground floor. Breakfast with the possibility of sitting outside. we were satisfied

The fan in the bathroom blew loudly for quite a long time after the lights went out. It was not possible to lock from the inside - probably a broken lock.

The staff is friendly and willing to help. The location is fine.

Internet is extremely unstable and slow. The air condition was very poor and those days the weather was too hot.

The bed was extremely comfortable! The bathroom was very spacious and modern, the ceilings were also very tall which was lovely! Location was perfect a 10 minute tram from city centre, right opposite a train station and had a local supermarket just round the corner

If you are looking for a quiet and cozy place to stay, this is it! We had fantastic room in the roof, with beautiful wooden walls, lovely bathroom with HEATED FLOOR! Bed was super comfortable, we spend most of the morning just rolling around the bed and resting after our travels, I loved the shower. The shower in this room was probably the best shower I have ever had in a hotel room, shower heads - massive, pressure of the water - excellent ( this was a roof room ) , temperature - HOT HOT HOT. The hotel staff were very accommodation, The lady at reception let us pay later as we were rushing for a concert, she land us a plug because we forgot one, and she gave us a late check out, as we were coming back late from the concert. Breakfast was so lovely, the restaurant had such a nice atmosphere. It was a fantastic stay!

We didn't like that we couldn't stay longer :-) There is always next time. :-)

I liked the location

The staff were quite rude, the cleaners are supposed to clean our room everyday and they didn’t and I asked for a double room and got 2 single beds pushed together wasn’t comfortable at all and the mattress kept slipping off the bed throughout the night

Location, sparkling clean rooms, friendly staff, quiet place, just few steps from.underground.

The stay was very pleasant. I was greeted by the lady at the reception upon arrival and I was given a voucher for Prosecco in the restaurant as a welcome drink. The room was large and cosy. I was very impressed with the fast internet. The beds are good and also the bedding. The bathroom is well designed and fully equipped. The advantage of the hotel is the wellness area, which is nice and cozy with an excellent service. The spa has a large sauna, a cooling pool and a lovely relaxation room. Massages and private baths can be booked on site. The breakfast is amazing and overall everything was of very good quality.
