Loud but nicely decorated.
Clean and spacious.
Heater was broken and my room was 25 Celsius.
The outside temp was -21 Celsius.
Late night DJ at the Monkey bar was louder then a AC/DC concert.
Continued till 1:00am, private party the property said. It was a Sunday night.
Couldn’t sleep.

Very good
The staff and the rooms were phenomenal. No expense was spared. Room was very clean and the staff were very friendly
The breakfast was horrendously expensive for what it was. I think it was around £55 for 2 small cooked breakfast.
Our second night the entire bar/restaurant was closed for a private function, they didn't mention this when we checked in and as such we were forced to go elsewhere.

Romantic ambiance
Clean, nice design, comfortable mattress and pillows
The door to the bathroom did not close properly (maybe only our room). The breakfast was 35 EUR per person (it is very expensive for Prague), but generally not a problem, as there are lots of options for breakfast around

Stay was perfect and 3 min walking to the main train station. Location is fabulous
Breakfast was great and the stuff was really nice and helpful.
Sauna and spa section was beautiful
Gym was big enough to do a daily workout.
Bed was very comfortable
I would have preferred getting every single day fresh towels and bathing robes . Had to call and ask for it.
There is only android no Netflix which wasn’t helpful for us.
The sauna and steaming room got crowded in the afternoon and people were using up all the cups and no one came to replenish them . Especially during sauna times you need to drink a lot. Wish that was more organized.

Good afternoon. Falkensteiner hotel is absolutely wonderful. Stylish and beautiful design, smells so good. Very friendly staff, and the service is positively magnificent. This is much more than a hotel, it’s an unforgettable experience. Loved it😍

The best place to relax and access the city within minutes
Great location, friendly staff, we got our key straight after we arrived (3 hours prior to check in), tidy and stylish rooms, amazing sauna and very tasty breakfast.

Good experience
The Hotel is located near of old town square of Prague. It´s close to a bus station.
The accommodations are great and you can use the SPA, which was always clean. Bring your swimwear to enjoy this!
The breakfast is great and it wasn't crowded.

The room was wonderful. They upgraded our room for our anniversary and also told us some common phrases to say in Czech. Rooms are so clean and amazingly designed. The staff are so attentive and kind!! Amazing stay.

Perfect location and lovely hotel
The staff were lovely and the hotel was very clean with lovely rooms. I loved the touch of the pillow menu (with no extra charge)
Unfortunately the music was loud until 00.30am right underneath our room. However, the staff were really helpful and offered for us to change rooms.
