Decent walking distance to the old town and shopping streets, very nice breakfast and bar with good vibes.

It’s exactly like the photos. The property is a few steps away from the main station. The hotel offers an excellent selection of food for breakfast. I highly recommend this place!

Just one particular person was very rude. A hotel like that doesn’t need to have a rude person on the front desk.

Breakfast was good and appreciated.
The room was good but didn't like the skylight windows and would have appreciated a room with regular windows for more light.

The location was perfect - 2min walk from Prague Central station. Breakfast was very good, the beds are SOOO comfortable and 90% of the time it was very quiet. It was spotless clean. I would stay again and highly recommend.

It's very niche, but even on 4th floor you can hear loud music during the weekend brunch (12:00-15:30). I was not in the room, but if you're looking to nap during lunch, you could find it difficult.

Everything was superb. From check-in to the Monkey Bar, to breakfast, to the spa. I honestly c0uldn't fault this. Just far enough from the centre of the city not to be noisy and crowded, but within easy walking distance.

The Hotel is lovely. The room was very clean and spacious. Had everything you could want in a room for a city break. We had brunch and breakfast there and both were very good. So was the evening meal we had. Staff were lovely and very friendly. The location was very safe but just a little to far out for my liking, would stay nearer to old square next time.

This is a very nice hotel located just across the street from the train station. The decor of the room was interesting, featuring very high ceilings. Everything functioned perfectly.

I loved the decor, the lounging areas. The breakfast was very good and lots of menu options. I liked that the rooms were quite. My room was next to the elevator and I couldn’t hear anything from the hallway outside my door.

The room was a little warm for my taste, and I wish there was a sheet in addition ti the duvet, so you could use one or the other.

The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from Prague’s historic Old Town. The staff were consistently friendly and delivered outstanding service throughout our stay. Special praise goes to the breakfast team, who were attentive and tireless in ensuring everything ran smoothly.

The breakfast itself was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food and cocktails at the Monkey Bar, which were top-notch. The sauna facilities were another highlight of our stay.

We would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return, especially when choosing other properties within the same hotel group.

One-minute walk from the train station, five minute walk to the national museum— yet extremely quiet. The breakfast (especially the juices and the Egg-Benedict) was exceptional. The spa was clean and relaxing, with a great sauna.

The only thing I can think about has to do with decoration: for hotel in such quality, I would expect *real* plants — or no plants. The fake plant in the room and lobby were a bit odd

Good extras in the room like a fridge, sewing kit, water, coffee making facilities. I would recommend you take extra pods with you if Like us you drink a lot of coffee.
The gym was small but well equipped, with water, towels and caps on offer to use for free..

Beds were big and very comfortable, the room size itself was very good with a wardrobe ,which lit up when you opened it, table and chairs.

The bathroom was a good size, great shower, all the usual toiletries available,with plenty of towels. There was a proper full size hair dryer as a pose to the normal "attached to the wall useless" ones you normally get .
There was also a mirror in the bathroom which was ideal for make-up or a shave as it was magnified and had lights around it...I loved this and want one at home now .

The breakfast was really good,all the staff were lovely and friendly. A good selection of continental to help yourself to ,also a menu was given to us with cooked food to choose from free of charge.

The reception staff were kind enough to book us a taxi one night as the walk over the bridge was a bit much to do again in the evening.
All in all a great place to stay and reasonably priced for everything that you get.

The location was ideal as it was 5 mins walk from the main train station and only 5 min walk to the main shopping square.

A few small things ...
The heating in the room was hard to get down, it was cold outside but it was too hot for us in the room.
I found it easier turn it off completely and to open a window.

Went to the monkey bar one night, if you like cocktails then it's great if not a little pricey compared to other local bars. Limited selection of beers, nothing on tap.

It was beautiful. We stayed here for one night and it was fantastic the restaurant in the hotel is SO GOOD and so are the cocktails. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The only negative was that there is no onsite parking which we did not realize and it was not a big deal except the recommended parking garage was full so we did have to drive around and find parking. Was not a big issue just something we wish we realized beforehand so that we could have reserved parking.

Breakfast was nice. The hotel also has a good location if you are wanting to walk around but also have to visit other places outside of the city center.

The room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Both the buffet and the ala cart. Staff were helpful and friendly speaking very good English. I would recommend.

The seating and the shower. The chairs were small and only moderately comfortable. The shower which was similar to all of the showers in the European hotels we stayed in. Are cold small and spray into the room unless I took care to not have them do so. They all have a glass panel covering half the shower area. No way to close them off to decrease drafts. Nor keep the water inside the shower.

Fabulous hotel, very relaxed atmosphere, great location in the heart of the city.
