A wonderful hotel and little gem. The online check-in was fantastic leading to the easiest and quickest check-in when we arrived. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff courteous and helpful. The bar/restaurant was magnificent and we loved the ambience. We loved Prahue and will be back and the only place we will stay is here

Loved our stay here! Room was big, comfortable and soundprofed. It was a 10 min walk to the main city. Plus it felt so clean! Would recommend the deluxe room.

Location, bar, premises and design of hotel was very nice. Good location for local walking and transport options around. SPA has 2 Saunas and chill zone with tea and snacks. Tasty breakfast with possibility to order varieties of and additional food to have from stands. Coffe was great, fresh squeezed drinks, juices and Prosecco available daily. Cozy and nice Monkey Bar every day for chilling with DJ music. Comfy beds and quiet rooms with mini bar without crazy prices in rooms and complimentary water replaced daily. TV and WIFI worked very well, was happy with stay

A beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff were exceptional and facilities were great. We stayed over Christmas which was particularly magical in Prague.

The hotel was close to everything. Beautiful, clean and everything you could want or need was there. As a solo traveler i felt very safe.

No really usable desk in the room.

We arrived hours before our check in so we’re thrilled to discover not only did they have a room for us but they were upgrading us for free. The room was lovely and clean and lots of amenities, the hotel has a really good location walking distance to the old town and to lots of restaurants and shops also very close to a train station.

There was a painting in the room I did not like as I felt abit like it was watching me as it was a huge painting of a woman the room was nice without that but this was not a major thing wrong with the property

Our stay at the hotel was perfect. It is super clean and welcoming. The hotel is very nice with a decorative touch in every corner. The breakfast was great and the location is a short walk away from all the interesting sites. The staff was great and helped when needed.

Our room was as far as possible from everything, view to the backyard, and there was a constant loud hum, as if we were next to the heating system

Great boutique hotel. Room was great and spacious, and staff super friendly. Breakfast was substantial and very good quality. Had some tapas on the monkey bar on our first night, due to late arrival, and it was very nice. Asked for an Irish whisky, and it was served as it should be, on a straight whisky glass with no ice, very impressed. Stay coincided with my birthday and they surprised me at breakfast with a little cake, very thoughtful. Back I'm prague again in the spring and we will stay here again.

One night we heard sounds coming from the heating/ air conditioning, which did wake us up. Assume just a maintenance issue.

A beautiful hotel with a good location. Walking distance to central streets. Everyone was very friendly. Clean room and facilities!

The location is perfect and close to everything, including the central station and yet it's quiet. We only used the bus to and from the airport, everything else was walking distance. We got some great food recommendations from the hotel staff but the hotel food is great too and the breakfast is rich (and fits most, if not all dietary needs). The rooms and hotel are very clean and well kept. The staff is very kind and accommodating and they are quick to respond we had a lovely time staying there.

The rooms temperture is perfect but the heating is air conditioned which for me was a bit too dry but my friend was not bothered at all, just me.I am a bit sensitive to that and have never mentioned it to the staff, maybe they would have been able to assist if I had,

The bar had a couple of Xmas functions that was noisy on our room. It was dealt with by the hotel immediately who moved us but maybe check before you accept the room.

The location is perfect. It was an easy walk to the Christmas markets and a bunch of museums. Public transport was easily accessible too if you wanted to catch a train or bus.

We booked a standard room for nine days, and it has been completely lovely. Everything was clean, the breakfast was amazing, the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay, and will definitely come back again :)

The location is ideal and walking distance to a number of the key attractions in the city. Very modern and clean hotel, breakfast had a lot of variety. Friendly and welcoming staff. Perfect if coming as a couple, with your best friend or a short trip with family.

The TV didn't have any English channels, nor the possibility to connect other streaming apps. There is an option of mirroring for Android devices. It didn't affect our stay, but might be worth to know.

Amazing hotel! The least i can say about it. The staff are super friendly especially Jakob at the front desk who gave us an upgrade to an amazing room. Their rooms are super spacious, clean, all amenities of the best quality provided, and a coffee machine with capsules. The location is excellent. In a quiet street, 2 mins walk from the main train station, and a garden in front of the hotel, and a short 10 mins walk to most of the amazing attractions, restaurants and shops. Very close to Christmas markets! Also, the hotel smelled amazing! It smelled like Christmas all the time. We had the best time we wish we could stay longer.

My teenage son and I stayed here for 3 nights in Nov/Dec. Modern, stylish hotel with really good service and perfectly located near the station and a 10-min walk to the main square. Staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. On arrival we were upgraded to a very spacious suite - which unfortunately we declined after seeing as it felt claustrophobic with 3 very small windows facing the sky. We moved to a standard room with street view. (214). We appreciated the bathroom with a bath and fantastic water pressure, and enjoyed having windows which opened up to the street below.

The air con was noisy and too hot most nights, and we couldn’t adjust the temperature. Then on the final night, it was cold and stuck on 19 degrees, so we were given a portable heater in our room. The TV lacked English-speaking channels including movie channels. The toilet paper was thin and scratchy, definitely not 5-star standard. Breakfast was fabulous but overly priced (AU$60 pp per day).

More variety is needed in the menu options, we would have gladly ate lunch/dinner on a daily basis in the hotel had the menu been more varied.

We want to recommend all guests to stay with a complimentary breakfast plan because of the wonderful breakfast at the most delicious restaurant in Prague.　Spa Sauna is wonderful. All staff are very kind and nice people. Thank you for your wonderful service at the breakfast every morning. So nice staff welcomed us at the reception desk even during the night and early morning.

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the wellness centre was beautiful and unique. You can order from a pillow menu and you can even order a hot water bottle to the room! 15 minutes walk to the Christmas markets in Old Town. Staff were very friendly

At the weekend they play loud music in the bar until midnight, which you can hear in most of the 1st floor rooms so that was unfortunate for us trying to sleep on one of our two nights. The breakfast was very expensive but it was beautiful and there was a great choice of food and drinks.

Great location, big and very comfortable rooms. The spa and gym are very good and free for hotel guests. The cocktails on the bar are amazing. Loved the hotel and will come back to it

Suite was excellent and incredible spacious. We used the spa facilities which were included in the price of the stay and they were great (steam room, sauna, full gym and relaxation room). Special mention to the breakfast which was absolutely exceptional.

Not a hotels fault, but our neighbours were a bit noisy. Breakfast was a bit crowded and order from menu came a bit long.
