Breakfast was excellent, loads of choice, not too busy and plenty of time 7 to 10am. Location brilliant, 5 min walk to old town and tourist sights. Central but quiet. Fantastic modern chic vibe. Good value for money. Would thoroughly recommend.

Modern and boutique style. Location nearby shops and not far to walk for Old Town. Staff were friendly and modern facilities. Very comfortable bed.

My stay at the NYX Hotel Prague was great. This is not a luxury, boutique hotel, but it is very convenient and perfect for a short stay. The hotel is located next to the Mucha Museum and opposite to the traditional 5-star Hotel Palace, so you can imagine how well located it is, in a small quiet street between Stare Mesto and Nova Mesto, 1 or 2 minutes walk from Wenceslau Square, place of major political changes in the country. Very well served by the Metro (Mustek Station), where you arrive after catching the 59 bus from the airport. Although the hotel street is small and quiet, it leads you to Na Prikope, a huge avenue full of shops, restaurants, supermarkets (including a very convenient Lidl just around the corner opened till 11 p.m.), shopping centers, you name it. Visit the Pilsener Urquell Museum or Café Louvre in the same neighbourhood in Nova Mesto, as well as the art déco master piece Obceni Dum if you walk until the end of the avenue. Jerusalem Sinagogue and Cafe Imperial also near by. The room of the hotel was a bit small, but it had everything that was needed: confortable bed, great wifi, air conditioned, toiletries, tons of TV channels and entertainment, a kettle and a coffee machine with complimentary coffee capsules, tea and sugar, as well as a small fridge. Staff at the reception desk (fresh drinks and fruit upon arrival) and cleaning staff were nice and helpful. Very simple and efficient check-in and check-out. I would stay here again if I return to Prague. Highly recommended!

Breakfast a bit expensive (but who cares with so many alternatives near by?). Toiletries reduced to a minimum, but enough for me.

The location is quite good and the rooms are quite spacious. We had breakfast at the hotel one day and that wasn’t too basic.

Overall the hotel was great but for four stars we were quite disappointed that there you could hear quite some noise from the hallway because there was a gap underneath the door. For a 4-star hotel I would expect to have minimal noise problems. We would hear people opening and closing their doors quite clearly at night and early in the morning and could hear them speak as if they were in our room.

Overall it was a really nice stay at NYX, everyone at the reception was really friendly and Mr. Soleiman was very helpful and shared some nice tips on where we could visit during our short time there. Nice big room which was comfortable and clean. Overall a nice enjoyable stay and very centrally located.

very nice room , big , clean and modern . the hotel is in a side street close enough to the main activities but still quiet . the room was modern with all the amenities and the staff was very welcoming . breakfast was good with a variety of dishes . will return .

Really nice room near to the old town with good price .. I really want to thanks Mr.Soleiman in the front desk we feel really welcome from first step.. he’s really helpful and he also advised about the restaurant.. with smile.. Also the breakfast really good on hotel..

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Upon our arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing drink and a bag of sweets, and they even sent us off with a piece of chocolate. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect, with everything within easy walking distance. The decor is beautiful, the room was immaculate, and the view from my room was simply amazing! (Room 314) I spent a week there and have no complaints whatsoever!

We had a few noise issues, although the hotel cannot help it’s guests, there did seem to be a lack of respect from other guests and the hotel did not intervene when at times, the noise could definitely be heard from reception

Location was fantastic. It is close to everything. You can walk to a lot of attractions from the hotel. A 5 minutes drive will cover all the other places you want to visit

At breakfast, whenever we asked for something from the workers, we received a very unfriendly response (except for one employee who was willing to assist happily-everyone else made us feel uncomfortable for asking).

Great location, friendly staff, good value for money.

The room wasn't like in the images. It was fine though, clean and everything, but in a 'modern' style which felt kind of weird (exposed running pipes on the ceiling and in the bathroom for example).

Great location, level of the service was excellent, hotel employees went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Hotel has some great facilities, there is a big dining area that is also open after breakfast hours, so you can relax there and get some drinks from the bar. Design is very modern, we liked it a lot! Thanks NYX, we will be back for sure!
