Hotel NYX, Prague

I was a little concerned in my in the beginning when I made the reservation, because I charged immediately although I chose to pay later on arrival. However, the staff were very friendly and understanding, they reverted the early payment immediately when I requested it, and compensated me for the inconvenience graciously.

The location was perfect. Everything was clean and the room was perfect.

The receptionist was rude

Very modern, loads of room, huge windows, stylish, coffee machine in the room, two separate wardrobes with lots of hanging, fridges & extremely comfy bed & pillows!

Only complaint it was next to a busy tram line but pretty much everywhere in the city centre is busy!

Very clean rooms, a comfortable bed and great breakfast! The room was small but still had a nice big and clean bathroom. Central location with the old town within 5 minutes of walking. Staff were always polite and friendly.

Rooms were small and corridors to the rooms were rather dark. This wasn't any real issue though.

Our room was with view to the main street, where the trams passing and it was noisy. So, is better to choose a room in quieter sector of the building.

The room was very clean and also the pillows were great! The breakfast was very tasty and a wild selection

The hotel was well designed and in a great location. It was so clean couldn’t find a speck of dust. Staff were so friendly and welcoming even giving you some sweets on arrival and chocolate when you check out. If you needed anything, the staff would get it for you straight away without hesitation. The bar also offers a wide choice of drinks at a reasonable price served with popcorn. The bar is a nice chilled out environment with a pool table, football table and pac man style machine. The breakfast was your average continental breakfast with plenty of choice and dietary options.

The only thing that I could fault is that the cleaners were very noisy in the mornings.

Great location! Very central. The lovely Veronika surprised us with a bottle of wine during our stay as we are celebrating our wedding anniversary. Very nice hotel and the rooms are nice and super clean. Would stay again.

The shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty, it's no biggy.

Hotel is fab, very modern, bright and airy. Location is amazing, 5 minutes from Wenceslas square and 10 minutes from the old town. Staff are so nice and friendly. Breakfast is quality, lots of variety and tasty. Even had a Photo Booth in the bar which was a nice touch

Very spacious modern room; lots of light; very comfortable bed; good shower and tea/coffee making facilities. All the staff were really helpful and gave great recommendations for restaurants etc.

Bar staff were great but lighting in the bar wasn’t always conducive to a pre-dinner or after dinner drink.
