Great location, modern design vibes, clean room & comfy bed

breakfast needs a bit of upgrade

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were so helpful. Breakfast was the same each day, but varied and tasty. We loved the happy hour cocktails and bar. The only negative was it was a little noisy for light sleepers.

The bathroom is slippery enough

The location is the best !! Just in the center, near to the stores for shopping and also to the Old city Square!!! The staff was really helpful with everything we wanted and polite! The room was exactly like the photos and a little bigger !!! Everything was perfect!

Modern, clean and friendly staff. A short walk to everything (around 3 minutes) and a lovely bar on site for those evenings you fancy something a little quieter before bed! Awesome cocktails!

Room cleaning was a little late, we left our room around 9am and came back at 3pm to our room still not done. Definitely no biggie, we just asked for clean towels and some extra coffees which were brought to our room immediately.

Very polite and helpful staff. Great location. modern, artistic interiors. Very clean, big room. We were in Prague to celebrate our anniversary and we've got congrats note awaiting for us. Very nice gesture.

Transport to the airport organised by the hotel. No information about payment possible just in cash and a driver who ofc didn't have a change (very convenient) ,no receipt whatsoever.

The property is the perfect location to old town. It’s out of the town but about a ten minute walk if that. The free pool table was amazing and the breakfast was good. There’s also a free Photo Booth. The room was super comfy and the staff were very helpful.

The water wasn’t replaced on a daily basis, which I was surprised about. The property didn’t offer lunch or dinner just breakfast.

The hotel had a great location, staff was amazing.

Hotel was really dark, the corridors and rooms were creepy, and the cleaning service was not that good, they only redo the beds, so no cleaning nor mopping the floors.

Great location with high proximity to the old town, shopping areas and some restaurants. Decent breakfast with many choices. Rooms are comfortable and in good size

Only 1 very slow elevator in the building, can be a bit annoying when you only need to take something you forgot in the room. But nothing significant!

The staff working there were absolutely friendly, the hotel room was really clean and the location of the hotel was amazing, outside a few food places, mini markets, and close to the center so you can visit alot of the site seeing.

-Front desk personnel was awesome! They helped us in each way they can, they stored our luggage with numbered vouchers for the day, gave us jelly beans at check in, and chocolates at check out. They even asked us if they can help us in any way, 'after' the check out. -Location is awesome! -Lift is operating properly -Room was nicely designed -Free coffee refreshed everyday -Heating is very nice -Bed is nice and comfy -Nothing wrong with air conditioning -Big smart tv with YouTube! -Fast and free WiFi!

-HK did not cleaned the toilets. -Bed Sheets and Pillow Sheets does not seem very clean, although we've seen the HK changing it, they had stains on them. -Breakfast is way too much expensive for this kind of hotel.

Personal preference is not having the pillow be so soft but that’s not on the hotel!

I loved this hotel and would definitely visit again. The hotel is located close to centre and main attractions. The room was a good size, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout the stay. We was pleasantly surprised about the salsa class/party that they had which I was told occurs once every few months. Also there’s loads of restaurants near by and about 10 minutes walking distance to the old town.
