BoHo Hotel, Prague

The hotel is perfectly located with rooms clean and the staff welcoming. They have excellent reception team, and the Bartender Igor stood out..

We liked everything

Spotless, staff were very professional, attentive and friendly. Very cool interior and location was very central and walking distance from main centre. Breakfast was fantastic, drinks were superb.

The main thing that was disappointing was the TV in the room! Poor selection of channels, nothing else other than various news channels in different languages. Other points were the see through bathrooms, where the door to the shower wasn’t transparent, but the door to the toilet was. A bit off putting!

a female person from the restaurant staff at breakfast spoiled the general good taste of the hotel, for many years of traveling in high-class hotels we have never encountered such arrogance, the rude tone of addressing us as guests who return more than once to this hotel does not deserve to be part of this good team

Fabulous hotel in a perfect location. Rooms were spotless and the staff were very helpful with any queries we had.

We were slightly disappointed that we weren’t told the pool/sauna facilities would not be available during our stay due to renovations. Would have nice to be have been told when we booked rather than us having to ask when we arrived if we could use them. Nevertheless they provided us with a voucher to use facilities at another hotel across the road which were good.

Almost everything, from amazing location in the heart of ol Prague close to all major amenities of Old Town to friendly and professional staff who were very helpful and gave us a lot of useful information about places to visit and accommodated our every need (even upgraded us to a junior suite from a standard double). Special thanks to Victoria at the reception desk who was invaluable to us and gave us excellent recommendations for the sight seeing in Prague and made our stay most memorable and enjoyable! The bar was serving really delicious and exquisite cocktails and loved the general ambiance of a quiet luxury of this place. Looking forward to the next visit, I know where I will be staying for sure 😉

If I’m being very picky, I would say the restaurant menu was a bit below the very high standards of this hotel. I found the variety and the meals could have been a little more sophisticated for the place, but generally the food was good.

I really liked the staff. The hospitality was exceptional even late in the evenings. Very clean hotel and great wifi reception fast check in- & check out. Central location near to the metro station. It is a quite hotel good for recreation after a busy day.

My personal preference for the an outstanding mattress would have been a bit softer maybe thicker. I still had a good night sleep as it is very quiet.

The bathroom set up. They have glasses in the bathroom- which is fine. But there is a large gap between the vanity top and the back wall. They place the glass very close to the edge. Very easy for the glasses to get pushed, fall through the gap and shatter! That’s exactly what happened. Also, you will find yourself walking into the bathroom glass wall at least once!! Otherwise everything was great!

The staff were very friendly, in particular the bar staff and the staff serving breakfast. The room was very clean, modern, spacious and luxurious. The bathroom was huge, with a standalone bath, separate shower and separate toilet. The location of the hotel was perfect. Right in the centre of town, without the traffic noise but within walking distance to everything. Only 40 mins drive out to the airport. Breakfast was very good value to, at 22 euros, a full cold buffet with a choice of a hot dish from the menu, served to the table.

Its very difficult to pick a fault. The only thing I'd change is I'd make the glass doors on the toilet area fully non-see through. Its fine when the other person is in the bedroom but if they're also in the bathroom they can see the toilet.

Hotel and staff were excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Boho Hotel truly stands out with its exceptional warmth and kind service. Special shoutout to Igor, Christof, and the amazing front-of-house team for making the stay memorable. Their dedication to guest satisfaction really sets them apart. The rooms are warm, functional, and practical, and the location is fantastic.

Would be nicer to have a choice of pillows. This is just a personal preference.

My room was ground floor in the back 002. I can hear noise (only in the morning) people closing the door or moving luggage. It was loud.

Food in the restaurant could have been much better. It was less than mediocre.

The location is good, the breakfast is great and the staff are excellent.

This was our second stay, after a splendid first time. We booked a superior room, like last time, but this time the room was significantly smaller than last time. The variance is just too big to justify taking the same price. Additionally, cleanliness was not without a fault this time around. A few stains on the towels (though they were clearly clean from the laundry) and some hairs in the room. Nothing serious, but this is an SLH hotel that we loved the first time around.

Staff was very nice. They upgraded one of the rooms since they were unable to put us next to each other.

Pillows were mushy feather pillows which when asked the gave us better foam ones. They need more elevators it was at most 2 persons with carry on suit cases and the cleaning staff also had to use the same elevator. Did not care for the translucent bathroom walls as too much light came in the room when the other person was using it.

The staff and the integration of the staff from check-in to bartender to restaurant hostess was exceptional. Everything here was the level of a much more expensive hotel in a bit city such as London. We did not eat at the restaurant, so no experience there. But the rest of our experience was 5-stars.

From the location to the ambience to the hospitality - everything was exceptional. We were booked for 3 nights but ended up extending our stay by another 3 nights because both the hotel and the City was charming and delightful. The staff at the hotel - whether the reception or F&B or housekeeping or the masseuse at the spa - were so warm, welcoming and lovely. We are grateful to them for taking such good care of us and answering our many questions :) Oh, and they have a lovely library that houses some sweet treats and coffee through the day (and night), apart from books!

We really enjoyed our stay and can’t really find fault. But a suggestion to maybe have more food items on the menu. After dining at the restaurant once or twice, one tends to run out of things to try.

Ahoj! I really liked the staff, which was very nice and helpful, there were no problems with the reservation. The room was really comfortable and spacious (awesome high ceilings). Room was properly cleaned and restocked. There were enough sockets to plug chargers, etc, one socket had a USB-A female socket, so you can charge your devices even without charger at hand. We got a very nice deal on the room - we booked a room the same night we checked in, so given the quality, it was a real bang for buck. The location is perfect and very convenient if you want to visit all the landmarks of Prague, most of which is in the walking distance from the hotel. Even though it's located near popular visiting places and restaurants, it was very quiet, so we weren't disturbed at night. There are a load of good restaurants nearby if you want to taste the local cuisine. Overall we had awesome experience with the hotel and honestly can recommend it for a stay.
