Good location, near the mesuem and subway

The room has a strong perfume.

It was warm and cosy (winter), excellent breakfast, view of Wenceslas Square, cosy comfortable bed, close to metro station, no trouble for staff to assist, good security

The hotel is very good, despite the controversy surrounding 4 or 5 stars (depending on where you search). The staff is super friendly and speaks perfect English. The rooms are large, with excellent city views, and the bathroom is also completely renovated and comfortable. It has everything you expect from a good hotel, from important things like a stocked minibar to details like paper and pen (remember when that wasn't a luxury?). The best thing is, without a doubt, the location. It's perfect, about a 10-minute walk from the central station, opposite the metro, the main museum, and the city's main avenue. In half an hour's walk you have access to all the tourist attractions.

These are just a few details that could be improved: the bathroom, despite being cleaned daily, had that distinct smell of old building drains. The plumbing needs cleaning. The TV isn't a Smart TV and has few channel options. The worst part was the bed: it was very soft, you could feel your partner's every movement, making it difficult to sleep. The pillows were also very large and soft; I felt there should have been more options for a hotel of this size (and price).

Fantastic location and wonderful staff. Hotel is convenient for all the central locations. 5 mins walk from the station. 5 mins from the historic center. 1 m8n from the national museaum. The family room was good for 2 grown children and us. Everyone enjoyed it. Breakfast was fine.

It was very hot even in autumn the ac would not cool so we had to open thr windows which mesnt you hear yhe road noise. It was nit such a problem at the weekend. The hotel is 4 stars in my opinion bit quite comfortable.

The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet which added to the comfort of the stay.

Great location for restaurants and bars and only a short walk to the old town and attractions.

Wasn’t given the room type I’d selected but after notifying staff I was promptly moved to where I’d chosen.

Dry close to everything. Most sights within walking distance. Wear thick soled shoes. Lots of cobblestone streets.

The breakfast could have had more variety.

A lot of construction work outside the hotel.

The location and the view from hotel are great - but you have to know that currently there is reconstruction work on the square which cause a dust and noise but basically when the windows are closed, no problem, just the view is not ideal but if you count with it is fine.

I expected that it will be much better than it was mainly bcs officially it gets 5* but in reality is definitely worse

I booked the bigger, superior de lux room with sofa. I did not get it. Staff said, but you already have balcony. It was winter time :).

Clean room & comfortable

It is a bit of a walk to most things & it’s a tiny bit noisy being on a busy road

Breakfast was OK, depending on what time we took breakfast, some items were not available or slightly cold...
Location of hotel ideal as right next to the A metro line, so easy access to the network and right on Wesleslas Square...so able to enjoy that area.

Nothing really. All aspects were good. We knew price was higher than normal as over New Year period.

Very central, close to the train station and old town. We had a room with a balcony with a great view. Our room was next to the lift but was quiet.
Everything we needed was in the room: kettle, iron, mini bar, hairdryer, dental and vanity kits etc

No onsite restaurant/ serving food bar to have something to eat in the evening. However, there are some in close proximity.

We enjoyed the friendly staff, the comfort, and the excellent location of the hotel the most.

The first disappointment we encountered was that our view was of nothing, specifically two intersecting buildings, while the photos showed either a view of the National Museum or the street. We didn’t even think there was a third option. Since it was extremely hot in the evening, we opened the window, but there was a lot of noise from the air conditioning units.

bathroom facilities are pretty small and a bit of “retro” however still perfectly clean

We have been given what we asked for and also had an excellent clena breakfast.

room was comfortable, staff were polite

they had no one attending the bar on numerous occasions, and when the person offered to help on reception he only knew how to pour a wine or beer. staff did not offer any help with luggage even to help when we stored it on our last day, we had to move other people’s baggage ourselves just to make space, they couldn’t be bothered

The room was large (Suite) and clean with a nice balcony with a view of the lively street (which can be quite crowded on a weekend). The breakfast area was also quite nice with a good selection in the buffet. The check-in process went smoothly and we felt welcomed.

As a lot of people mentioned in the reviews - there is no parking available in the hotel, so either use the valet parking service from the hotel or find parking nearby as I did (there are quite a few nearby with online booking).
