Clean, comfy little pods, overall nice hostel

One bathroom for 10 people meant having to wait which was annoying. Also, the pods can get a little hot, even with the fan on (which was quite loud, earplugs helped). It would have been helpful to have a hook or 2 inside the pod for clothes/towels. Not a very social hostel, but otherwise a lovely place to be based for a first time in Prague

I stayed in a 5-person female dorm, but it was actually really comfortable. There was a separate shower room, a separate kitchen, and even a dining table in the kitchen. Each room had its own door, so it felt more like a private flat shared by five people. The bathroom was very clean, and the bedding was clean too. The breakfast was also excellent 🙂

Clean and pleasant place. The hostel had a common area. Many young people. Nice vibe in general.

The room was kind of work out. Bedsheets were clean, but there was nothing besides the bed in terms of wardrobes. The steps to the second floor bed were partially broken, so it was a little dangerous climbing up.

A good place in the center of Prague, with skilled and caring stuff, very comfortable bed, small but well equipped kitchen and very high ceilings. Seriously, the ceiling was about four meter high, so there's almost unlimited space at the top bunk bed. The location is close to perfect with lots of transport hubs and the historical part at a walking distance.

It is the center of a big city, so there's still transport noise until late night. Come prepared.

Breakfast was good.

Cost of the stay from 1 May to 2 May, it was 100Euros a night for pod.

I stayed in a four-bed female dormitory, which was clean and quiet. The kitchen was fully equipped with cooking equipment. If you are staying with a group of friends and looking for an affordable, clean place that's accessible to the tram and the city center, Sophie's Hotel is a great option. The staff is also very friendly.

Great location in new town of Prague. Helpful staff. The pods seems to be very new and clean, beds were comfortable. Good price with nice breakfast included. Nice bar to meet people.

Maybe I missed it but a coat hanger would have been really useful in the pod. Not much space in there for a tall guy. Pod walls are thin so you can hear everything going on at night, earplugs needed:

Location is very nice - very close, walking distance to city center, National museum, Vinohrady district

Some of the parts of the rooms look a bit worn down, but other than that - very good choice for short stay for a good price

Nice breakfast, a little bit pricey though.

I wish there were a little bit more space at the pod. If you have big luggage, the pod simply doesn't have the room for that.

The staff was very helpful at all times and really nice to chat with ! The rooms were clean and well maintained. The location is great, only about a 10 minutes walk to Václavské náměstí!

There is only one lift that is very slow in going up and down between the ground floor and 5th floor and it only accommodates max 3 persons.

The location was really good it was a 15min walk to the center and just a straight road, very easy to find. The bathrooms and kitchen were very nice and very clean and there were big lockers under the bed for your stuff it easily fit my huge backpack. Also they let me keep my luggage in a luggage room until evening on my day departure which was very nice. The receptionists were super friendly!

The room was VERY smelly but i think it was another person there not the room itself I had the top bunk and the first step of the ladder is very high so climbing down i kept thinking there would be another step before the floor and fell and hurt myself. Not a big deal but be aware and don't fall :)

Relatively quiet and central location. Helpful and kind staff. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety including fresh fruit like bananas, apples and oranges. Interesting events, one of them was free pancakes on a Friday night. I enjoyed my stay along with the roommates I met as mutual understanding is crucial.

The ladder for the bunk bed could be improved, maybe softer steps or an extra step on the lower part. A small investment for even better pillows would be welcome in the future.

Stayed at 8 people bedroom with friends (we were 4 girls). The room, bedsheets and bathrooms were clean. Staff was very helpful and overall amazing. Absolutely recommend the hostel!

The location, the staff, the breakfast was incredible, comfortable bed.

The bathroom door made a lot of noise when moved (it probably needs oiling), which disturbed our sleep. Although there is air conditioning in the cabin, it is hot.

I stayed in the capsule unit and I liked the privacy. The bed was also comfortable. Temperature was nice. They also have a really nice shower head and endless hot water.

Clean rooms and facilities. Showers and bathrooms were well furnished and clean, some of the nicest ive seen at a hostel.

Kitchen area was small and cramped but did have everything you need for cooking. No free tea or coffee either, which is usually a nice touch.

The location is convenient. Close to tram and metro sta. The bed was quite comfy. The kitchen was well-equipped.

The reception staff were always really friendly and helpful. The communal areas and cafe/bar leant themselves to a warm, social atmosphere. Great coffee! Bathrooms were clearly cleaned regularly and all amenities functioned well. The pods in which we stayed were a perfect balance between a dorm vibe with slightly more privacy/ security, although they did get quite hot in the night.

Very nice hostel. Located near Vaclav Square. You can walk to Prague train station. The room is very comfortable, there is a toilet and a shower, the beds are very comfortable, there are sockets and lights and a curtain. The kitchen is small, but there is everything you need for cooking. The hostel serves breakfast, and there is a small bar in the lobby.

Stayed at Sophie’s Hostel and it was my first time sleeping in a POD honestly, no complaints at all. The bed was super comfortable with a good mattress, and the room/pod space felt surprisingly practical and well designed. On cleanliness, everything was great: the shower room was always clean, which impressed me even more because there was only one shower room serving a lot of beds. Bonus points: breakfast was amazing, and most of the reception staff were super friendly, which really made the stay feel welcoming.

Honestly, nothing major stood out. If I have to point to something, it’s that there was only one shower room for a lot of beds even though it was kept very clean throughout my stay. Also, a small note: the day after I arrived, the reception team felt less welcoming than the others—most staff were super friendly overall, but that particular day wasn’t as great.

Location was nice and felt really safe. Not too far from everything but without the noise and the tram station was very close by. We stayed in the private pods which gave as privacy for an unbeatable price.

Had to share one bathroom with shower between at least 8 people (not sure how many people were in the other rooms on our floor). Very annoying especially in the morning. There was just another toilette on the ground floor that we had access to but no other showers.

The location is very close to the IP Pavlova metro station which is very good. The breakfast was very nice, we got an unlimited meal with 225CZK. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a very nice stay, would recommend everyone.

The pod gave extra privacy and I could sleep comfortably.

Sophie's people - smiling and helpful - provided a better service than I could expect from a hostel. Clean and comfy room & bed, with a large safe box under the bed. Clean and well maintained bathrooms. Such a nice cafe downstairs with a delicious breakfast.
