Very disappointing property for a Mandarin hotel
Great location, spacious rooms, very helpful staff
Terrible attitude and unprofessional behaviour of receptionist at time of check in, botch ups with room assigned, old dilapidated property and badly designed room and bathroom, unimpressive lobby and facilities

We recently stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Prague and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the quality of service was outstanding
However, during our stay we were disappointed with the dining options. The hotel only has one restaurant, which did not meet our expectations. The food quality was lacking, and there were limited choices. Additionally, there's no café on-site. We believe that for a hotel of this standard, offering high-quality specialty coffee and sweets would greatly enhance the guest experience. We hope they consider expanding their dining options to better meet guest expectations.

It really was a 5* hotel experience. Prague has lots to offer.
Stunning hotel, staff very attentive and friendly. Could not have been treated better. Whilst quiet it is literally round the corner from the centre of the city. There are pretty parks nearby and good restaurants only a short distance away.
