The stay was great, untill i saw the calet had damaged my vehicle
I loved the hotel and the location being right down town made it very easy to get out and enjoy the city!
The valet driver hit a pole with my brand new vehicle.

Great Stay!
The room was very large, modern, and well laid out. The bed was comfortable. We liked the fact the floor was not carpeted and was wood/lvt instead- this always feels cleaner. The staff was friendly and courteous. The location was very good- we could easily walk to the Byward market and subway station. We would definitely stay there again. The room was quiet and well sound-proofed.

The stay was lovely, but pricey .
Bathroom nice and big . Room was comfortable . Unfortunatley i wasnt aware of the brunch until i left after 11 , it looked lovely . Nice connection to OAG and walking distance to Market and Mall .

Will stay at the hotel next time
The room is modern and big. The hotel manager is very attentive and nice. The location is close to the Rideau center and byway markets.
The bed is a bit too soft for us.

front office was very gentle and we were surprised with a kind gesture of empathy by our 20th anniversary. Katie was awesome and made a difference also arranging an early check in for us. would go back again many times!!

had a lovely time staying there on our wedding weekend
The rooms are huge. we had one of the suits but even the regular rooms are very large. they are styled in a sleek scandi way too which we loved.
the only complaint i really had was the parking situation

Beautiful Hotel for a Weekend Getaway
The signature room was really beautiful, with a great view of parliament. The bed was incredibly comfortable with soft sheets and the rain shower was a gorgeous touch.
The staff at this hotel are extremely polite and helpful, they did a great job at making you feel comfortable and welcomed.
Also the rooms are very soundproof and a great choice of tv channels.
The hotel is situated in a great location just a short walk to the Rideau Centre and Byward Market.
The parking is hit or miss since the spaces indoors are really limited so on a busy weekend i feel you might not get a spot.
The only thing negative i have to say about this hotel is that the breakfast was totally not worth the price. Most of the food was really cold and lacked any taste and the coffee was of really poor quality.

I would highly recommend Le Germain to others and stay and sister hotels.
The staff was extremely considerate. The hotel room was beautiful and very clean, good views and spacious. The breakfasts at the hotel were delicious, the space very relaxing and staff warm and efficient.
The room refrigerator was so packed it didn’t leave any room for personal supplies.

Enjoyable mini vacation in this very comfortable, beautiful suite with lovely views of downtown.
we liked the location close to bars, restaurants, museums, comfortable, spacious set up, upgrade amenities, and friendly staff
Our suite was right next to a very noisy elevator. Staff discounted the price of the room which was appreciated.
