Terrible parking access, i guess the valet service would be great if we had space to get there. Had to walk from a underground parking lot to the hotel. But the rest was awesome!

We were assigned to a room by the elevator. There were loud noises, voices at night on the weekend. The lobby is very small, you need to wait in line to check in. Our hair dryer was broken. Valet parking was inconvenient. We asked the front desk the night before to arrange the car ready for us at the certain time for next morning but it wasn’t ready and we ended up waiting for 20+ minutes.

great central location. beautiful modern clean room with walk in closet and large bathroom. loved the view of the market and Parliament Hill.

Pillows were very thin and soft. bathroom sink taps were beautiful but impractical- separate hot and cold taps were hard to control water temperature.

The down pillows were nice, but a down alternative would be a nice option.

Location and staff were wonderful! Very convenient close to transit, restaurants, Byward Market and museums!

I thought the breakfast was a tad expensive for what it was.

The service was the best, we told about our anniversary and they addee a little surprise to the experience to give us this extra good feeling

It will be good if from the beginning on the website booking.com they told us about the parking fees, but even if we pay the parking fee it was worth it, they took care of the car and was able to explain to us clearly how it works

Delightfully surprised to hear that our room was upgraded to a deluxe corner king with a view. This was not our first time staying at the Andaz and will not be our last. It is located within walking distance to the market, parliament and many restaurants/cafes.

No parking available on site other than valet, but if you walk one block there is underground parking for much less.

What a beautiful hotel, rooms with a really nice aesthetic, gym on the top floor, great staff! Very thoughtful. We parked oht on the street in front of the hotel (spaces limited) for the night which was 1.50$ per 30 mins starting at 8:30AM. The valet parking would have been much more.

Not very warm at night in the room

We had a very clean modern room with nice views. We could easily walk to restaurants and sights in the downtown area and Byward Market. We appreciated the free water, coffee and snacks in the room, and enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine in their bar. Our pets were warmly welcomed.

I like the fact that the staff was Nice and caring ! They brought me little sweets to the room and they wrote a note for me for the occasion.

The parking situation is not the best

This hotel has beautiful decor. The room was impeccably clean, modern, and comfortable. We appreciated the complementary snacks as well.

The construction from the street was a bit noisy in the morning, although it was a nice touch to provide ear plugs. Also, the lighting in the bathroom could use some improvement. The lighting was quite dim for getting ready in the morning.

The staff were professional, attentive and friendly. Location was very good.

There was no parking garage, but the valet parking service was efficient. The room interior design aesthetics were poor with cabinets of various shapes and colors randomly placed around. The TV wasn't centered between the two beds. Generally, the room felt like a dorm.

The hotel is very clean. The location is great, and the stuff is very helpful. We forgot something in the room, they kept it for us. Loved every thing there. We will definitely come again!

View of construction wasn't a plus, and the price was pretty steep.

The front desk staff Mika served me. She was polite and friendly. She fulfilled my needs quickly. The view from the rooftop is amazing, and there was also a free glass of wine that came with my stay. The location was hard to beat. Close to restaurants and tourism spots.

There was a construction site next to the hotel building so you may hear some noise during the day.

The suite had the most incredible view ! The only thing I would like to mention is that it would be nice to have a microwave or some Elements in the suite kitchen. But honestly wow !

The breakfast was nice but couldn’t truly accommodate a real gluten free experience. Also they have no electric car parking on site.

It is a stylish, modern, well-located, clean and safe hotel with helpful staff, a good-size room, a comfy bed and a good hot shower.

The problem is there is no coffee machine at the room, to be honest this is -2 point for me. There are couple machines at the enterance but the quality of coffee omg disaster sorry guys, I love the hotel but the coffee machines looks so dirty and the coffee was like water.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. And the rooms were beautiful. We also loved the rooftop.

The service, from the moment we checked-in to the moment we left, was truly exceptional! At reception, valet, rooftop, breakfast: lovely, pleasant, and professional staff.

We had a corner room facing the Market so it was a great view. I'd stay here again for location and service - both topnotch. Obviously the construction portion of the view wasn't great, but what can you do?!?

The room decor looks more like a travel lodge or motor hotel type-furniture - quite cheap considering the luxury price of the hotel. At the same time, the furniture is relatively new and does the trick. The bed has got a rise in the middle, and dips down on either side, but its really comfy.
