Great location, place and staff!!!
The staff are very helpful, and so welcoming upon arrival! Love the complimentary drink you receive at check in and also the complimentary drinks(non-alcoholic) and snacks in the room!
Room was ready but not really…it was clean however they have to have all rooms inoected by the manager before giving keys to the guest…which is great! However it was 5pm and we had to wait for them to inspect the room before being able to get it, which was a bit annoying after a long day of travelling. The complimentary glass of wine helped while we waited though!!

Fabulous
Our family has a very pleasant time in the hotel. The room is comfortable and clean. Staff is helpful and I would like to express my particular thanks to the concierge staff Jurqan (if I spell correctly!) who is very responsive and sincere.
Check in time at 4pm is too late and check out time at 11am is too early!

The hotel is nice but the area aound the byward market feels seedy at times
lobby and rooms are nice
parking is in a shared lot. I didn’t want to walk into the lot at night

Very good
Great location in the byward market and walking distance to parliament hill and some museums. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very nice.
Based on other reviews we were under the impression that there was a swimming pool, but there is not. But, nevertheless it was a nice stay and very comfortable in the rooms.

Great stay at the byward market
The room was really nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and the shower was AMAZING.
Hard to get a hold of anyone at the front desk, no vending machines.

The location is good as its is in the Byword Market.
Check-in time is 4pm which is late. And yet they still could not check us in but gave us a line about "we'll text you when your room is available". We waited another 40 minutes. This is unacceptable.

We like the comfy beds, rain forest shower and super clean room. So thankful to staff who noted in their system that Uber driver will pass by to return my sunglasses that I left on his car. So grateful, thanks to the staff!
There were only 2 small water bottles provided in our room, reception’s phone line was always busy so needed to go down around 10:30pm just to ask for water bottles. Although I must mention that the staff gave us more than enough bottles then, so greatly appreciated.

Comfortable Andaz
Enjoyed our stay. Great location in Byward Market. Great feature to be able to text needs to front desk and get prompt responses.
Some street noise to contend with and we were on 9th floor.

Worked out well. Would stay again.
Location was great for the Rideau Centrer and our dinner at Shafali’s. Market was bustling in the early evening.
The amount of homeless people in the hotel area was a bit shocking. The room was pretty quiet but lots of ruckus on the street later at night. Was surprised we could hear through the windows with the air on even though we were upgraded to the 9th floor.
