Everything was clean classy and comfortable. The cleaning staff must be trained well and treated decently to do such a great job. The crew at the door and desk were the most helpful professional and pleasant group I have ever interacted with at any hotel stay over the past 30+ years. The breakfast buffet was way beyond expectation and enjoyed the atmosphere that the great staff ensured for all. Well done and appreciated after so many disappointing experiences at other establishments in my travels lately.

Awesome room. Great time at the casino. Loved the atmosphere
the guest services was really pleasant and was able to answer every question we had. When we told them we didn’t speak French it was so nice to see how easy it was for them to speak English

Garbage can in the room was not clean... the bathtub plug did not work tub was draining while my was taking her bath.. sink plug also did not work.

good location, easy access to Ottawa/ Quebec. museums. loved the windows, space, view of river, green area.
in adequate staffing by pool - one pool was closed due to staff shortage in a busy lab our day weekend. I would hope they can plan to avoid for future. guests pay a lot to enjoy hotel amenities. it’s part of the experience and excitement

the fact it has multiple areas to relax. ie pool, beds on grass. the little walking area.
I didn’t like that we could not swim in the inside pool due to the hotel being short staffed on the labour day weekend. Not acceptable when in the service industry on a known busy weekend.

perfect girls getaway
rooms were clean and spacious and beds were very comfortable

had diner at Arome it was decent
most of my stay was just perfect
only a few observations
check at 4 pm is quite late as check out is at 11
the pool area -
no soap in the women’s showers on 2 occasions that I have stayed there in the last 3 months
as well
the kiddie pool was closed considering there were quite a lots of small children
that should be functional for safely and hygiene of the pool
other than that all was well 😊

Beautiful place to enjoy and to remember
Location and view is amazing, the pool is nice
The safe case had low battery issue, they came to change battery, shampoo dispenser was empty, changing sheets every 2 days as of new hotel policy, little bit old fashioned furniture

Beautiful room and view. Executive level club room was nice. Staff seemed tired, but mostly helpful.
Check in was brusque and somewhat unwelcoming.
