It was nice relaxing trip with family.
Food was great, staff was very helpful and nice.
Room was clean, beds were comfortable.
Everything was great but just a suggestion that there wasn’t any enough options for vegetarian meals or Halal food. Lots of Muslims travel and stay there but was hard to order food because limited choices.

Will be back!
Everything was wonderful. But the breakfast buffet was just amazing! Worth every penny! Staff are all so friendly and helpful. Casino is huge and loads of fun. Outdoor pool was a great surprise for us.
Coffee creamer in the room was terrible.

This hotel is exceptional. One of the best hotel I’ve been to.
The price are also exceptional, not in a good way. The only reason I was able to stay there it’s because I had special price due to my work otherwise I would have chosen another place to stay because.

We loved our stay and probably will come back.
The room was more than we expected. The bed was really comfortable and luxurious. The bathroom was really nice.
It would have been nice if there was microwave in the room. The coffee maker was really loud.

Enjoy the stay and service was excellent.
Bed was real comfortable , room nice but nothing outstanding.
There was carpet on the floor, and some of the furniture was used and needed an up date.

Great to stay right beside the casino. Excellent dinner at Aroma restaurant too! Close to Ottawa.
We loved the indoor/outdoor heated pool in the winter. That was great!
The M&Ms purchased for cash (debit not working) at the hotel store were stale or moldy and had a horrible taste. We couldn't return them. The room service was closed long before the casino and we had nothing to eat!

hotel and casino combination are the perfect getaway treat
Check in to hotel was so easy and fast, very nice staff. The facilities are spotless as always. The room is very tastefully decorated, bed was super comfy, super fluffy pillows, we had a king size extra large room worth the upgrade.
Shower area and bathroom are over sized and lots of room for two to get ready for a night out.
The downstairs restaurant served us a high quality meal, great appetizers, good staff, nice atmosphere.
Wish we could have stayed longer.

Very good, service was excellent! We had stayed there 12 years ago and breakfast was not offered. Would like to see bacon, ham and eggs added to the menu. Otherwise lots of choices
