The room was nice

The staff was rude, especially the front desk. Called from my room because the toilet was blocked, nobody answered the phone. Their computer system was down so I couldn't charge anything to my room, went to buy water, couldn't charge it to my room, breakfast and dinner, couldn't charge to my room. They were rude and unprofessional. Food at restaurant was horrible

The location is brilliant, and the facilities are great.

The staff came across as cold and impolite. I was scolded for ordering meals to the room while having no credit card on file even though I had a debit card on file and they seemed to have no issues deducting it from my deposit and they never bothered to ask when I placed the order in the first place. I had one room service person hang-up on me abruptly and the receptionist lecture about it like guests are supposed to automatically know this.

I did' nt like the way you are not flexible for the check out time, i requested for late check out time, only 30 minutes they could not allow it was NON in capital letter with non reason!!!

Good bkfast however this time was not included in the rate as it usually is with Hilton chain

Asked for a kettle in room promised one but it. Never came Also in the pool you could at least 1 lane reserved for lane swimming instead of having all space in the two pools dedicated to screaming kids

Room, food, facility, jacuzzi. casino, swimming pool... You name it. all was just excellent. Will come back again next year. Thanks

The view of downtown was beautiful, ordered room service at breakfast and it was Devine😇 Staff was great help with our belongings im glad i didn't break a 😅

Hilton Lac-Leamy is a beautiful hotel that has friendly staff and is also situated on lovely grounds. We highly recommend Hilton Lac-Leamy to fellow travelers.

not to be woke up at 3 a.m. by somebody knocking on the door across from my room, phoning and trying to get somebody to let them in, its hard enough to sleep in a hotel as it is

That our event was in that hotel , it is very good and the breakfast was great

The escalator up was not working part of the weekend which was not good for my knees

Food was great, staff was very helpful and nice. Room was clean, beds were comfortable.

Everything was great but just a suggestion that there wasn’t any enough options for vegetarian meals or Halal food. Lots of Muslims travel and stay there but was hard to order food because limited choices.

Everything was wonderful. But the breakfast buffet was just amazing! Worth every penny! Staff are all so friendly and helpful. Casino is huge and loads of fun. Outdoor pool was a great surprise for us.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breafast and dinner at Arome was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. Taxis to get to meetings were timely and available. Internet worked well.

Construction noise early in the morning was annoying and we were only advised of this by a note in the room after we checked in. No water provided in the room and we had to purchase that. Furniture (chairs) were a bit shabby.

This hotel is exceptional. One of the best hotel I’ve been to.

The price are also exceptional, not in a good way. The only reason I was able to stay there it’s because I had special price due to my work otherwise I would have chosen another place to stay because.

Nice Hotel, Views are magnificent, very clean, It’s dated but super clean, so you don't notice, but being in the hospitality industry, I noticed it.

The room was more than we expected. The bed was really comfortable and luxurious. The bathroom was really nice.

It would have been nice if there was microwave in the room. The coffee maker was really loud.

The staff were amazing. So helpful. The pools were really nice to relax in after a long day. The restaurant food was so good. Everything was exceptional.

The room was great. Great view over the Lake. Meal from room service was excellent. Very clean and quiet room. Easy indoor access to the casino.

We loved the indoor/outdoor heated pool in the winter. That was great!

The M&Ms purchased for cash (debit not working) at the hotel store were stale or moldy and had a horrible taste. We couldn't return them. The room service was closed long before the casino and we had nothing to eat!

Check in to hotel was so easy and fast, very nice staff. The facilities are spotless as always. The room is very tastefully decorated, bed was super comfy, super fluffy pillows, we had a king size extra large room worth the upgrade. Shower area and bathroom are over sized and lots of room for two to get ready for a night out. The downstairs restaurant served us a high quality meal, great appetizers, good staff, nice atmosphere.

Wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything was impeccable! The bed was sooo comfortable, the food service workers were on strike so the restaurant options were very limited but we didn't actually mind because what was offered was still amazing. The staff were really nice and really well styled.

While we don't blame those who were striking, we support them, it was just unfortunate that it happened during our stay. We were looking forward to the restaurant as we heard really good things.

Very good, service was excellent! We had stayed there 12 years ago and breakfast was not offered. Would like to see bacon, ham and eggs added to the menu. Otherwise lots of choices
