how clean everything was !

Great location for the event and great view

rooms were clean and spacious and beds were very comfortable beautiful location beautiful hotel had diner at Arome it was decent

most of my stay was just perfect only a few observations check at 4 pm is quite late as check out is at 11 the pool area - no soap in the women’s showers on 2 occasions that I have stayed there in the last 3 months as well the kiddie pool was closed considering there were quite a lots of small children that should be functional for safely and hygiene of the pool other than that all was well 😊

Location and view is amazing, the pool is nice

The safe case had low battery issue, they came to change battery, shampoo dispenser was empty, changing sheets every 2 days as of new hotel policy, little bit old fashioned furniture

Beautiful room and view. Executive level club room was nice. Staff seemed tired, but mostly helpful.

Check in was brusque and somewhat unwelcoming.

If you pay more tha 350$ a night, the breakfast should be included.7

Every thing was excellent except the bathroom fan was not functional and we had diner and gambled and only noticed it late at night.

the room was a little small the view was nice the bathroom a nice size the food in the restaurant for Breakfast and Dinner was very good and great service

price we paid for this room there should have been breakfast in the price pillows were too soft you should let your guests know they should book reservations for the restaurant if they would like to eat in doors

Suite king bed bathroom

Pull out couch thin mattress ouch. Lacking kitchen facilities. Would have liked bigger fridge microwave and mini sink. No cleaning service while there due to “ecological reasons”. I understand Covid reasons but feels like daily cleaning of rooms are gone. I have always left tip for this in past but didn’t know what to do.

Breakfast on the first day was good. The only that was not good with the breakfast was the burnt toast. The second day breakfast was delicious

Rooms and beds were very comfortable and staff were great.

The indoor pool was closed for the better part of our stay. The amenities (pool area) were the main reason we return to this property and wanted our children to experience so to find the indoor pool closed for the 3 days we were there was very disappointing.

The comfort, the mattresses are very comfortable and so are the pillows. The room is very nicely decorated; I really enjoyed the atmosphere.

Everyone and everything are good, especially the outdoor pool. That’s the main reason we always organize the group people to go. Food is also very good and the price is reasonable.
