The breakfast was a standout - one of the best quality and value for money I've ever experienced! Definitely worth the pricepoint because of the breakfast and the decor of the hotel was so unique and luxurious. A wonderful stay

It was absolutely gorgeous and the staff was incredible. The amenities are fantastic and the restaurants offered have something for every palette.

It was a tad bit further out of the main area of the city and in the winter it was tough to walk as the streets in Oslo turn to ice after snow storms.

Breakfast was amazing, but what I really like was the why the new sommero utilized the history of the old art deco bathhouse

Too many people at breakfast which in turn led to the quality being somewhat questionable

- The location is great, one can reach the city center by foot in circa 10min. There are good bus and tram connections right outside the Hotel, a train station is also within short walking distance. - The building is impressive, the interior is well decorated with attention to detail. - The room was clean and the bed, bed sheets and towels were very comfortable. - Good breakfast with quality products + one item that one can order from a menu and have it prepared right away. - Free water and sparkling water. - Everything seemed well organised, the hotel employees were always friendly and attentive.

1) The fact that the sauna and swimming pool are intensely shared with non-guests. At least when we were there the sauna/swimming pool needed to be booked with at least 1,5 day in advance and this kills the spontaneity. Nothing that a bit of planning can’t solve. 2) The room had only one small trash bin in the bathroom, we missed one in the bedroom part as well.

Beautifully presented and classy hotel with great bars and restaurants, a very well provisioned gym, and very helpful staff.

Nothing not to like.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great variety and high quality ingredients. Oslo sights, museums, restaurants etc are spread out across the city so location was very good to access most of these within a short walk or bus trip. Also close to train station for access to airport (given Oslo expensive taxi rates).

Would be good to have one of the pools accessible without extra charge or booking.

Breakfast was outstanding. Menu items and buffet. Fresh and delicious food. Excellent service and coffee. Location excellent. Near boutiques and restaurants. Walk to center of town.

Wish we had known more about the swimming pool availability.

The breakfast is hosted in the stunning main hall, so it feels like an event breakfast. It was wonderful dining alone in a large winged armchair. The buffet is extraordinary, a vision of opulence. While there was no vegan option on the cooked menu, my requests were catered for and it was a welcome adaptation and delicious. The bedroom was superb with an extremely comfortable bed. Spa facilities from rooftop pool and sauna to the beautifully renovated deco swimming pool were really clean and atmospheric - especially the infra red and cold plunge pool with their gorgeous little changing room booths. Staff were a delight and couldn't be more friendly or helpful. It's a real treat to stay here and I would definitely come to Oslo again to enjoy more nights here.

I would have hoped for water in bottles in the room and more explicit directions to the filling station which I couldn't locate. Room service accommodated.

My room was without a sofa and TV which made it kind of difficult to spend time there during the day.
