Simple automatic check in. Very convenient location

Very good location, close to train station and touristic locations but also nice neighbourhood to walk around. Easy check in and check out.

Very close to the train station and the city center. Fast and easy check in and out. Room was small and rudimentary, but that's what you pay for.

The shower could have used a little maintenance and the sink was very small. My room had a window into some inner shaft, so I didn't get a lot of light, but it was fine for my kind of stay.

The shower didn’t work in my room which was a bit inconvenient. It was 3am and I had a flight early next day so I didn’t raise it with staff as I had to get some sleep. It’s also very expensive to book last minute if needed

Fabulous location, in the heart of the city and with a tram stop right outside. Spacious rooms and bathroom.

No complaints, we had a great stay! Would have loved housekeeping as well, but was easily managed.

It’s a well-located and self-efficient hotel. Check-in and check-out literally took seconds. Very clean and affordable when compared to other options. We liked the environmental-friendly initiative of cleaning services every 3 days to keep costs down. Overall a good option.

There’s no TV in rooms and no breakfast included options for example, but you know that info upfront before booking. The only interaction we had with someone from the host office was a bit disappointing.

The location is great. We could visit the city by foot. Close to central station.

Great location, next to the central station and in the middle of Oslo City Centre. Self check-in was efficient and fast, additional information about the activities and services as clearly mentioned. The rooms were clean.

The hotel is located next to the metro stop, the metro goes until 0100am and starts again at 0500. This is great for accessibility but not so great for a quiet night of sleep. Lots of noise and you can feel the vibrations of the metro as well.

We loved the mega central location and the ease of checking in and checking out.

The elevator was super busy. Also, the bunk bed was rather shaky so the top bunk did not seem safe to sleep in.

I liked this hotel allot there was no major minuses. The bed was good, it was clean, check in and out were easy, the staff was very friendly and nice. I will definitely stay there again with out any doubts.

The team was right outside my room, and it was LOUD. Other rooms facing the other way does not have that problem.

The man on the front desk, I didn't catch his name but he was working at 9am on 23/04, was very helpful in telling me how to use public transport to get where i needed to be

It's a pity that the human connection is disappearing. I understand automatic check in and check out is cheaper, quicker and easier but having someone welcoming and smiling at you still appreciated.

I had a good stay, however on arrival the check-in machines weren’t working due to issues with the Internet across the neighbourhood. However, the staff then weren’t very helpful to open doors and were not very personable when checking in.

We stayed here for 3 nights, fairly priced for what it is. Beds are very comfy and the location is very convenient.

The room was considerably small and we didn’t speak to (or even see) any staff member thought out the whole of our stay there as they are currently all on strike! This meant are room wasn’t very clean and there wasn’t very much hospitality (we had to figure out how to collect extra towels/toilet paper on our own etc)

- close to Oslo Central station (5-8 min walk) - nearby convenience store (Joker) (1-2 mins) - clean room and quality bed, pillows, and sheets - quiet area street. even if our room is with street view, outside noise wasn’t much heard - huge communal space to sit, dine, play pingpong, foosball, etc. - amazing almost-all-filipino staff! - easy self check-in and check-out

- very small double room :( literally we had to take turns sometimes when moving around the room lol - quite expensive rate per night without even offering simple breakfast like crackers, coffee, etc. - sometimes the communal areas were left dirty with crumbs on the tables, chairs, & floor

Great location, walkable to most of central Oslo. Close to lots of transport links - tram stop outside the door. Cafes, bars, shops, restaurants very nearby. Generally clean and good facilities. Not as small as some places would be for the price.

The bed was very comfortable, and the rooms were clean. It’s a great option for a couple of nights in the city if you plan to spend most of your day out exploring and just need a simple, comfortable place to sleep. There are also a few restaurants in the city that offer discounts for guests staying at the hotel, which I made good use of during my time in Oslo.

There was no television in the room, very few staff available, and the door to the storage room was often left open, which made me feel a little uncomfortable. There was also no housekeeping service and only limited toiletries provided. I understand that these measures are likely intended to keep costs down for guests, but at 1,131 NOK per night, I feel the hotel could offer a few more amenities in the room.

I really liked my stay. I would definitely would come back. I didn't hear any sound from other rooms. The size of the room is ok for one person.

Norway is an expensive country so don't expect cheaper options. The bed was very soft so it was unconfortable for me.

Nearby Oslo S and city center. Overall good value for money .

Not the most modern hotel inside. The restaurants opening and closing time is too limited.

The lobby is friendly. The room has what you need for short stays. The location is very practical, close to the main railway station. You do not see many staff but when you see them they do their job.

The window of the room at the fourth floor is the smallest I have ever seen: about 30 x 60 cm; quite hard to even call it window. The hotel has no breakfast room and you do not have many options if you need to have an early breakfast.

- **** Strong smoke smell in bathroom , it might come from next to room as shared ventilation. - No view and small window look into inner courtyard. - Tiny room with not enough space to open our 2 luggags . - Out of order lift , it still on 4th floor for long long time then we use stair instead .
