Near the fjord where I can swim

The hotel is very close to the city centre and the train station. It is just a short walk to the station and the shops. The room was clean and importantly it seemed to have air conditioning so the room was cool even though the temperature outside was high. This obviously helps in getting a good nights sleep. The hotel offers clothes washing and food preparations areas for guests, although I did not use these they are very useful options. There is also a restaurant on the ground floor which offers breakfast and meals during the day.

There was some general street noise evident in my room, but it was not that loud and I still got off to sleep. Previously when I stayed I was issued with room 613, which was unbelievably small as the roof trusses angled across the room so the end of the room was only 600mm (2') high. I later learned if you are not happy with your room just go back to reception and ask for it to be changed.

Great location, especially if you're getting the train! Washer and dryer available, fridges, etc.

The temperature of the rooms was so hot and you aren't able to change it. I asked for a fan the first two days and was greeted with the same rude staff member, who told me that one was not available, without even checking On the third day I asked a different staff member and she was so nice and went to check for a fan and found me one and that really changed my ability to sleep. Also the shower is so small so showering is so hard, might as well have used the tap

The room was a little dated, but it was clean, comfortable, and functional. What we really appreciated were the hotel’s shared amenities, which my family and I thoroughly enjoyed during our stay. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away.

The room was a bit small for three people, and only two towels were provided despite the room being booked for 3 guests.

Breakfast, fika, and dinner were not included. While this wasn’t necessarily a problem, it stood out after staying at other hotels during the trip that offered at least some of these.

Perfect location in city center, walking distance to almost all city highlights, staff very helpful, easy check in and check out, luggage room available. Discount for hotel guests at 2 restaurants in the building is a nice jester. Room very tiny, place to hang wet raincoats and other clothes would be handy.

location is excellent, nice areas to sit, relax, socialise, take video calls

Room was basic but it was all we needed for an overnight stop in Oslo before we returned home. Bed was very comfy. The only slight downside was the noise of the trams rumbling past but that can't be helped. Location is good, just a few minutes walk from the central station.

Excellent location, and liked the self-check in service.

Room and bath were clean. Everything worked. Very quiet despite being on the trolley line. Reading lights were nice.

Good sized room after my last stay when my room was tiny. Good facilities if you wanted to sell cater or do some laundry. The option of breakfast.

One member of staff made some silly comments after I returned to reception and said the mechanical lock on my door did not work. However the other member of staff was a lot more helpful and changed my room.

I was in room 652, and was kept awake on both nights by the people above me thumping around on their heels. and opening and shutting drawers. This then happened again in the early morning, and woke me up. I assume that I was directly under the linen storage or something.

Basic place to stay in the centre of Oslo. Fantastic location and good amenities. I liked the communal spaces.

The self-service kitchen was small with limited appliances. It would be helpful to have a bit more here for guests to make actual meals.

Great location in city center. Lots of cafes nearby for breakfast in the morning. Easy access to the train station (only a few minutes walk) and also to bus routes and street cars.

- The location! Very close to the train station, the tram stop is literally in front of the hotel, only some metres away from shops. Definitely worth the price.
- The bed is clean (which is a very important aspect for me).

Great location, very basic, ok for 1 cheap night, wouldn’t want to do any longer. Bed was fairly comfortable.

My room’s window was super small.

Ease of booking in. Good communication. Basic but totally adequate for a nights stay. If staying longer we could have used the many common facilities. Good position. Quiet. Comfortable bed and good shower.

They forgot a bath mat but otherwise all good
