It is incredibly close to opera house and train station. Easy check in and check out thanks to machines with extra card keys. Free and spacious luggage room for early arrival and late departure. Spacious room and bathroom. Heated bath. Kitchen with a lot of utensils. Large lobby. Rental umbrellas.

Lack of human help because i rent an umbrella and it had broken part so when I asked to stuff for help to get new one they didnt do anything. So I had to use that umbrella for two days. Shower is open in the bathroom so water splashes everywhere. Not enough hangers in the bathroom. No place for clothes in the room. Very expensive.

The rooms were a little small, but it didn’t matter as we were out and about all the time

Location is super central. Minutes walk from central station. Quick electronic check-in. Help from staff was friendly. Safe storage lockers are easy to use and at no charge. Overall a good experience.

Some parts of the room were a bit dusty. The offering of foods in the vending machine in the lobby could be better. But no real complaints.

5 minutes from train station. Room was clean and spacious with an XL bed with discounts at the 2 connected restaurants. Facilities includes a common TV room (no TV's in the rooms), common kitchen and laundry, umbrellas and power bars for rent.

The room was minimally equiped. A very small desk and a few hangers on a wall bracket were the only place to put clothes. You need to live out of your suitcase placed on the floor.

One staff member, Runne, helped us so much and we are very appreciative The set up is no frills but comfy and efficient, a bit reminiscent of a college dorm. We had no complaints. Great location near Train stn and Opera. Easy check in ( machine) Good value in Oslo

The location is excellent and within walking distance of Oslo Central Station, major attractions, restaurants and public transport. The hotel was comfortable, clean and offered great value for money. I also appreciated how quickly the staff responded when I reported an issue with my room.

The first room I was assigned was quite noisy due to street noise, which made it difficult to sleep. The hotel changed my room promptly after I reported the issue, which I appreciated, although the replacement room was noticeably smaller. Additionally, there was a power outage on the morning of my departure, which resulted in the Wi-Fi being unavailable for approximately 30 minutes.

Could hear lots of street noise especially when the bars closed at 3 am.

It’s in a great location for the trains and buses. There are decent gathering spaces and a restaurant.

I’m wondering why we had a kettle in our room. No mugs, no tea or coffee like most hotel rooms these days. The sink area was super tiny without anywhere to put anything.

Very well located, right next to the train station. Very easy to get around the city. Although the hotel was busy, it was quite quiet. The beds were very comfortable. The room we stayed in on the first night, a small double room, was quite small, but adequate for one or two nights. On the second night, we stayed in a room with two single beds, which was large and perfect for us.

It would be nice if there was a small wardrobe or a bench to put the suitcases on, so we wouldn't have to put dirty airport bags directly on the beds.

A great stay! The location is unparalleled, right in the heart of the city center. The facilities were great and the rooms were very clean, although a little small. The facilities included many stations for work, along with a shared kitchen with several fridges and a coffee machine that you can purchase coffee from for between 2-3 euros. The Wi-Fi is great. Highly recommend for solo travelers or couples!

Very close to Oslo S train station. Small but clean. Breakfast at a restaurant next door. We could do early check-in for an extra charge which was greatly appreciated as we were exhausted from our journey.

Although there were staff in a room once you got inside the facility, check-in was by a machine in an outer lobby. We couldn’t get a 2nd key printed which created problems and staff were too busy helping many people. (There was a strike going on.) No products such as shampoo. Room was noisy due to many trams rumbling by.

The room and bed were very comfortable. There was a kitchen to share in zone C which we didn’t know about to start with. Very useful for making breakfast and hot drinks.

Machines to check in and out. Impersonable, I would say. There are staff in an office if you need them. They told us about zone C when we asked for a kettle in our room. But tricky to check in, no help / advice with parking our motor bikes, and no goodbye 👋 - just plop the keys in a box

Ideal hotel for short stay near the Oslo Central train station. Most of the sites are walking distance like Opera house, boat ride etc.. Hotel is mainly self service from check in to check out. You have to pay a little for early check in if you want to, we took this offer... Downstairs you have communal area where you can buy coffee and other snacks from wending machines. Kettle for hot water is also available, fridge and microwave oven is also there. Great hotel in great locaiton

Great location for city sightseeing. Room clean. Breakfast in cafe next door nice. Enjoyed table tennis!

No air con so had window open at night which meant traffic noise occasionally.

There was a strike in the whole hotelier sector, thus all services were half-done. However, we do support strikes, and hopefully they will get their askings of government achieved!

For the price it was more than expected. Great amenities, very comfortable, including working washer and dryers. Ping pong table was great for the kids. Very centrally located, especially the close walk to the central train station. Check in and check out was simple and the fact we could store our bags before check in was wonderful.

Very easy to navigate and had everything you needed

Room was on the corner with lovely big windows that opened for fresh air. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was small but clean

Street noise on the weekdays was noticible. The discount code that the hotel gave for the fjord tour wasn't valid either

Very good location, and overall good value for price. It is especially good that after check out there is an option to store the luggage for free.

It is visible that some renovation would be needed, e.g. in the bathroom the tap was leaking and the furniture is a bit worn out.

Nice and comfortable for a couple of nights. Let us store luggage for a few days while we travelled north to Bodø. Good area to have meals downstairs and we were able to do our laundry.

Not much room to move around the end of the bed as it was close to the window.

We really enjoyed our stay. One of the best things was how quiet the hotel was, which allowed us to rest and sleep very well. The location was also perfect and very convenient for exploring the area.

The room was quite small and showed signs of wear and tear, which made it feel a bit dated. Overall, though, we had a pleasant stay.

Room is small – but for Oslo city centre, the price is very fair. Super close to the train station and just off the main street. All main sights are walkable. Self check-in/out is smooth and perfect for late-night arrivals (we arrived around midnight). The staff were really friendly – they even called us directly to remind us about our late check-in, which was very thoughtful. The room has basic setup, but anything extra you need can be found in the shared kitchen/living room. No restaurant in the hotel, but lots of great restaurants right next door. Would recommend for budget-conscious travellers who want to be in the centre.

All facilities are in the common room, such as TV, refrigerator, oven. Bunk bed and mattress is on the soft side.

There was no one to help people who don' know how to check in on a machine. There was not even a plastic cup to drink your pills with. No garbage basket.
