Nothing - it was all great

Stayed at this hotel several times, always very interesting room designs, great breakfast, quiet and spacious. Location is perfect for me as I am working at Ullevål, hospital, so it is walking distance.

Absolutely loved the main lobby area: felt like sitting at home by the fire having a drink . Rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Service was fantastic

The showers were really difficult to fit in and to keep from flooding the floor

Quiet room. Breakfast excellent. Staff in reception, breakfast room and cleaning staff all friendly. Location was perfect for us. Loved the 2 comfy chairs with mini table.

That they had parking and free on first in basis. Very central to the city Centre, walkable and tram just a street away from the hotel, with restaurants bars etc.

We had nothing to complain about.

We had a lovely stay at Saga Hotel. It is located in a very good position, so you can walk to the centre, or get public transport easily. It's clean and comfortable, and offers an excellent breakfast. All staff members are kind and helpful. We would choose this hotel again if we were to come back to Oslo.

My friends and I all found the beds and pillows to be a bit too soft and not very comfortable. The room also gets quite warm, even with the radiator turned off!

The reception staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The hotel was very pleasant and well-appointed overall.

There was minimal storage space in my room, and the TV choices were limited. However, the room was very nice otherwise.

Great all round place. Staff were very friendly and helpful and sorted out a problem for us with no fuss. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent.

I have stayed at Saga Hotel Oslo before and had yet another great experience. The room was sufficient in size for one person, quiet, clean and comfortable in every sense. Overall, the ambience of the hotel is very somber and relaxing. The breakfast buffet is excellent (including good coffee of your choice). The hotel is located in a very quiet area, which is generally a plus although you have to walk a bit to reach the closest restaurants and the very centre of Oslo.

The room wasn’t quite what we’d call a superior room. There wasn’t much storage & being top floor the sloped roof isn’t ideal.

It was winter so already very dark in Oslo the hotel room and the breakfast room felt a bit too dark.

The hotel in itself gives the feeling of “home”.. the lobby was just like a salon, the room was clean and has a space .. the restaurant for the breakfast was like a tavern.. very cozy

I would recommend to add more stuff in the room: sleepers, tooth brush etc..

The hotel is not huge and it keeps its quality high. The breakfast was really good, with plenty options. The room was clean and cozy with espresso machine. Also, there was an elevator which is super handy and a nice lobby area.

Bed was so comfy. Location great & close to everything. Quiet & peaceful at night. Good to have a fan for night. Windows opened for fresh air during the day when in room. The breakfast was really good. Great selections. All staff friendly & helpful.

I thought for the price there would be tissues, slippers (maybe a robe). I booked with breakfast & dinner included. The dinner service wasn't available. No airconditioning; woul be too hot for me in warmer months.

We were very well taken care of by a friendly and customer-focused staff who helped us with walking and transportation questions and proposed sightseeing options. The hotel’s location was great for strolling down to downtown sights. Being allowed to park free of charge under roof at Saga Apartments was an added bonus that was very appreciated. All in all, a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was awesome, too!

Our shower soap dispenser was almost empty but was quickly refilled when we asked. No big deal — good housekeeping service!

Great place just off the main roads to allow easy access to all the public transport and restaurants. Breakfast was wonderful with an array to meet anyone's tastebuds. Smoothies were really good.

Room door didn’t lock from outside unless you swiped key against it after closing. Room looked out on garbage cans and back alley.

Wonderful room. Liked that multiple adults could share the same room when you are traveling with friends. Wonderful feel to the hotel. I liked the location on a slightly different part of the city. We arrived via train to Oslo, then took the metro and a tram to arrive within just a 100 meters or so of the hotel. Staff very nice upon check in. I would stay there again.

The staff was very friendly, always trying to help. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with lots of options even for vegans or persons with allergies.

The room was very comfortable (loved the fluffy comforter especially) and overall the hotel felt very welcoming. The breakfast varied a little every day but was consistently delicious and fresh.

The breakfast room is in the basement so it felt quite warm and not well ventilated at busy times. The walk to the location is a bit of a trek but the area is beautiful so in the end I didn't mind it at all.

Me and my wife stayed for one night. The stuff super friendly and helpful. In the morning we had a very nice breakfast. Definitely will return to this hotel
