Cosy, great staff and good walking distance to the city center. loved the room design and the sauna!

Room was delicate and big. Very friendly and helpful staff. Interior is beautiful, inspired by the east, food and snacks organic.

The elevator door in the reception floor doesn’t work, someone needs to manually close it from the outside, which is very inconvenient. The room was cold and you could hear the noise in the room next door

The first impression looks a bit poor. Entrance hall/reception needs some upgrade but then the rooms surprise.

Clean, neat and tidy. I love all the homey touches and great quality free toiletries available. Close to public transport and everything was an easy walk, tram or bus away.

The shower was a bit temperamental with changing from hot/ cold for no ready and not great water pressure! They only gave a single key card for 2 people which you had to put in the wall to power the room! I thought the breakfast was a bit overpriced for what it was.

Excellent locating, caring, attentive staff, extremely comfortable bed and bedding, delicious, diverse breakfast, even umbrellas available should they be needed.

The rooms were beautiful and the location very convenient

Breakfast was very expensive and did not even include a good coffee. We are usually not very hungry in the morning and mainly went for breakfast because we wanted a good coffee. But then we were told that this costs extra to the already high prize which was very disappointing.

The vibe of the whole place was really nice. Friendly helpful staff and the location was really close to the centre of town.

The only thing the property was lacking was aircon. However I understand that it's not normally as warm in Oslo as when we visited.

The room is small but cosy, really nice beds and nice amenities in the bathroom!
Love the location, on a silent street, close to Solli plass, Nationalteatret, Tjuvholmen and busses.

The noise from the kitchen in the morning, I could not even hear the relaxing music in the dining room since the staff had the radio on high volume and slamming the plates and dishes.
The room is perfect for one person, would be to tight for two.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was one of the best I've seen.

There was no free coffee! The only place in Norway and Iceland that didn’t offer coffee as an amenity.

Size of the room and bathroom.

It was located in a nice area and it was an eco friendly hotel. Some of the staff were very friendly. Our room got beautiful sunlight and it was silent. We were offered environmental friendly body oil, creams, toothbrush etc. There is a lovely cafe right next to the hotel where you can get amazing breakfast and coffee (would cost cheaper then the hotel and just so tasty)

We stayed in a double superior room and the sink was so tiny, there were no hand or floor towels (apparently they don’t have them) so it easily gets wet everywhere. The water pressure is not good and when you shower it easily gets too cold or hot. There is no ac or minibar (we should have checked it). We generally wanted to sleep until noon and everyday was woken up by the room service personnel just going into the room right away without waiting so it was a little uncomfortable for the privacy (and we never hang the card asking for room service).

The hotel is located just a short walk from public transportation but this means it is in a quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Staff was helpful and made a room change when we did like our first room located too near the elevator. The morning breakfast is excellent.

Check in was quick, we were impressed that you can serve yourself drinks on the ground floor and sit and work there at the desk. The room was as pictured, everything was as described. All the necessary supplies were there too. The bed was decently comfortable, we also found a radio and listened to the local wave for atmosphere. Definitely recommend this place.
