Good breakfast, though a bit expensive

The bed was too wobbly and soft

Everything was clean and eco-friendly. Workers in the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

To turn on the heater was tricky to figure out. Never encounter that type of the heater before. It should be some guidance how to use it.

The check-in clerk was very friendly and gave us easy directions to find dinner upon arrival. Though we had the do not disturb sign up, the cleaning crew left us fresh towels outside of our door. The floor of the bathroom was heated, which really made a chilly weekend so much better.

The room felt a little small but seeing as Oslo is a very expensive city, this was to be expected.

The bedroom was amazing and the bed very comfortable.

The bathroom was very small - the toilet being too close to the sink for comfort and the water pressure in the sink was poor. But! The shower was excellent - spacious with good water pressure.

Great staff members who are supportive and answer all your questions, good location. We did not have any trouble locating the place and were happy with the stay there. It was well equipped and was good for a short stay.

Rooms were a bit small, not too much space to move. A stay longer than 2-3 days will be difficult.

Good range of food laid out. Quirky non standard decor . Very good location close to docks and restaurant . Staff helpful and 24 hour service .

Coffee even paid for coffe could have been stronger fresh ground.Location excellent decor quirky different not standard and interesting . Would like tea coffee facilities in room would be appreciated . Coffee pod system in foyer would have given better quality coffee .

No tea or coffee available in room or every floor it was only available on first floor which was inconvenient

Really nice decor in the room, super products like shampoo etc.

The bed was nice to look at but not so comfortable, it was not so near restaurants and bars etc.

Great location, comfy room and bed. Liked the design and the reception area as well.

Near the city center, they give you coffee and tea for free at the dining room.

A bit costly but normal for Norwegian standards I suppose. Breakfast only with extra EUR24.

Reception was kind and friendly, rooms were clean and pretty. Housekeeping refreshed our room daily (haven't experienced that anywhere since pre-covid)! Having a spa on-site and wine available for purchase was nice after a long day. The streets were loud with residential parties on weekend nights but with the window closed, our room was quiet.

Quarters are quite small in a standard room. You will be stepping over your luggage to move around and no space in the bathroom to get ready. It's a bit of a treck to sights and shopping so we used busses often. In hindsight, we would have stayed more centrally to avoid the hassle and extra cost of busses. Breakfast seemed standard to what we had the rest of the trip and we skipped it after the first morning. Despite these things, this stay exceeded our expectations and we liked the hotel very much.

Easy to find, in a nice area, the sea and city centre is a pleasant walk distance. Supermarkets, shops also nearby. Particularly liked the bed and the atmosphere of the room. Very practical to provide a free water bottle to guests to encourage drinking tap water.

The bathroom got a bit stuffy from time to time, maybe the ventillation could be improved there a bit.

Water temperature was very difficult, either it was scolding hot or it was cold.

Staff very helpful and loved the sustainable aspect of the hotel. Excellent breakfast well worth paying for with very high quality and tasty ingredients and a wide range. Very relaxed vibe too and rooms are very well-equipped.

My room was opposite a block of flats across the road where they could see me. Also there are some sea shells hanging from the bed which are noisy and a bit annoying. Otherwise there are no faults.

We loved the room we stayed in. The furnishings were lovely and it was very comfortable. Staff was great and we appreciated the location far from the downtown.

Our room was great. The staff made sure we had an extra bed for our 12 year old and we still had plent of room. Clean towels every day. Quiet in a location close to lots of things to do. 5 minute walk from the Airport Train stop (Nationaltheatret). Free, good coffee 24/7. Awesome breakfast too.

Difficult to find from Oslo Central Station. 350NOk for a taxi from Oslo Central Station to Hotel.
