The cosyness of the hotel-you feel " at home " very fast. The friendlyness of the staff

Everything was very fine-just a minor issue was the shower.It was rather difficult to adjust the temperature.

The rooms were beautiful and the location very convenient

Breakfast was very expensive and did not even include a good coffee. We are usually not very hungry in the morning and mainly went for breakfast because we wanted a good coffee. But then we were told that this costs extra to the already high prize which was very disappointing.

Arrived close to midnight and were warmly welcomed at the reception where all our questions were answered and helpful information was provided. We support their eco-friendly efforts.

Rooms are small. Good enough for a 1 night stay. Somethings can be upgraded - carpeting in elevator for example.

The room is small but cosy, really nice beds and nice amenities in the bathroom! Love the location, on a silent street, close to Solli plass, Nationalteatret, Tjuvholmen and busses. Good breakfast!

The noise from the kitchen in the morning, I could not even hear the relaxing music in the dining room since the staff had the radio on high volume and slamming the plates and dishes. The room is perfect for one person, would be to tight for two.

There was no free coffee! The only place in Norway and Iceland that didn’t offer coffee as an amenity.

Very nice breakfast. Excellent location to visit couple of days for Oslo sightseeing.

Size of the room and bathroom.

It was located in a nice area and it was an eco friendly hotel. Some of the staff were very friendly. Our room got beautiful sunlight and it was silent. We were offered environmental friendly body oil, creams, toothbrush etc. There is a lovely cafe right next to the hotel where you can get amazing breakfast and coffee (would cost cheaper then the hotel and just so tasty)

We stayed in a double superior room and the sink was so tiny, there were no hand or floor towels (apparently they don’t have them) so it easily gets wet everywhere. The water pressure is not good and when you shower it easily gets too cold or hot. There is no ac or minibar (we should have checked it). We generally wanted to sleep until noon and everyday was woken up by the room service personnel just going into the room right away without waiting so it was a little uncomfortable for the privacy (and we never hang the card asking for room service).

The hotel is located just a short walk from public transportation but this means it is in a quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Staff was helpful and made a room change when we did like our first room located too near the elevator. The morning breakfast is excellent.

Ive been here often. It has a nice boutique atmosphere, location is good, rooms are not huge, but everything is there, comfortable, and clean.

The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was quite small but equipped with all you needed. I did not face any problems during check-in as the receptionist was very kind and welcoming.

The bed was not comfortable as it was uneven. I literally woke up with back pains, and this was only night . If one would be staying for a longer period, then this bed wouldn't be ideal .

The hotel is located at a very central place in Oslo, close to a major train station and not far from the major attractions down town. The rooms are not large, but the beds were nice (firmer matrasses). Our kids slept in an adjacent / connected room with their own bathroom and toilet. A big plus is that they had their own (double) bed, and that they did not have to sleep on a sofabed.

We didnt use the breakfast buffet, but it sounded rather pricey. This is common and not specific to the hotel itself. With shops like 'Backstube' around the corner, there are cheaper alternatives available.

Everything here is awesome. Their breakfasts can feel a bit limited, but that is due to their commitment to staying organic which I respect. Otherwise I love this chain of hotels

The only gripe i have with this hotel chain (I've stayed in two locations) is that they don't have a fridge in the rooms. Apart from that, everything is perfect

I liked the breakfast but I would have loved some local cuisine, typical Norwegian breakfast.

I would have liked a kettle/drink making facility in the room.

The spa was lovely but should have been included in the stay. Also, the music could have been more telaxing

Faulty door so a few trips having nip back to reception to get in. Room not cleaned during our stay. Towels not changed daily. No room fridge. No heated towel rail to dry wet towels. No tea or coffee making facilities in the from. Charges for tea and coffee downstairs

The room was very small and had little room to move especially with our two pieces of luggage. The bathroom was also quite small for 2 guests.

Good location, close to city centre, good public transport around. Comfortable rooms, well equipped. Family room with two separate room and two badrooms, Good breakfast, with some oriental flavour. Very supporting staff. Nice arts on walls :)

Family apartment has 2x double bed, while 1x doube and 2x single would be more practical. Rooms a bit small and bed baldachim construction limits the space even more (but provide interesting climate...). Noticeable noise from the street during rush morning hours.

Family room was excellent as we were a mother and adult son travelling and was great to have our own spacious room and bathroom .

Charge for using sauna and the music was not very relaxing as was the loud music from hotel piped into spa

It’s a hidden gem. It’s got this great eco-friendly, bohemian vibe that makes it feel warm and welcoming. The rooms are cozy with lots of thoughtful touches. The staff are very friendly. Plus, the location is perfect—easy access to explore Oslo’s highlights. It’s the perfect mix of style, comfort.

The rooms were a bit small but it didnt hinder our comfort, just keep in mind your luggage.

The hotel was very unique.. its a combination of modernity and tradition flavored with warm arabic Norwegian emotions.. I spent one night and I whisked if my stay was longer in this hotel.

I guess just the location and there could’ve been hand towels in the bathroom not too big towels to shower with also the water goes over the floor so it would be nice to have a bath Mat

The location was perfect - really easy to get to from the airport (just get off the train at the national theatre stop and walk 5 minutes) and only a short walk to a lot of the attractions. A lovely bakery on the corner of the street which we visited every day for coffee and pastries. Comfy bed. Nice products in the bathroom.
