It was very cold in the rooms and restaurant.

The decor was lovely, friendly staff, rooms comfy. Breakfast had some very good choices of food

Little touches were missing, like bathroom robes, facilities to make a drink of tea, the make up of the room was just ok

Only being picky by saying the bedroom was a bit small but OK for 3 nights

Ideal location and fabulous food

The quality of the towels was poor for this high end hotel, there was no where to store clothing and had to live out of our suitcases, and finally the cigarette smoke outside drifted into the lobby so hotel should request guests to move 20 meters away

Beautiful hotel, amazing selection of food for breakfast, rooms are lovely with such a comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom spotless, fantastic shower and all ritual toiletries to use. Staff friendly and so helpful.great location just across from main train station and tram stop outside.

Loved my stay here. The staff were friendly, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Great value for money and an easy check-in/check-out experience. Highly recommend!

Only a small things - the pillows were a bit too soft for my preference. Otherwise, everything else was great.

breakfast was nice, pool and sauna were great.

The bed advertised as a double room smaller- queen sized if so. The bed was pushed against the window and I think this needs to be advertised when booking. Myself and my partner were on top of each other and it would cost us an additional 150 euro to get a standard double bedroom.

Not enough storage in the room, wardrobe was so small, house keeping was poor.

Luxurious hotel- nicely decorated. Great location right outside the station. Wonderful breakfast- best we’ve ever had.

Noise throughout the night until 2pm. Do not stay in room 472 if there is a function on. The music could be heard as though it was in the room and the base rattled the cups and vibrated continually throughout the night - really hard to sleep through it.

Great location, very convenient to the train station. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of high quality food. Hotel staff were friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

The bed was so comfortable, as were the pillows and duvet. I can't decide if the motion sensor lights were a plus or minus. It looks nice and the building has nice finishes. Breakfast was very plentiful as they had the early set up for those who had to leave before full breakfast was served. The full breakfast was amazing.

Location and breakfast was awesome. It's just next to Central Station, a metro line and some tram lines. Very rich breakfast buffet. Also staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us check-in early, since our room was ready, and after the check out they stored our luggage for a couple of hours too.

Room could be a bit larger, and there is no wardrobe or smth to put our clothes

Spa area was exactly what we needed after 24 hours of flight/airports. Location was perfect. Wish we were there longer, but joined a tour group the next day.

Room seemed a little dark. Not a problem though.

The breakfast spread on Saturday morning was nothing short of amazing - great variety of options! We also really loved that the toileteries are from Rituals. Perfectly located near Oslo Central Station and conveniently near public transport (T-bane and tram). Philip at the front desk is a total gem and such a darling 💎

Great location in the heart of the city. Staff was super friendly. Room was nice and clean.

The beds were way too soft for me.

The breakfast spread was excellent. We booked a Superior Double room, and the size of the room is great. Excellent location if you need to be near the Oslo Central Station.

The central location was amazing. Just a quick walk from the central station. The staff was very friendly and professional, giving us recommendations and tips. We could not have been happier. It was such a nice touch to start the holiday.

The booked room, although with an amazing view was a bit small. But that was really the only thing.

Breakfast is great, really amazing choice. However, there are lots of people, so maybe ask reception what are the quieter hours if you like things quiet.

The room was tiny with a double bed against the window wall so had to climb over it to reach that side or open and close curtains. No bedside table on that side either. The lighting was inadequate and so dim it was impossible to read or even see the instructions on anything. There were no tea bags only 2 coffee capsules. Very overpriced bar. The lift didn’t have buttons only an external keypad. Everyone we met was confused by it and ended up going the wrong floor. A triumph of form over function.

Loved the sauna and the breakfast! Both were amazing.

The shower did not get any hot water! It was only luke warm and would not get hot. I think there is a problem with the shower fixture because sink water was hot. Also I didn’t like that I couldn’t put on the heater. I am from California and not used to cold. I was a little cold at night and with no hot water from the shower it felt uncomfortable in the room.

The lights in the room didn't give enough light to do anything useful. There was no main light. Not useful. The sockets at side of the bed only allowed you to use if the light switch was on and no way I could find to Turn off the light behind the headboard. Not useful. No milk for the coffee, appreciate I'm from UK and this might be cultural. Appreciate large hotel and busy weekends at breakfast but coffee machines running out of coffee and waiting on plates and glasses not helpful when so busy. Not sure if a particularly busy weekend

Location. As international travellers it was close to the station for easy connection to the airport and nearby restaurants. They do provide a good secure luggage facility.

pull out sofa for our toddler was disappointing. It was incredibly uncomfortable and needed replacing. We expected better from such an expensive room.

The location was excellent and the breakfast was AMAZING

Room was really quiet and Comfortable. The breakfast spread was enormous and out of this world. The waiting staff were very attentive and friendly. Front of house staff very helpful and friendly. Value for money. Excellent location.
