Breakfast was amazing!! There was something for every taste. High quality and delicious.

We would have liked access to to Netflix as we could chromecast

I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the overall quality of the service. However, I’d like to suggest a few small improvements that could make the experience even better. In the bathroom, the shower glass doesn’t fully reach the floor, so adding a small step or barrier could help prevent water from flooding the area. Regarding breakfast, the sweet options were good, but I think it would be great to offer larger croissants and to serve items like spreads and yogurts in hygienic dispensers instead of open jars. I would also suggest rearranging the breakfast layout—placing the sweet section at the beginning, near the coffee station, and the savory options further back. This might help guests who are not used to savory breakfasts feel more comfortable. One last note: the room was a bit too cold. It would be helpful to have a climate control system with a remote, allowing guests to adjust the temperature themselves, especially if they prefer a warmer environment. Location is near to tramp, Royal palace, many restoran etc

Many stairs, a little difficult for bringing large luggage . Air conditioners control in my room is not friendly use.

Location is very close to central station. We had a superior double room which was large with a good sized bathroom. Rooms are well appointed. Comprehensive breakfast with barrister coffee. The restaurant/bar on 13th has nice views of the Oslo fjord. Great front desk staff particularly Frida.

Incredibly great breakfast with omelette station, etc., etc. Great lobby decor and loved all the elevator animations. Great workout area - lots of treadmills!!

The lighting in the room was so dim. It was hard to see what was in your suitcase.

Breakfast was very good. Staff were communicative and friendly.

The breakfast buffet was very good with a huge choice of food and they catered really well for gluten- sensitivity. Reception was very helpful when asked a question. They all spoke English fluently.

The room was a bit dark even with the blinds up. The hotel was enormous with hundreds of rooms so it was crowded all the time. The hotel was very expensive for what you got.

Breakfast is amazing; definitely the best breakfast of any hotel we have stayed in. Highly recommended. Great staff, great gym, great views and great proximity to the festival we attended.

Right across from Oslo Central train station, so very convenient. Amazing breakfast buffet wit many choices, including fresh fruit.

My room was tiny and I only discovered two books on te wall te day I left, so it was hard finding a place to hang my clothes. The breakfast room is massive and very busy at peak times, not suitable for those who ave trouble manoeuvring in crowds.

Location was the main thing, but the look and feel of the whole hotel was spot on, the breakfast options and variety was perfect too.

Room wasnt the biggest, and there is a glass wall between the toilet and bedroom so your partner watches you in the bathroom. other than that no issues.

It was a good hotel

No room service at 10pm, and also breakfast is cleared away dead on 9.30, so you have to get all the food, including hot, by then.

Breakfast was excellent. There were plenty of options to choose from, and plenty of seating even with a large convention going on at the same time. The location was very convenient, too. The staff was very friendly. They also held several bags for us after checkout while we explored the city.

The rooms were on the small side, especially for the price. However the beds were comfortable.

Hotel is very nice, clean and quite calm event though it is next to the train station. Great sauna space and the best gym I’ve seen in a hotel! Staff is very friendly, and it is by far the best breakfast I’ve experienced, you can find everything you like!

The location is excellent, particularly if arriving and/or departing by train. Plenty of sights and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were all pleasant and helpful, and the general feel of the hotel is clean and modern. The breakfast buffet is the best I've ever seen with massive choice and great quality. The mattress on the bed was comfortable and we had a great view of the opera house and beyond from our 9th floor room.

The only negative were the pillows. On each bed there was one that was too large and deep to sleep on, and another that was too flat.

Great location - very central. Close to tram stops but everything is within walking distance. Breakfast selection is amazing. Staff were vey helpful - our first room didn't have any aircon so they moved us to a bigger room. Pillows are very good.

The lighting in the bathrooms is awful - so unflattering. There are not enough hooks to hang things in the room or in the bathroom. I have stayed here before and the aircon didn't work properly in that room either so I think it is an issue in general.

The room was a bit too cold for my liking. The breakfast was okay but crowded and it was kind of hard to get some of the food types. Not the most streamligned buffet layout. Wish they had room service in the evening too, so you dont have to order foodora and go all the way down to the lobby to pick up the food

The hotel's location is excellent, and the entrance ambiance is very pleasant. The high level of technological functionality is also impressive. The breakfast offers a wide selection, and everything is great.

What I didn’t like was the cramped and small room, as well as the overly soft bed and two pillows — one of which was too big and too high, while the other was too small and too soft. Additionally, the worst aspect of the hotel is the 'spa' — one sauna was out of order, while the other was too small for the hotel’s capacity and located right next to the pool, so everyone inside was wearing swimsuits and often without towels. The pool itself is very small, and the so-called 'relaxation area' barely fits 10 people. The gym equipment is excellent, but to get to the gym, you have to walk past the pool area, where everything is wet, and you end up bringing that moisture into the gym with your sneakers. Overall, for a hotel of this level, the fitness and spa area left quite a poor impression.

The room was tiny for the price but it was convenient as our cruise was starting from there. Shower did not drain well and was not fixed despite notifying staff immediately.

Location is excellent and staff are very friendly. Breakfast was outstanding.

Bottled water in the room would have been a nice touch. There were a lot of glowing or blinking lights in the room at night.
