Very close to train and cruise ship terminals. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast.

Spacious room, great location and check out at 12.00.

Breakfast is great, really amazing choice. However, there are lots of people, so maybe ask reception what are the quieter hours if you like things quiet.

The room was tiny with a double bed against the window wall so had to climb over it to reach that side or open and close curtains. No bedside table on that side either. The lighting was inadequate and so dim it was impossible to read or even see the instructions on anything. There were no tea bags only 2 coffee capsules. Very overpriced bar. The lift didn’t have buttons only an external keypad. Everyone we met was confused by it and ended up going the wrong floor. A triumph of form over function.

Loved the sauna and the breakfast! Both were amazing.

The shower did not get any hot water! It was only luke warm and would not get hot. I think there is a problem with the shower fixture because sink water was hot. Also I didn’t like that I couldn’t put on the heater. I am from California and not used to cold. I was a little cold at night and with no hot water from the shower it felt uncomfortable in the room.

The lights in the room didn't give enough light to do anything useful. There was no main light. Not useful. The sockets at side of the bed only allowed you to use if the light switch was on and no way I could find to Turn off the light behind the headboard. Not useful. No milk for the coffee, appreciate I'm from UK and this might be cultural. Appreciate large hotel and busy weekends at breakfast but coffee machines running out of coffee and waiting on plates and glasses not helpful when so busy. Not sure if a particularly busy weekend

Location. As international travellers it was close to the station for easy connection to the airport and nearby restaurants. They do provide a good secure luggage facility.

pull out sofa for our toddler was disappointing. It was incredibly uncomfortable and needed replacing. We expected better from such an expensive room.

The location was excellent and the breakfast was AMAZING

Room was really quiet and Comfortable. The breakfast spread was enormous and out of this world. The waiting staff were very attentive and friendly. Front of house staff very helpful and friendly. Value for money. Excellent location.

Breakfast is AMAZING! The location is fabulous and the room was very comfortable.

We did have a small issue in that we had booked twin beds and they had allocated a double but this was remedied by the helpful staff. The staff indicated at time of check in that a twin room could not be guaranteed through booking.com but this was not the information available at the time of booking. Parking is v expensive and needs to taken into account with the overall costing of the room if you have a car.

There was one small hiccup where we were asked at check in if we wanted daily cleaning and we said yes but the room was not cleaned after the first night, however after letting the staff know they quickly rectified this and supplied fresh towels etc

The breakfast on weekdays is not as good as on weekends and the wellness/spa area needs a refresher (the steam room is in a bad condition and the sauna wasn’t on during the communicated opening hours in the morning)

The guy working as a ‘barista’ at breakfast bar - he should be fired. Insisted on us taking a ‘flat white’ that had been sitting on the counter for a while, refused to do a fresh one. Then refused to make us two americanos claiming ‘he had to stop the machine and clean it’ - and that’s at 9.30am on a Saturday, in the middle of breakfast. He was the stain in an otherwise superb and flawless stay.

My last stay. Three days before i was given new wing room which was very nice new building when i asked for this Stay for room on the new wing the staff was not helpful instead gave old room night room was hot no AC

Staff were really friendly and helpful, when I asked for a quieter room facing the interior courtyard, and to make sure the room didn't have an adjoining door, they were able to sort out both. The bed was a big double, with two soft and two firmer pillows, and a very comfortable mattress. The AC was quiet, but kept the room slightly cooler which I like. Very nice waterfall effect shower with good water pressure was refreshing each morning. There is a fridge and safe, a big TV, and coffee making facilities. I slept really well as the room was quiet, I didn't hear any other guests. The location is excellent, right across from the central train station, and a short walk into the nightlife of Oslo. There was complimentary wifi which was nice and fast too.

Nothing really, the "wet room" design of the bathroom means you end up with a lot of water on the floor after showering, but it wasn't a big problem for me :)

Great location. We were given a wonderful room with a fantastic view and we really appreciated this, thank you.

Breakfast was a bit crowded

Staff - friendly and helpful, Fiona recommended a few restaurants for us to try and they were all very goo 3. Breakfast - excellent buffet style breakfast, lots of selections, fresh and delicious

We stayed twice, once at the beginning of our holiday and once at the end. Although we had the same room type, they were quite different experiences. The first room was a little dated

Lovely room on the 13th floor with excellent views of Oslo, looking towards the Opera house. Great location for the station and public transport (quite literally on the doorstep). Our room was clean and spacious with a very comfy bed. The breakfast buffet had lots of options and staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend for a stay in Oslo.

Fabulous location..walking was easy..lots of shops, restaurants, tours..the bed was comfortable, the room was good size and the bathroom and shower were terrific..I'd highly recommend this place..also we left r luggage for several hours after we checked out and it was stored in a secure location

No shelving in the bath, had my own shower products, and would have liked to put them down on a shelf.

The location is in the center within walking distance to the most of the attractions. The central station was across the road with the great trains service to the airport and also public transport. The breakfast was amazing with the excellent variety of fresh high quality organic food. The spa area and 2gyms (cardio+machine) were extremely clean and free towels available at the changing rooms.

Location is excellent. Comfortable room.

We were on 11th floor and could hear the streetcar stopping below. However the view was nice. Lobby had lots of activity.
