Nice bufe style breakfast , friendly/ helpful staff ,bar menu is great superb surprisingly soft bed

Rooms a quiet small ,not much space for bags or clothes.The ventilation system blowing into your face the cold air ,frozen by the morning ,turning on and off in every few minutes,quiet noisy too.

The breakfast was exceptional, everything and more you could want or need. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and modern. The location of the hotel was very central and right across from the train station. Public transport was very accessible, right outside the hotel. I couldn't fault our stay and I would highly reccomend.

I like the staff because they gave good service. The amenities were alright as well as a nice view from the room.

The room just didn't live up to the expectation in terms of price. No bathrobes and no slippers in the rooms. No bathroom essentials and no tea in the room, just coffee capsules.

Heating not working in the room. Have been provided with radiator. Should not happen at a 4 star hotel. They should have transferred us to another room.

Breakfast was excellent and had a lot of options also for people with food intolerances. Position is great as it’s just a couple of minutes from the main station. The hotel’s restaurant, Norda, is also great and was one of the best meals of our vacation.

Our room was extremely cold. The staff was very nice and offered us a portable heater, but even with that we were still not okay. If the heater and the hairdryer were both plugged, electricity would go off and we would have to wait 15+ minutes before the staff would restart it. Not very pleasant if you just came out from the shower with your hair still wet.

It’s very strategic located and it’s really near the central station. Staff is really kind and helpful. Breakfast has huge ranges of selection.

The room is nice but not the cabinet. It’s first time I saw a very thin cabinet which it’s hardly hold more than 2 jackets. Even the bathroom has less place to hang the clothes.

The room was really depressing Dark brown everything, even the sheer curtains. The room looked onto another part of the building and you had to crane your neck to see anything of the city. The lighting was dreadful, I couldn’t see enough even to pack. It’s dark enough in Oslo in December! Felt like being buried in a basement even though we were on the tenth floor

Huge breakfast buffet but quite busy as we went in late. Good range of cooked food, yoghurt, fruit, croissants etc. very very good. Room fine but looked internally so heating vent or something a bit noisy. Bathroom excellent, bed extremely comfy. Bar really nice and roof bar looked cool

Ideal location and fabulous food

The quality of the towels was poor for this high end hotel, there was no where to store clothing and had to live out of our suitcases, and finally the cigarette smoke outside drifted into the lobby so hotel should request guests to move 20 meters away

Beautiful hotel, amazing selection of food for breakfast, rooms are lovely with such a comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom spotless, fantastic shower and all ritual toiletries to use. Staff friendly and so helpful.great location just across from main train station and tram stop outside.

The bed advertised as a double room smaller- queen sized if so. The bed was pushed against the window and I think this needs to be advertised when booking. Myself and my partner were on top of each other and it would cost us an additional 150 euro to get a standard double bedroom.

Luxurious hotel- nicely decorated. Great location right outside the station. Wonderful breakfast- best we’ve ever had.

Noise throughout the night until 2pm. Do not stay in room 472 if there is a function on. The music could be heard as though it was in the room and the base rattled the cups and vibrated continually throughout the night - really hard to sleep through it.

The bed was so comfortable, as were the pillows and duvet. I can't decide if the motion sensor lights were a plus or minus. It looks nice and the building has nice finishes. Breakfast was very plentiful as they had the early set up for those who had to leave before full breakfast was served. The full breakfast was amazing.

Location and breakfast was awesome. It's just next to Central Station, a metro line and some tram lines. Very rich breakfast buffet. Also staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us check-in early, since our room was ready, and after the check out they stored our luggage for a couple of hours too.

Room could be a bit larger, and there is no wardrobe or smth to put our clothes

Spa area was exactly what we needed after 24 hours of flight/airports. Location was perfect. Wish we were there longer, but joined a tour group the next day.

The breakfast spread on Saturday morning was nothing short of amazing - great variety of options! We also really loved that the toileteries are from Rituals. Perfectly located near Oslo Central Station and conveniently near public transport (T-bane and tram). Philip at the front desk is a total gem and such a darling 💎

The central location was amazing. Just a quick walk from the central station. The staff was very friendly and professional, giving us recommendations and tips. We could not have been happier. It was such a nice touch to start the holiday.

The booked room, although with an amazing view was a bit small. But that was really the only thing.
