Great location for exploring Oslo - central to everything and within walking distance to board the Hertigruten ferry to explore the fjords of Norway.

Nothing to dislike about the property - there was a hospitality staff dispute in Oslo which effected some nearby hotels with staff shortages but the Clarion traded as normal.

Handy for station, cool vibe design compact but well appointed rooms. Spa and pool lovely and quiet on our visit. Staff helpful. Great breakfast

The breakfast was just amazing one of the best I have had from any hotel. The reception / lobby décor was great, lift system highly secure and the rooftop bar and restaurant outstanding a must visit

Superb management dealt promptly with an issue. Breakfast probably the best I have ever had in a hotel. An absolute feast. Rooms facing the inner courtyard bigger and very quiet.

Conference facilities not ideal. Overheated! Rooms facing the street bit noisy due to trams.

Super central location, just across from Oslo S (the central train station), just a 20 min train ride from the airport. It is also near a lot of restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets, very ideal for a solo traveler like me. It's a very large hotel, lots of rooms on the floor, but yet, mine was very quiet and made for a perfect night of rest. Bed is comfy, lots of pillows you can sink into. Breakfast is sumptuous and luxurious even - they had avocados, which were so good to see after a week in cold, cold, Norway. Thanks to Philip at the check-in desk for a pleasant conversation at the start of the stay.

I was cold in the room but could not turn off the AC, apparently you can't!

A self service laundry would have been good. Smokers standing close to the front entrance was unpleasant.

Great location just a few steps from train, trans and buses in central Oslo so very easy to get around. Lots of places in walking distance to sightsee/eat and drink Nice rituals toiletries Great breakfast - just cold fried eggs were not that pleasant!!

Double beds had single duvet which was wierd. Pillow either super soft or a rock and nothing in between. No kettle in room just a coffee machine. Not everyone likes coffee . . . . Rooms incredibly sparse. No desk to do any work at and very dark which as a challenge and frustrating given I’m sure I’m not the only person who stays for business here. Cellar cutting costs. No milk or creamer, no vanity bits. Spa area small. No beds to lounge. Odd small round pool that was neither a hot tub, a plunge pool or a swimming pool.

We could hear music in our room one night, unaware of where it was coming from.

Check-in was quick and professional Room temperature setting was a bit of a mess, but staff assisted with a separate heater. Breakfast was good - exceptional Gluten free setup!!!! Well done!
